Today’s episode starts with Karan returning home. He asks Riyo where Niyati is. Riyo replies that Niyati was tired so she has gone to sleep. He also mentions that they had gone out for dinner and even takes the name of a restaurant. However Karan immediately lies saying he has never been to that place and was busy in meetings the whole day.
Riyo points out that these days he hardly seems to be working properly he doesn’t even know when he comes or goes. Karan responds that life is not easy and one has to work hard then leaves. After he goes Riyo starts thinking he clearly remembers that Karan was there so why did he lie to him?
Tulsi Remembers Savita and Shares Her Inner Conflict
Tulsi is lost in thoughts about Riyo, Niyati and the restaurant incident. She imagines Savita tells her that whenever her heart truly calls her she will always find her near.
Tulsi says that if Savita were really near she wouldn’t have had to remember her like this. She shares her confusion whenever a challenge comes she feels Savita would have guided her.
Tulsi then opens up about everything. Riyo has come back into Ansh’s life and just seeing him gave her goosebumps. Nandini is going through a difficult phase and no one understands her pain. Pari has her whole life ahead but is making things complicated with unnecessary conditions. Aryan is a good boy but Pari is putting pressure with strange demands. Mihir is supporting and agreeing with Pari’s stubbornness.
Savita reminds Tulsi that she is worried about her daughter just like she is worried about her son Mihir . If she wants Pari to get a good life partner then why is she punishing Mihir with loneliness?
Savita Guide Tulsi
Tulsi says she is not taking Mihir’s side. Savita clarifies she isn’t defending him either she knows what Mihir did was wrong and if it were up to her she would have slapped him. But she also says Mihir is truly ashamed and has already suffered for his mistakes.
Savita reminds Tulsi that if she had been afraid of relationships she would never have married Mihir in the first place. She says Tulsi a priest’s daughter went against her and married Mihir out of love.
Tulsi then remembers Mihir’s words from the past. He had said that life cannot run with everything together and if they focus on Riyo’s issue they cannot drag the other children into it. He also reminded her that the children are excited about the wedding and their happiness matters too.
Tulsi’s Dilemma
Tulsi argues that she has already refused many times but Mihir insists they should keep trying because the children won’t stop. He says sometimes they must see things from the children’s perspective as no child wants to see their parents unhappy.
Tulsi says they are separated even if they live under the same roof. Mihir replies that living together doesn’t mean they are truly together. Tulsi adds that their children are grown up and at the age of marriage. Mihir says no one knows what will happen and life can change anytime. Tulsi warns him not to take things lightly reminding him of the six difficult years she spent rebuilding herself.
Mihir assures her that she is not weak and never will be. He says he wants to become her strength and move forward in life with her not drag her back. He requests her to think about the children’s happiness.
Savita Orders Tulsi
Back in the present Savita says that if Tulsi didn’t love Mihir she would have waited six years instead of giving him a divorce. Tulsi says she returned to Shantiniketan for Gautam but Savita calls it a lie.
Savita says Mihir never had the courage to force her back and Tulsi returns because she still loves him. She questions Tulsi deeply asking if she never cared about Mihir’s health his medicines or his food. She asks if Tulsi could truly live without him if something happened to him.
Savita declares that Tulsi and Mihir are one soul in two bodies. She orders Tulsi to listen to her heart this time and remarry Mihir. She says she couldn’t witness their wedding earlier but this time she will definitely come.
Family Feels Disheartened by Tulsi’s Refusal
Meanwhile the whole family is stressed and disappointed. Everyone had expected Tulsi to agree. Munni and Gautam believed she would say yes while Shobha feels Tulsi is still stuck in the past. Gayatri says Tulsi herself teaches everyone to move on so she should follow her own advice.
Mihir enters and tries to lighten the mood. He says the most important thing is that Tulsi is with them in the house and still their mother. Even if she is not his wife he is happy she is there.
Though he pretends to be strong it is clear he is hurt. He admits he had hoped Tulsi would agree but says they should value what they have instead of grieving what they don’t.
Pari Refuses to Marry
Pari shocks everyone by refusing to marry. She says she had already made it clear that she will only marry if Tulsi agrees to remarry Mihir. She wants both of them to perform her kanyadaan as a couple.
Since Tulsi refused Pari also refuses the wedding leaving the family stunned.
Tulsi Agrees to the Marriage
Tulsi then steps in and says the wedding will happen exactly as Pari wants. Gautam asks if that means she is agreeing to marry Mihir.
Tulsi clarifies that she is not saying no anymore. This brings relief and happiness to everyone. Munni excitedly announces that Tulsi has agreed and the whole family becomes emotional. Mihir thanks God, his children and his daughter-in-law.
Tulsi explains that she is doing this by following Savita’s order not just her own feelings. Gayatri says that whatever the reason Tulsi has brought happiness back into the family. Pari thanks Tulsi and agrees to move forward with her own marriage as well.
Mihir Proposes to Tulsi
Mihir takes out a ring he had been carrying hoping Tulsi might change her decision someday. Tulsi teases him for being overconfident.
Mihir kneels down and proposes to her again asking if she will marry him. Tulsi hesitates but Mihir puts the ring on her finger.
The whole family celebrates as Tulsi finally accepts. She sees the ring thanks Mihir and feels happy seeing everyone smiling. Gayatri remarks that Savita must be very happy today.
Precap: Tulsi and Mihir’s wedding preparations begin. Meanwhile Riyo confronts Karan and directly asks him who Ansh is and what his connection is to him.
