Today’s episode begins with Pervez breaking the door in anger. Kausar is shocked. Pervez questions her sharply about Seher’s whereabouts. Kausar lies and says Seher is not at home and has gone out for her mehndi clothes. She reminds him that he himself had ordered her to finish the tablecloth before going anywhere. Kausar asks why Pervez is so disturbed and restless.
Mahid receives a call from Farid who urgently asks for his help. Farid asks if Mahid knows Pervez personally. He reveals that Pervez collapsed at the airport and suffered a severe head injury. Although he came for a check-up he left without collecting his reports. Farid warns that the injury is very serious and could cause hallucinations making Pervez say and do irrational things.
Mahid asks how he can help. Farid requests him to somehow ensure that Pervez stays at home and does not step outside. Mahid agrees.
Kausar Faces Pervez’s Cruel Threat
Kausar silently prays that Seher reaches Delhi safely. Meanwhile Pervez tries to force Kausar’s hand into boiling water threatening her to tell the truth about Seher’s location. Kausar insists she is telling the truth. Pervez insults her and demands to know where Seher is.
At that moment Mahid arrives at Pervez’s house. Pervez is surprised to see him. Mahid asks why the door is broken. Pervez lies saying Kausar was alone at home and he thought a thief had entered. Mahid asks if he found the thief and Pervez brushes it off as a misunderstanding.
Seher becomes emotional while remembering Kausar. The driver keeps glancing at her through the mirror and asks if everything is fine. He says he feels he has seen her before and asks if she is the same girl who was supposed to marry Mahid.
The driver adds that she must be running away out of fear because Mahid is very dangerous and even attacked someone at the airport. Seher panics and requests him not to tell anyone about her. The driver assures her that he will stay quiet. Seher prays that she reaches Delhi safely and that Kausar remains unharmed.
Pervez complains that Mahid keeps interfering in his life. He mutters that if Safiya were here she would have helped him get rid of Mahid. He tries calling Sofiya but she cuts his call. Pervez calls Sofiya but she cuts his call.
Kausar continues praying. Pervez taunts her saying no amount of prayers will save Mahid and that he will soon get rid of him. kausar ask how can he throw the future son-in-law out of the house.
Pervez tells Mahid to wait for a while as he needs to go to the mosque. Mahid points out that it is not prayer time. Pervez changes his excuse and says the mosque fans are making strange noises so he needs to check them. Mahid makes a call and confirms that the fans are working fine.
Mahid realizes Farid was right—Pervez’s mental condition has worsened due to his injury.
Mahid Finds Seher Unconscious
Kausar prays for Seher Mahid waits for Farid’s call and Pervez falls asleep while waiting for Mahid to leave. Suddenly Pervez wakes up and asks if Seher has returned home. Mahid suggests calling relatives to ask why Seher hasn’t reached them yet. Pervez looks confused. Kausar panics fearing that Pervez might find out the truth.
Mahid calls Farid and says Pervez’s mental state seems very unstable and he urgently needs treatment. Farid calls the driver and asks how far they have reached with Seher. The driver says they have crossed Lucknow and are far away.
Farid lies to Mahid saying the reports are normal and Mahid can leave. Mahid decides to leave.
As Mahid steps out of the house, he spots Seher unconscious nearby. He panics and tries to wake her up. He lifts her in his arms and brings her inside the house.
Pervez is shocked to see Seher. Kausar breaks down completely on seeing Seher with Mahid realizing all her hopes are collapsing. Mahid scolds Pervez for leaving Seher alone at the airport. Pervez finally understands that Kausar lied to him and recalls seeing both Seher and Kausar at the airport.
Prevez Imprisoned Kausar
Kausar tries to help Seher as she slowly regains consciousness. Mahid checks Seher’s pulse and says it feels weak. He asks Kausar to bring water mixed with sugar and salt. As Kausar rushes Pervez angrily follows her and orders her to bring a blanket as Seher is feeling cold.
Kausar panics while searching for the blanket. Pervez suddenly covers her mouth binds her hands and legs and tells her that her cleverness has finally ended. Kausar crawls toward the door and tries to reach Mahid but Pervez drags her back before Mahid can react.
Mahid Cares for Seher
Mahid hesitates but removes Seher’s footwear and covers her with a blanket. As he moves her hair away from her face, it gets caught in his ring. He removes the ring and places it on the table before placing a cold compress on her head.
In her semi-conscious state Seher keeps murmuring that he will not spare her. Mahid asks who is troubling her. Seher mutters the name of the man everyone fears and repeats Mahid’s name saying the name sounds beautiful but his actions are the opposite. Mahid understands that she is talking about him.
Meanwhile Pervez locks Kausar inside the storeroom.
Precap: Seher regains consciousness and realizes she is back home. She looks for Kausar but cannot find her. She asks Pervez about Kausar but he ignores her. In anger Seher throws his food plate. Sofiya is shocked. Kausar struggles to free herself while Mahid remains deeply worried about Seher’s health.
