Today’s episode begins with the doctor being called and Harry arrives. Aishwary urgently tells him to hurry saying she does not have much time. Meanwhile Mannat is pretending to be unconscious so that she can find out whether Aishwary has hired a doctor for an illegal purpose.
Harry examines Mannat and refuses to perform the operation. However the goons threaten him and warn him to only do what he is told. Out of fear Harry agrees. He questions Aishwary about how she knew that Mannat’s liver would match hers. Aishwary shuts him down telling him to focus on his work and not ask questions. The goons insist that the process should begin immediately.
Harry explains that he must first take Mannat’s blood sample and conduct tests to confirm whether her liver matches Aishwary’s. Despite the urgency he insists that proper testing is necessary. Mannat secretly tries to observe everything happening around her.
Mallika’s Fear and Aishwary’s Growing Doubts
Mallika tells Aishwary that they must act quickly because she saw Aarambhi arriving in an auto when she mentioned the Saluja house. She is unsure whether Aarambhi was following her or heading somewhere else but she distracted her switched off her phone and threw it away so that even if Dhariya tries to track her location he will not succeed.
Aishwary gets angry at Mallika for revealing such crucial information so late. She begins to suspect whether Mannat already knows about their plan. She recalls that Mannat had said the trap had already been set and that she had come there on her own. This raises doubts in Aishwary’s mind about whether everything is actually part of Mannat’s plan.
She rushes back to Harry and pressures him to speed things up. Harry again explains that proper procedures must be followed including tests and screening as this is not a simple surgery. The goons threaten him again but he assures Aishwary that everything will be handled.
Test Results Bring Shocking News
After conducting the tests Harry announces that Mannat’s liver is a match for Aishwary. Both Aishwary and Mallika are overjoyed. Harry says they can now proceed with the surgery preparations.
Mannat overhears this and realizes that the surgery could begin at any moment. She understands that no one has arrived to help her yet so she must take matters into her own hands.
Harry tells Aishwary that she also needs to undergo some tests. Aishwary gets frustrated but Harry insists that multiple tests are required to avoid any failure during surgery. Reluctantly she agrees. When Harry takes Aishwary’s blood sample he gives cotton to Mallika to press on the wound. Suddenly Aishwary starts bleeding heavily causing Mallika to panic.
Mallika calls Harry for help and tries to administer an anesthesia injection. Hearing Mallika’s scream Harry rushes to assist her. During this moment of distraction Mannat manages to grab the anesthesia injection.
Aarambhi Fights for Mannat’s Life
Meanwhile Aarambhi argues with Vishwa who questions why she is interfering in Vikrant’s personal matter. Aarambhi firmly says that Mannat’s life could be in danger and she cannot sit quietly.
Avantika claims that Mannat is Vikrant’s ex and is creating drama to stop his marriage with Yashika. Aarambhi strongly defends Mannat saying that not every woman who enters someone’s life has wrong intentions. Sometimes circumstances force people into situations and Mannat is not someone who would break a family or relationship.
Dimple scolds Aarambhi but Raj supports her and says that Mannat is in danger and they must help. Vishwa asks for a plan.
The Search Operation Begins
Vikrant arrives and declares that he is ready to find Mannat. Aarambhi suggests that since this is an illegal liver transplant Mannat will not be taken to a big hospital. Instead they must look for a hidden location.
Dhariya suggests a warehouse or secret place where such operations can be conducted. Aarambhi explains that such a setup would still require surgical instruments and equipment. She suggests tracing vendors who might have supplied equipment within the last 24 hours.
Raj begins making a list and contacts Manmeet informing her that Mannat is missing and they suspect Aishwary is behind it. Manmeet reveals that Aishwary is also missing from the hospital. They decide to divide the work and contact suppliers.
Vikrant realizes that the list could be long and time-consuming so he suggests narrowing it down by tracking generator suppliers as such setups would require power backup. He contacts a generator vendor lies about needing the address and successfully obtains a location.
Vishakha’s Panic and Dua’s Smart Move
Vishakha becomes nervous and realizes that everything is going wrong. She decides to warn Aishwary and informs her that the wedding has been cancelled and Aarambhi and Dhariya have ruined their plan. She also reveals that Vikrant and the others are close to finding the location.
Vishakha fears that if the truth comes out, Vikrant will send both her and Aishwary to jail. Meanwhile Dua secretly records the entire conversation. When Vishakha senses someone nearby Dua and Bunty hide. Bunty praises Dua for her smart thinking and Dua says they will use this evidence to expose the truth.
Aarambhi’s Emotional Words for Vikrant
Aarambhi tells Vikrant that people like Mannat who have a pure heart and genuine soul are rare. She recalls how Mannat was completely shattered when she learned the truth. She urges Vikrant to stand by his true love and fight for it without hesitation.
Vikrant thanks Aarambhi and says that without her, they would never have realized that Mannat was missing. Aarambhi receives a call from the hospital informing her that she must report within two hours for her duty or her medical license renewal will be at risk. She becomes worried.
Vikrant assures her that he will find Mannat and asks her to trust him. Dhariya also encourages her to go saying she has already done a lot.
Precap: Vikrant fights with the goons. Aishwary fires a gun at Mannat but Vikrant takes the bullet himself. Mannat screams at Aishwary declaring that this could be the end of her story. Meanwhile Aarambhi is locked in a room by Vishwa and Manmeet warns her that if she does not reach on time she might lose her job.
