Ranveer Singh is once again grabbing attention not just for the massive success of Dhurandhar: The Revenge but also for his unique way of preparing for his intense role as Hamza. Known for completely immersing himself into his characters Ranveer followed a deeply spiritual routine while shooting for the film.

According to prosthetic artist Karandeep Singh who worked closely with the actor during long makeup sessions Ranveer would begin his day with chanting “Om” a practice rooted in his devotion to Lord Shiva. Before stepping into the character he would take time to centre himself through meditation even during the hour-long prosthetic process.

Karandeep shared that Ranveer often arrived on set after a workout already tuned into a calm and focused mindset through spiritual chants. This grounding would gradually transform into the intense energy required to portray Hamza on screen.

This blend of spirituality, discipline and method acting highlights Ranveer’s commitment to his craft. His ability to channel both calmness and power seems to have played a key role in bringing the fierce character of Hamza to life something audiences across the nation are clearly connecting with.
