Today’s episode begins with Mahid telling Seher that her lie hurts him the most. He says he knows very well that the letter and the toy train were not found in the courtyard but in Gazala’s room. He recalls that she had come in disguise that day and from that moment he understood that she was planning something. She was constantly trying to search for the room key and kept pushing him out again and again. He say it is time for her to tell the truth why did she need the key to Gazala’s room?
Seher lies saying that he is unnecessarily after her and that the letter was indeed found in the courtyard. She questions why he doesn’t trust her.
Mahid explains that for the past fifteen years that toy train was kept inside Gazala’s room it cannot suddenly appear outside. That train was his favorite toy and both he and Gazala used to play with it. Gazala often used to say that one day she would sit in that train and go far away. And now she has gone far away leaving him behind while he is still being blamed.
Seher says that neither he nor Gazala is guilty but Mahid refuses to free himself from his guilt so easily.
Pain of the Past Still Haunts Mahid
Mahid shares that somewhere deep down Gazala hoped that someday while playing with the train he would find that letter and read it. But after Gazala’s death his hatred grew so much that he never gathered the courage to even go near that train again.
He questions Seher again how did she suddenly find that he couldn’t touch the train for fifteen years? Why did she go to Gazala’s room? Seher hesitates and starts thinking of an excuse. She fears that if she tells him about the diary he might completely lose control.
Seher Cover the Truth
Mahid asks if Benazir told her anything. Seher lies again saying that Benazir is a huge fan of Gazala and wanted something as her memory. That’s why she went to Niyazi Mansion to bring something from Gazala’s room. When she opened the room she saw the train started playing with it and found the letter.
Mahid says if Benazir wanted something she could have simply asked. she must be thinking that he cannot even tolerate Gazala’s name. Seeing Mahid in pain Seher tries to hold his hand but suddenly remembers his upcoming engagement with Nazima and pulls her hand back.
She ends the conversation saying her questions are over and she needs to close the workshop.
Seher and Mahid Hide Their Pain
Mahid asks one last question was she at Niyazi Mansion and did she hear everything between him and Nazima?
Seher admits she heard everything and congratulates him hiding her pain. Mahid asks if she didn’t feel bad at all. Seher says why would she feel bad? Nazima is his childhood love and he should marry her. She blames herself for coming in between. Mahid then says their divorce is not yet finalized so he needs her consent to move ahead with another marriage. Seher says she is happy for him and will even attend the engagement if invited celebrate with everyone and give her blessings.
Mahid replies that he doesn’t need her presence or blessings he only needed her consent which he has now received. He says it’s better if she stays away from him. He leaves and Seher breaks down in tears. Mahid also hides his pain. He sees her crying she quickly wipes her tears and shuts the door on his face crying inside while he stands outside equally emotional.
Fareed and Sultana’s Conflict Over Amal
Meanwhile Fareed returns home and listens to Amal’s voice note. She thanks him and says she feels proud to have parents like them. She shares that she always felt pressured to become a doctor but for the first time they supported her. She wants to meet them and express her love.
Fareed gets worried and asks Sultana where Amal is. Sultana says she has sent her away for a few days so that she understands her importance. She adds that they have lived with the lie that Amal is their daughter for years and they will continue doing so for everyone’s benefit. If he still doesn’t understand she will send her somewhere else to learn about the world.
Fareed accuses her of blackmailing Amal and questions how low she can go. Sultana says she will go to any extent to remove the truth about Kausar from Amal’s mind. Fareed thinks that now he must fix the mess in his life himself.
Mahid and Seher Struggle With Their Feelings
Mahid lost in thoughts accidentally collides with someone and apologizes. He vent is anger break the clay pot. At the same time Seher keeps muttering that she will no longer care about Mahid.
Both Mahid and Seher are clearly struggling with their emotions unable to move on.
Kausar Confronts Fareed
Kausar sees Fareed cleaning the floor and reflects that not all men feel insulted doing household work. She then questions why he lied that Muneera is dead.
Fareed stays silent but Kausar insists on an answer. Sultana overhears the conversation. Fareed finally says he said what he thought was right. Kausar reveals that Parvez has seen the birth certificate proving Muneera is alive. Fareed tries to dismiss it as incorrect records but Kausar demands he look into her eyes and say it’s the truth.
Sultana intervenes accusing Kausar of finding excuses to talk to her husband. Fareed defends Kausar saying she is educated and should be respected. Kausar says she has received her answer and leaves.
Seher Decides to Protect Mahid
The next morning Seher realizes she has been too worried about Mahid. She tries to distract herself but suddenly remembers that Mahid’s life is in danger. She decides she cannot leave him alone in such a situation and must do something.
Kausar sees her and feels happy that Seher is focusing on her studies unaware of her real concern.
Chaos at Niyazi Mansion
At Niyazi Mansion Nazima returns from shopping and notices tension. She asks why everyone looks so serious and whether the mehendi artist has been called.
Fatima confirms all preparations are underway but Nazima questions why servants are doing everything when it’s her special day. Haider says everyone is busy with Mahid’s work something important has gone missing near Gazala’s room and everyone is searching for it.
Wasim grows tense fearing Mahid might have found a new clue. He decides to execute his attack plan soon as fear is suffocating him. Usman says that Mahid never used to go near that part of the house and asks someone to keep an eye on him.Mahid arrives and Usman questions why he went there despite knowing how much it affects him.
Mahid admits that it causes him pain and makes him lose control but now he wants every family member to be afraid because while they told him what gazal did but no one knows what he actually went through. He declares that now he will uncover the truth himself.
Precap: Seher taunts Mahid saying he must be busy waiting for Nazima for the engagement. Mahid angrily tells her to leave. Seher shocks him by saying she has come to attend his engagement.
