Today’s episode begins with Neetu telling Vikrant that he has made many mistakes in his life and now must take responsibility for them. She insists that he should take charge of his family and reunite them. She adds that it is not difficult he just needs to file a custody case for Dua.
Vikrant is shocked by this suggestion. Neetu explains that once he gets custody of Dua Mannat will be forced to return and then he will have enough time to win her back and correct his past mistakes. However Vikrant refuses to do this.
Neetu argues that although Mannat is upset with him right now she still loves him deeply. She reminds him that Mannat missed him for years and that he is the only one in her heart. According to Neetu Vikrant and Mannat are meant for each other and Mannat needs to realize this.
Vikrant Refuses to Drag Mannat to Court
Vikrant says he cannot go through with it. Neetu questions why he cannot fight for his rights in court and remove Dhairya from his life. She claims that Dhairya is the root cause of all problems.
Neetu further says that until now Dhairya was deciding when he could meet Dua but now Vikrant should decide when Dhairya meets her. She urges him to listen to his mother rebuild his broken family and reclaim what is rightfully his. She adds that sometimes the path that seems wrong leads to the right destination.
Mannat Breaks Down
Meanwhile Mannat is praying to God feeling completely torn. She says she has reached a point where she is stuck between Vikrant’s love and Dhairya’s sacrifices friendship and most importantly Dua’s happiness.
She reflects that Dhairya shares a father-like bond with Dua while Vikrant is her biological father. She knows Vikrant can give Dua every happiness in the world but then what about Dhairya? Mannat admits she cannot understand what is right or wrong and breaks down in tears.
Ronnie Tries to Guide Mannat
Ronnie comes to comfort her. He says he understands that she is stuck between her heart and mind and doesn’t know what decision to make whether to choose what is right or what her heart wants.
At the same time Vikrant tells Neetu that he will not drag Mannat to court. He says that whether they are married or not doesn’t matter he has promised not to claim rights over Dua or interfere in Dhairya’s place. Even a small place in Dua’s life is enough for him.
Neetu Accuses Dhairya of Manipulation
Neetu challenges Vikrant asking whether Dhairya made any promise or if Mannat agreed to all this. She claims Mannat is burdened under Dhairya’s favors and that Dhairya is taking advantage of the situation to keep them apart.
She insists that Vikrant should not think he is taking Dua’s custody to bring Mannat to court but rather to secure his and Dua’s future.
Mannat Emotional Conflict
Back with Mannat she tells Ronnie she cannot let anything wrong happen to Dhairya. Ronnie agrees and reminds her that she could never forget Vikrant even for a moment in the past seven years.
He explains that on one side is Dhairya who supported her when she was completely alone and has every right to be called Dua’s father. On the other side is Vikrant who left her due to misunderstandings but is still Dua’s real father and that truth cannot be denied.
Ronnie also points out that Dua feels a natural connection with Vikrant even if she is attached to Dhairya. He emphasizes that both men are right in their own ways.
Mannat’s Big Dilemma
Mannat says that is exactly her problem. Earlier, choosing between people was easier when one side was clearly wrong but here both Vikrant and Dhairya are good and love Dua.She says she cannot create a rift between them by choosing one over the other.
Ronnie advises her that everyone is thinking about others happiness but what about her own happiness? He tells her that she must decide whether she wants Vikrant in her and Dua’s life and reminds her that she was never actually married to Dhairya.
He assures her that whatever decision she makes, he will support her but only if she chooses for herself.
Neetu Questions Vikrant
Meanwhile Vikrant admits that Neetu is right but he still cannot do it because his heart doesn’t allow him.
Neetu asks him to think only about Dua. She says that hiding the truth about Dua’s birth is a huge mistake and if she learns it from someone else it will deeply hurt her.
She warns that the truth will come out one day and Dhairya already knows it. According to her Dhairya is trying to take Mannat and Dua away before the truth is revealed. She claims that Ronnie has also taken Dhairya’s side and Mannat will not oppose him either.
Neetu questions whether Vikrant has no right over his family and Dua. She warns that if Dhairya leaves with them Vikrant may never see them again. She asks him to decide whether he wants to be good and lose everything or fight for his daughter. Confused and helpless Vikrant prays to God to show him the right path.
Mannat Faces a Shocking Twist
The next day Dhairya Ronnie and Mannat prepare to leave. Yashika tells Mallika that despite Vikrant learning the truth Mannat is still leaving with Dua. Mallika says it works in their favor and hopes nothing goes wrong.
Dhairya feels uneasy despite everything seeming fine. He notices Vikrant is absent and Neetu is unusually silent. He feels it is better to leave soon.
As they prepare Mannat receives a courier from the court. She is shocked after reading the legal notice.
Vikrant Files Custody Case, Everyone Stunned
At the same time Neetu tells Dua that they will stay in Mumbai for a few more days because Mannat has some work. Ronnie gets confused by this sudden change.
Dua tells Dhairya to cancel the cab they are not leaving. Dhairya is shocked. Ronnie takes Dua and Bunty away. Dhairya then asks Mannat what happened? she reveals that Vikrant has filed a custody case for Dua. Dhairya is left stunned.
Precap: Mannat confronts Neetu and declares that until now she allowed Vikrant to be a part of Dua’s life but not anymore. She vows that Vikrant will not even be able to see Dua. She declares that she will win the case and no matter how hard Vikrant tries he will neither get her nor Dua.
