Today’s episode begins with Armaan asking the doctor to tell him what happened to him he can handle the situation himself. The doctor says he thinks he can handle everything alone but after learning the truth he will need his family’s support.
Armaan says he does not need anyone and is about to leave. The doctor then reveals that Armaan has a brain tumour. Armaan is left shocked. He refuses to believe it and says the doctor must be joking. He insists there must be some mistake and that the reports may belong to someone else.
The doctor hands him the reports but Armaan tears them apart in anger. He says there must be a problem with the machine and calls the report fake. The doctor tells him that he has a brain tumour.
Armaan is devastated and requests the doctor to conduct the tests again because he is sure there is an error. However the doctor explains that all the tests have already been done and the diagnosis is confirmed. He adds that more tests will be needed to find out how advanced the tumour is.
Abhira Reaches  Hospital
Meanwhile Abhira reaches the hospital and starts searching for Armaan.
Armaan remembers the promises he made to Abhira. Looking at his bracelet he becomes emotional. He wonders how he will tell Abhira that he may not even be able to spend one lifetime with her after promising to stay by her side forever. Tears roll down his face.
Soon Abhira finds Armaan lying on a hospital bed and asks what happened. Armaan lies and says that he fainted because of dehydration. Abhira refuses to believe him. She points out that if it were only dehydration so many machines would not be attached to him. She asks him to tell her the truth.
Armaan hides his pain and jokes that his illness is love. He again claims that it was just dehydration. Abhira asks about the tests Armaan says the doctor was trying to make money and why he took so many tests but nothing was found.
Abhira asks to see the reports but Armaan tells her that he tore them up in anger because he failed to reach the court and his phone was switched off. He apologizes saying she must have been worried. Abhira hugs him.
Abhira Comforts Armaan
Abhira asks why he went out to buy flowers as a surprise when he should know that she does not need flowers only him.
She reminds him that they only missed a court date and that they have their entire lives ahead of them to get married and stay together. The doctor enters the room. Armaan asks Abhira to wait outside. She wants to speak to the doctor Armaan insists and forcefully sends her out.
After she leaves the doctor tells Armaan that he should have told Abhira the truth. Armaan replies that he first wants to know how much time he has left. He says destiny has already punished him enough and he does not want to hurt Abhira with half the information.
He says that whenever death comes it will come but life will become difficult for Abhira. Armaan requests complete information first and says that once he gathers himself he will tell Abhira everything.
The Poddar Family Welcomes Armaan Home
Later Armaan and Abhira return to the Poddar house where the family is waiting for them. Vidya performs an evil-eye ritual for Armaan making him emotional.
Everyone pampers him. Kaveri says that Kajal and Vidya have prepared food that is good for him during the summer. Aryan reveals that cold water has already been kept in his room. Armaan tells everyone not to worry because it was only dehydration and not a serious illness.
Maira asks him to stay positive. Kajal says that their wedding got cancelled at the last moment its a bad omen.
Abhira disagrees. She says all the bad things that were meant to happen have already happened and their quota of suffering is over. She confidently says that she and Armaan will always remain together.
Damayanti’s Anger Continues
Elsewhere Mamta calls Disha and informs her that Damayanti has locked herself inside her room. She is still angry with Armaan and Abhira and Mamta fears she may do something that could create tension between the two families.
Disha says she is already worried because Armaan and Abhira’s wedding could not happen due to Armaan’s health. Mamta requests Disha to return home because only she can calm Damayanti down. She says Damayanti is angry at Abhira she would even cut Abhira’s hair in anger. Disha agrees to come.
Later Disha tells Aryan that she needs to visit her parents’ house. Aryan says she does not need his permission. Disha tells him that Armaan and Abhira still believe Rishabh could be the stalker. Aryan points out that Armaan was in the hospital and the wedding never happened so it is not the right time to discuss it. Disha insists that the matter must still be addressed.
Armaan’s Health WorsensÂ
Later Armaan receives a call from the doctor who informs him that the next reports will arrive in the morning and reveal how serious his condition is.
Soon after Armaan suffers a severe headache and collapses.He worries that if someone sees him like this he will no longer be able to hide his condition. At that moment Abhira arrives and asks what is wrong. Thinking she suspects nothing Armaan says he is only upset because they could not get married.
Abhira tells him not to blame himself because his health worsened unexpectedly. She assures him that she can wait a few more days and that they can apply for marriage again once he recovers. She asks him to smile.
Armaan sadly says that just a few hours ago they were excited about getting married but fate deceived them. Abhira notices that something feels wrong and asks if there is another reason for his sadness.
Armaan say he is only disappointed because the wedding was postponed.
Damayanti Wants the Investigation Reopened
Meanwhile Disha reaches her parents house and tries to convince Damayanti to open the door. After Disha swears on Rishabh Damayanti finally opens it.
Damayanti scolds Disha for using Rishabh’s name and then says she wants action taken against the person who stalked Maira. Rishabh becomes nervous. Damayanti asks Rishabh to sign papers so the police investigation can be reopened and the real stalker can be found.
She says this is not for Maira but to prove Rishabh’s innocence. After that she plans to file a defamation case against Armaan, Abhira and Maira. Disha tries to stop her and asks why she is dragging Rishabh into police matters.
Damayanti accuses Disha of caring more about her in-laws than her own family. She criticizes Maira and claims that everyone blamed Rishabh unfairly. Disha defends Maira saying she is just a child. She argues that reopening the FIR will damage both reputation and ruin her future.
Damayanti says if Armaan and Abhira accuse Rishabh even one more time she will file a FIR and nobody will be able to stop her.
Abhira Starts Suspecting Armaan
Back at the Poddar house Abhira notices a follow-up reminder on Armaan’s phone. She wonders why he would need a follow-up reminder when they currently have no legal case requiring one.
Just then Krish and Tanya return from their date looking happy. During a conversation krish mentions that he is waiting for a follow-up report.
Abhira realizes that there must be something wrong with his medical reports. She accidentally bumps into Mukti who tells her that Armaan is not there.
Abhira then rushes to check his medicines and realizes that the matter is serious enough for Armaan to hide the medicines from her.
Armaan Decides to Hide the Truth
Meanwhile while taking his medicine Armaan thinks about how difficult it is to keep the truth hidden from Abhira. He believes that even if he says nothing his eyes will eventually reveal everything.
Armaan decides to stay away from Abhira until he can emotionally handle the situation himself. He hopes that after learning the complete truth about his condition he will be strong enough to tell her. he fears that he may not have enough time left to spend with her.
Precap: Abhira feels happy seeing Armaan, Mukti and Maira together like a family. Suddenly Armaan suffers a severe headache.
When Abhira asks what happened Armaan looks confused and asks if he even knows her. Abhira, Mukti and Maira are left shocked. Abhira then becomes determined to help Armaan regain all his lost memories.
