The multilingual project, directed by Kranthi Kumar Ch and produced by Veer Reddy under Silver Cast Creations, is touted as a grand-scale production. Heeraben Modi’s life story, which includes the challenge of losing her own mother early in childhood and her fortitude in holding her family together, was a motivating factor for the actress. The narrative will majorly chronicle the sacrifices, resilience, and contributions she made to better her son’s life, highlighting the emotional bond and formative influence a mother has on a national figure.

Stepping into the role of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan. Mukundan has expressed that the film will explore “the man beyond the statesman,” bringing the focus back to the foundational role of his mother.
