Today’s episode begins with Mannat with kumar and Raunak at the hospital. Raunak asks a nurse if any patient with a gunshot wound was admitted here. The nurse tells him that such a patient was admitted but his family later shifted him to another hospital for surgery. She also says that the patient was in critical condition.
Raunak then shows Vikrant’s photo to the nurse and asks her to identify him. The nurse says that the patient was not Vikrant. Mannat breaks down in tears hearing this.
Raunak tells Mannat not to lose hope in such a situation. He says they need courage and faith. He assures her that they will find Vikrant and asks her not to worry.
Dhairya Tries to Manipulate Dua
At the Saluja house Dua misses Vikrant and keeps remembering him. Dhairya notices her crying and asks why she is upset.
Dua says she is missing Vikrant and feels lonely. She also says Mannat is not at home. Dhairya thinks that Mannat must still be searching for Vikrant but she will never find him. He tries to manipulate Dua and tells her that she is not alone because he is with her. He says his whole life belongs to her.
Dhairya says he understands that she misses Vikrant but slowly she must accept that Vikrant will never return. Dua refuses to believe him. She says Mannat has promised that Vikrant will come back and if Mannat has said it then it will surely happen. Dhairya then says they should call Mannat back because she must also be sad without Vikrant.
He says they should not let Mannat suffer alone. Dua agrees and says she cannot leave Mannat alone during such a difficult time. She promises to support her. Later Dua looks at Vikrant’s bracelet and remembers him.
Mannat and Dua Pray for Vikrant
Mannat prays to God and says she could not find Vikrant. She says she searched everywhere and checked every hospital but there was no sign of him. She breaks down and asks God to give her strength.
Dua also comes there prays with Mannat and asks God to protect Vikrant. Mannat and Dua hug each other. Dua reminds Mannat that Vikrant is a strong person who never gives up. She says he always fights for the people he loves.
Dua tells Mannat that Vikrant loves both of them so he will keep fighting to return to them. She says they should not give up because they will definitely find him.
Mannat says that Vikrant is alive. Dua thinks Dhairya wants to ignore Mannat’s words but deep down she feels that everything she says sounds true. Mannat says Vikrant will return because he is their “BabaJi Banda”.
Vikrant Regains Consciousness
At the hospital Manu holds Vikrant’s hand and admires him. A few moments later Vikrant regains consciousness and opens his eyes. He sees Manu standing beside him. Manu is happy after seeing him awake.
One Year Later
One year later preparations are going on at the Saluja house for Neetu’s death anniversary rituals. Yuvi and Bunty help Mannat with the cooking. Mannat is telling the children stories from the Ramayan.
Yashika Creates a Scene
Suddenly Dua shouts loudly. Mannat hears her voice and rushes over. Dua is furious after seeing Yashika place a garland on Vikrant’s photograph. She asks Yashika to leave the house.
Yashika scolds Dua and says that her mother never taught her to speak to elders in such a manner. Mannat says Yashika Dua’s mother will give her answer and she asks Dua what happened?
She is shocked to see the garland on Vikrant’s photo. Mannat tells Dua not to get angry. She says Yashika is sick which is why she is behaving like this. Mannat even says they should call a good doctor and get Yashika treated. Yashika gets offended and asks what Mannat means by that.
Mannat Slams Yashika
Mannat tells Yashika is not even able to understand what she is doing. She says that for the past one year they are saying that Vikrant is alive but Yashika refuses to understand it.
Yashika argues that Mannat is living in a false illusion and needs to accept reality. She says a whole year has passed since they started searching for Vikrant yet nobody has found him.
Mannat fires back and says that Yashika has spent the last year trying to prove to Dhariya that she is worthy of becoming part of mezbani. Yashika says Mannat is only giving herself and Dua with false hope. She insists that the truth cannot be changed. She also blames Mannat for involving Dua in all of this.
Mannat firmly says that the truth is that Vikrant is alive. She tells her that it is her wedding anniversary today and that if Neetu were alive she would have wanted the same thing. She then says she will break Yashika’s illusion and removes the garland from Vikrant’s photograph.
Dhairya Gets Frustrated
Dhairya asks Yashika not to create fights or drama in the house. He says it is an important day for them because Neetu was like a mother to Yashika. He wants Neetu’s soul to find peace on this special day.
Later Mannat sits for the puja. Dhairya is about to sit beside her but Mannat places Vikrant’s photograph next to her and asks the priest to begin the ritual. Seeing this Dhairya becomes frustrated.
Mannat’s Hope Remains Strong
After the puja ends Mannat asks all the children to pray. She then asks Neetu to bless everyone.
Dhairya thinks that even after being gone for so long Vikrant is still alive in Mannat’s heart as her hope. He realizes that as long as this hope survives Mannat can never become his.
Dhairya wonders what he should do to break Mannat’s faith and destroy her hope.
Precap: Vikrant returns with a new identity as Abhimanyu. He fights against a group of goons to save children.
