Today’s episode begins with Anupama seeing the photos of Prerna and Ansh sent by Pari. She feels happy and shows the pictures to the Shah family saying that everyone looks happy.
However she remembers the earlier bad omen and Samara’s death which makes her worried.
Ansh Falls Into Gautam’s Trap
At the party venues Prem-Rahi, Ansh-Prerna and Ishani-Banku perform a couple’s dance. Mahi feels upset Rahi pulls her onto the dance floor and makes her dance. Raja and Pari also dance.
After the performance a man bumps into Ansh and apologizes to him.
Bad Omens Disturb Anupama
Meanwhile Anupama lights a diya but it suddenly blows out. She becomes worried and lights it again.
At the party venue a couple starts fighting. Ansh notices them. The man pushes the woman and she falls on Ansh. Ansh gets trapped in Gautam’s plan as he helps her without knowing it
Ansh asks the couple not to create a scene at the party. He warns the man that he will call the police. The man leaves. Ansh asks the woman if she is alright. She breaks down and starts panicking.
Ansh Gets Secretly Recorded
At the same time the same man secretly records a video of Ansh with the woman. Ansh offers to help her. The woman asks if she can hug him. She requests him and then hugs him.
Just then Prem arrives and is shocked to see Ansh hugging the woman. The woman leaves. Ansh explains to Prem that the man was hitting her.
He says he only tried to stop the fight and that the woman hugged him because she was scared. Prem tells Ansh that everyone is waiting for them and they leave together.
Gautam’s Evil Plan Succeeds
After they leave the man and the woman smile. The man says that the video has been recorded well and sends it to Gautam.
Gautam watches the video and feels happy. He says that since Ansh’s wedding is coming he will burst fireworks for the celebration. He laughs knowing that his plan is working.
Anupama Feels Restless
Meanwhile Anupama’s diya is about to go out again but Digvijay saves it from blowing out. Even then Anupama remains tense.
The Family Begins the Mehendi Ritual
The next day all the women sing traditional songs and bring the Heena for the ceremony. Ishani asks Anupama to show her the special beads that are applied during the mehendi ceremony.
Anupama says every generation has a new way of decorating heena. She says traditions should stay the same but they should also be updated with time. She adds that the beauty of ritual should never change.
Kinjal says that just like Anupama gave her responsibilities she will now pass them on to Prerna and become a mother-in-law like Anupama. Leela says that Kinjal should become a mother-in-law like her because if she becomes like Anupama her daughter-in-law will sell her to the scrap dealer.
Leela says that after the wedding everyone will become busy. Rahi and Pari are already in their in-laws homes and Anupama will leave for her new journey.
She asks who will stay at home besides Kinjal and Mahi. Mahi quietly excuses herself. Anupama feels sad seeing her.
Anupama Prays for Mahi’s Happiness
Later Anupama tells Kinjal that Mahi’s wounds must have become fresh again by Leela’s words. Kinjal says it is better for Mahi to stay alone than live with a husband like Gautam.
Anupama says no one should ever get a husband like Gautam but no one should have to live alone either. Kinjal says in a way both Anupama and she are also living alone.
Anupama says that their situations are different. She says asked her to leave Toshu and she is still living with hope and waiting.
She says Mahi needs someone who will love, understand, support and stand by her. Anupama prays that Mahi finds someone who truly understands her and is happy in her happiness.
Kinjal says Mahi will surely find such a person. She says Anupama today is the mehendi and sangeet ceremony so they should not become emotional.
Anupama Shares the Meaning of True Love
Later Prerna asks Anupama to apply mehendi on her hands first. Anupama becomes emotional blesses Ansh and Prerna and applies the first mehendi to Prerna.
Vasundhara asks Anupama to apply heena to Leela after Ansh and Prerna because she is the eldest in the family. Vasundhara jokes about Leela’s birthday making the whole family laugh.
Anupama says that love is like heena. Sometimes its colour becomes lighter but love in the heart becomes deeper with time.
Shruti asks why she still says that she loves Anuj. Anupama replies that time may fade the colour of love but it makes the love in the heart even deeper. She says life is not a destination but a journey.
Love is also a journey that people have to keep walking on and they must make an effort every single day. She then explains the 777 Rule of Marriage and asks everyone to follow it.
Shruti Questions Prem
Later Shruti takes Prem aside and asks if Anupama still does not know where her diary is or if she has simply forgotten about it.
Prem says he does not want to talk about that diary. He says he will never do such a thing again. Shruti says that when people become focused only on winning they stop thinking about everything else.
She says sometimes people are ready to leave behind even their conscience just to win.
Leela Gives Reply to Neighbour
Leela’s neighbour arrives and taunts the family. She says she was not planning to come because weddings keep happening in this house.
Leela tells her that if she only wants to speak like this then she should go back home. The woman apologizes. Pakhi says Toshu if the neighbours find out about Ishani and Banku the news will spread everywhere.
Toshu tells Pakhi not to worry because he will keep everyone’s attention away from that matter.
Gautam Arrives at Ceremony
Later Digvijay asks Anupama why she has not applied heena yet. Anupama says she will apply it after finishing all her work. She says she will apply it at the end.
Just then Gautam arrives. Ansh gets furious and asks how he dared to come there. He tells Gautam to leave.
Vasundhara also asks Gautam why he came without being invited. Anupama tells Gautam to go back home. Gautam pretends to apologise for his mistakes.
Anupama tells him to stop acting. She says everyone has heard his apology so now he should leave. Toshu takes Gautam’s side.
Vasundhara also says that she trusts Gautam. She says that if Gautam has kept his ego aside to apologise then it is not right to send him away.
Ansh says that if that is the case then they can leave too. Leela scolds Ansh and tells no one will go anywhere.
Anupama Gets suspicious
Gautam says he only wants to meet Pranshi once and then he will leave. Anil asks everyone to begin the heena ceremony.
Anupama notices Gautam’s expressions.
She becomes suspicious and starts feeling worried that he is planning something.
Precap: Ansh and Prerna’s mehendi ceremony is going on and everyone is happily dancing and celebrating. Suddenly the police arrive and announce that a woman has accused Ansh of molestation.
Gautam secretly smiles. The police arrest Ansh and take him away. Anupama runs behind the police jeep falls on the road and breaks down in tears.
