The Wednesday episode of Dr Aarambhi started off with Nandita and Harry who went on the stage to perform. Raj saw Aarambhi calling Nandita but Naira came and asked him to dance with her.
Aarambhi asked Dhruv to use his muscle power and break the door. Dhruv asked her not to body shame him and offend his muscles.

Avantika who was waiting by the pool side was seen watching Vihaan and hoping he jumps into the pool by keeping his foot on the grease.
Finally, Vihaan got fallen inside the pool as Aarambhi saw him falling and getting drown. She asked Dhruv to help him out as neither him or her knows how to swim.
Avantika asked her friend to call everyone and in front of them she will save Vihaan and put Aarambhi to shame.
At that time Aarambhi tried calling Vishwas who disconnected her phone and instead called Avantika who didn’t picked up the call.
Aarambhi saw a table and both Dhruv and her tried to smash the door with it. With that force the door got opened as the waiter set by Avantika filmed Dhruv falling on Aarambhi.
Aarambhi got injured but she got up and immediately ran towards Vihaan. She came and pushed Avantika and jumped inside the pool.
Dhruv saw Sunil taking his car to check the hospital documents. Dhruv was about to leave but then he thought Aarambhi had told him that Vihaan and she doesn’t know how to swim.
Dhruv saw them drowning and came and pushed Avantika and fell off in the pool to save both of them. To know such latest
