Today’s episode begins with Sanjay entering his room and becoming suspicious. Sanjay says someone has entered his room. Kajal says everything is in its place and asks him to stop overthinking.
Kajal says maybe someone came to clean or talk to him. Sanjay notices his pillow has been moved to Kajal’s side while Kajal’s pillow is on his side. He says the staff would never make such a mistake. He also notices his files are scattered.
Sanjay wonders if Manisha entered his room again. He feels that someone is deliberately trying to disturb his file. Kajal says he does not have any enemies in this house. Just then Sanjay receives a call from Abhira.
Abhira Exposes Sanjay’s Lie
Later Sanjay says What help did she need that couldn’t wait until morning?. Abhira says the drawer is stuck and Armaan has told her that he uses it to keep important things inside it.
She says she urgently needs something from the drawer. Sanjay opens the drawer and is shocked to see the Malhotra case file. Abhira asks if the truth will finally come out now. She asks why the Malhotra file was inside the drawer.
She says whose file Manisha actually damaged if this is the real Malhotra file. Sanjay tells her to stop looking through his files.
Abhira Confronts Sanjay
Abhira says his truth has finally come out.
She accuses him of creating a big drama and falsely blaming Manisha for ruining the Malhotra file which caused him to lose the case.
Sanjay admits the truth is he took the wrong file to court and that is why he lost the case. He asks if she entered his room. Abhira says Sanjay had forcefully taken over the firm and he was scared everyone would learn he had lost such an important case.
She says that is why he blamed everything on Manisha. Abhira tells him everyone was trying to support him but instead he kept fighting with Manisha and wanted her to apologise.
Abhira Warns Sanjay
Sanjay says people only care about winning cases and warns the firm cannot survive if lawyers keep losing.
He says she can tell everyone what he has done. Abhira says she had already found out the truth when he was shouting at Manisha. She says she noticed that the file’s name and date were completely different.
She remained silent because there was already enough drama in the house. Abhira says the entire mistake was Sanjay’s but he still took advantage of Manisha’s condition.
She says she knows he will never change. Abhira warns him that next time she will expose him in front of everyone.
Malhotra Offers a New Case to Armaan
Later Armaan receives a call from Vijay Malhotra. Malhotra says Sanjay has already lost his case and his trust in the Poddar Firm is gone. He says he wants to hire Armaan and Abhira.
He says he does not know if Armaan’s health will allow him to work or if Abhira will be able to give enough time because of his condition. Still he wants both of them to handle his case. He asks Armaan to give him an answer after discussing it.
Abhira says if they accept the case it will create more stress in the family. Armaan says if they keep thinking about everyone else neither her career nor the firm will survive. Abhira feels accepting the case will be like rubbing salt into Sanjay’s wounds.
Armaan Decides to Accept the Case
Armaan says they are not stealing Sanjay’s client because Malhotra himself approached them. He says Abhira these people are not his family anymore.
Armaan says he returned only for her, Vidya, and Madhav. He decides to give Malhotra a positive answer the next morning.
Sanjay Begs Kaveri for Help
The next day everyone sees Tanya talking on the phone about looking for a new house. Kajal asks if it is really necessary to leave the house.
Disha brings a cap and goggles for Manisha’s swimming session but Manisha refuses to accept anything from her. Sanjay comes to Kaveri and asks her to come with him. He says Malhotra is leaving the firm because of the lost case.
Sanjay says they have only a few high-profile clients left and they cannot afford to lose Malhotra. He says Kaveri has an old relationship with Malhotra and asks her to convince him not to leave. He says both the family and the firm are at stake.
Kaveri refuses to help Sanjay.
Kaveri tells him he himself removed family members from the firm through cheating. She says he joined hands with Mittal threw Armaan out of the firm and always claimed he did not need anyone whenever she asked about the cases.
Kaveri says Sanjay and Krish both believed they were capable enough to manage everything themselves. She refuses to help him. Sanjay folds his hands and begs Kaveri to save the Poddar Firm.
Sanjay Accuses Abhira Armaan of Stealing Clients
Later Kaveri questions why Sanjay bribed the office staff instead of waiting for Malhotra . Sanjay says otherwise they would have kept waiting forever.
They see Malhotra sitting with Armaan and Abhira. Sanjay becomes furious and accuses them of stealing his client. Armaan says Malhotra himself approached them. Sanjay calls them liars.
Abhira asks him to calm down. Sanjay asks Kaveri to speak to Malhotra because he will listen to her. Armaan says Sanjay he already lost Malhotra’s case so there is no reason for Malhotra to trust him again.
Malhotra says he had already informed Sanjay that he no longer wanted to work with the Poddar Firm. Sanjay tries to convince him by offering to reduce his legal fees. Malhotra refuses.
Kaveri Learns the Firm’s Condition
Malhotra says he had wanted to leave the firm for a long time. He tells Kaveri that although he still respects her the Poddar Firm has lost its old reputation.
He says Kaveri no longer has control over the firm and there is no proper leadership left. He asks her to look at the current condition of the firm and not request him to stay. Armaan suggests continuing the discussion somewhere else.
In anger Sanjay overturns a table grabs Malhotra by the collar and says he cannot leave because he is his client.
Sanjay Creates a Scene
The waiters stop Sanjay. Sanjay pushes them and Kaveri gets hurt. Abhira immediately protects Kaveri. Armaan asks Abhira to take Kaveri away.
Sanjay continues creating chaos. The manager threatens to call the police. Krish requests him not to do that and says they will pay for all the damages. The manager says Sanjay must first apologise to his employees.
Sanjay refuses. Malhotra says one person’s mistake can destroy everyone. Krish requests Sanjay to apologise because they still have to meet another client. Finally Sanjay apologises and leaves. Kaveri says she wants to return to the Poddar Firm.
Armaan offers to send a driver with her. Abhira says they should personally go with Kaveri because she is injured.
The Firm Faces a Bigger Crisis
Later Armaan reaches the Poddar Firm. Madhav arrives and asks if he is alright.
He says Sanjay’s cafe incident is already being shown on television.
Madhav says Sanjay’s anger will force the firm to shut down. Ashish informs Abhira that most of the staff has already resigned because of Sanjay. He says Sanjay used to misbehave with the employees, shout at them and even fire people for asking for leave.
Ashish says the firm now has only a few cases left. He says if Armaan does not return the Poddar Firm will shut down. Everyone is shocked.
Kaveri Breaks Down
Kaveri, Armaan and Abhira enter the cabin and are shocked to see files scattered everywhere. Abhira asks Krish what happened. Krish says after leaving the cafe they met another client but that client also left the firm.
He says Sanjay has an important case the next day but there is no staff left. Krish says if Sanjay loses tomorrow’s case everything will be over and the Poddar Firm will be destroyed.
Kaveri is deeply shaken. She asks everyone to leave the cabin and locks herself inside. Everyone requests her to open the door.
Disha Collapses
At the Poddar house Aryan watches the news about Sanjay’s café incident and is shocked. Disha says she wants to help Armaan and Abhira without creating problems for anyone in the family.
Aryan tells her if she really wants to help them she should stay away from them. He says he will never forgive her. Aryan says she falsely accused Armaan of the worst crime and as a result he had to leave the house while fighting a brain tumour.
Disha feels dizzy and suddenly collapses. Aryan is shocked.
Armaan Slams Sanjay
Back at the firm Abhira tries to break open the locked cabin door. Sanjay arrives. Armaan confronts him and says he trusted Sanjay but Sanjay betrayed both him and the firm.
Sanjay claims the firm was running perfectly under him. Armaan says that now he feels Krish made the right decision by removing Sanjay from the firm. Sanjay says Armaan cannot even walk properly so how will he run the firm?
Madhav asks Sanjay what has happened to him. He says Sanjay has no sense of responsibility towards either the family or the firm.
Sanjay says Madhav spent his whole life running away from responsibility so he has no right to lecture him. He insults Madhav by saying the whole city knows his own son is useless.
Sanjay claims only he has taken the firm forward. Madhav says the firm is now standing on the edge of destruction.
Kaveri Loses Hope
Meanwhile Abhira finally opens the cabin door. Everyone sees an emotional Kaveri holding Dadasa’s photograph.
She quietly tells everyone to leave the cabin. Abhira asks Kaveri what happened. Abhira tells her this is Dadasa’s firm and his place.
Kaveri looks at Armaan and emotionally says that now this firm is going to become a memory.
Precap: Armaan says he feels suffocated inside the house and needs to go outside to breathe. Kaveri tells Vidya that everything happened because of her mistake.
Kaveri also says that now that Armaan and Abhira are finally together they should celebrate the festival happily. Vidya asks what they will do if Armaan and Abhira refuse to celebrate the festival.
