Today’s episode begins with Digvijay, Ishani and Banku waiting for Anupama. Anupama returns and asks if they have received any orders for the next day. Digvijay says they have received three orders.
Anupama asks Banku and Ishani to check whether they have all the required ingredients. She also asks them to call Mahi because she needs Mahi’s and Ishani’s help.
Anupama’s Determination
Anupama says they have to study the best recipes from every state. She says they also need to learn and try international recipes.
She says this is no longer just about Anupama’s Rasoi but also about the Saavi’s café. Anupama says they must be ready for every challenge. She says the next round is the family round and she will make everyone work hard.
Anupama says winning the competition is her goal but Prem’s goal is to defeat her. She says she will never let him succeed. Ishani and Banku assure her that they are with her.
Anupama decides to work all night and complete all the preparations before tomorrow’s first kitchen ritual.
Prem Returns Home Angry
At the Kothari house Prem returns home.
Rahi asks what Anupama said. Prem misbeave with Rahi. Vasundhara asks what happened.
Prem says he went to return the diary but came back with a challenge. He says Anupama has challenged him. Prem says everything happened because of the diary. He says stealing Anupama’s diary was a big mistake.
Prem Insults Anupama’s recipe diary
He says Anupama thinks he is nothing without her recipes. Prem says her recipes are nothing special. He says she has never even run a restaurant. He asks what he would do with her street-style recipes.
Prem says until now he wanted to defeat her but now he will defeat her in front of the whole world. He says everyone will see the difference between a chef like him and a home cook like Anupama.
In anger Prem throws Anupama’s recipe diary. Rahi picks it up and asks how he could insult Anupama’s recipe diary. Prem is shocked.
Anupama Worries About Rahi
Later Hasmukh asks Anupama if she is alright after meeting Prem. Anupama becomes emotional. She says when Rahi was little she protected her from every problem.
Now she has sent her to her in-laws’ house. She worries that Rahi will be crushed between her parents home and her marital home. Anupama says she is very worried about Rahi.
Hasmukh says Prem made the mistake but Rahi will have to suffer. He hopes this competition does not affect their relationship.
Anupama Refuses to Give Up
Anupama says if Prem wants to fight with her that is fine but Rahi should not suffer because of it. Hasmukh tells her not to leave the battlefield.
He asks her to face every challenge with courage. Anupama hugs him and promises she will. Still she cannot stop worrying about Rahi.
Rahi Stands Against Prem
Rahi asks Prem why he insulted the diary. She asks how he could throw it away and call Anupama’s recipes street-style. She says cooking is an art and should never be insulted.
Prem asks if she wants to argue with him and whether she is supporting her mother against him. Rahi says she stayed silent until now. Prem asks why she is speaking now.
Rahi says because she loves him and cannot watch him cross every limit. Vasundhara says Prem has lost his mind. She says Rahi is trying to explain things to him but he keeps crossing every limit.
Rahi Speaks Up for Anupama
Rahi tells Prem to admit he was scared of Anupama. She says he knows Anupama’s recipes are better. That is why he stole the diary.
Now that he has been caught he is insulting it to defend himself. Rahi says the Prem she loved always spoke with love and stood for the truth. She says that Prem is now lost, and she misses him.
Rahi says hiding his mistakes, hating Anupama to prove her love for him and staying away from her mother were all her own mistakes.
Prem Puts Rahi in a Tough Spot
Prem asks if she wants to support him. Rahi says she wants to support him but first he has to leave the wrong path and return to her. She says she will walk the rest of the journey with him.
But if he does not return she will have no choice but to support Anupama. Prem says if that happens she will only be known as Rahi Anupama Joshi from today.
He says there is no place in his house for someone who supports Anupama. Prem grabs Rahi’s hand and drags her. Vasundhara tells him to leave her hand because he is no longer in control.
Prem Forces Rahi to Choose
Shurti says she will never tolerate anyone misbehaving with Rahi. Prem says Rahi is happy because she has turned the family against him. He says this is his family and his house.
If Rahi wants to support Anupama she should leave and go back to her family. Rahi asks him to let go of her hand before saying such things. Prem says he is not afraid of her challenge. He gives Rahi one last warning.
Prem Gives Rahi an Ultimatum
He says if she supports Anupama instead of him she can no longer stay in this house. He says he does not want to hear any more lectures from her. Vasundhara warns Prem to take back his words.
She says otherwise she will slap him so hard that she will break Anupama’s record. Prem tells Rahi that the door is open and she can decide. Rahi is left heartbroken.
Rahi Breaks Down
Anupama wants to call Rahi then she stops. She says if Prem sees it he will become even angrier. Meanwhile Rahi breaks down in tears.
Khyati and Vasundhara try to console her. Shruti asks what has happened to Prem. Khyati tells Rahi not to take Prem’s words to heart. Rahi says there can be nothing worse for a wife than hearing such words from her husband.
Vasundhara says Prem is destroying his own married life because of his anger. She says he needs time to calm down. Khyati says no matter what Prem does Rahi will have to understand him.
Vasundhara says they should wait until Prem calms down. Shruti asks if she should stay with Rahi. Rahi asks everyone to leave her alone.
Prerna’s First Kitchen Ritual
Later Anupama sends Rahi a message and hopes she will read it and call back. Anupama asks Prerna why she is preparing food today.
She says her first kitchen ritual is tomorrow. Prerna says happiness should not wait.
Prerna Taunts Anupama
Prerna taunts tomorrow’s rituals may get delayed if another problem comes up. Pakhi Asks Toshu if Prerna Taunted Anupama Toshu says maybe she spoke without thinking.
Digvijay says the smell of the food has already made him hungry. Leela notices the new dinner set and asks Prerna why she took it out without asking her.
Anupama supports Prerna. Hasmukh also supports her. Leela says becoming an old daughter-in-law takes time. She worries if the dinner set gets damaged what will they serve to the guests?
Leela Warns Prerna
Prerna says if they keep saving every good thing only for guests then the family will never enjoy it. She says family members also deserve to feel special.
Pakhi says until now no one entered the kitchen without asking Leela. Anupama scolds Pakhi. She says if things are never used they will eventually get spoiled.
Leela says Prerna is a new daughter-in-law but she is the elder mother-in-law of the house. She says everything in the house will happen according to her rules.
She tells Prerna to follow her own methods only after Leela is gone. She says Prerna may not like her habit of saving things, but she will still have to accept it.
Pari Supports Rahi
Later Pari goes to meet Rahi. Rahi asks her to go and rest. Pari says they can both talk to Prem together. She says she only came to tell Rahi that she is with her.
After Pari leaves Rahi remembers Prem’s painful words. She wonders why he is trying to end their relationship. She cannot believe the man asking her to leave is the same Prem she loved. Rahi breaks down.
Pari Tells Everyone the Truth
Anupama notices that Prerna looks upset.
She says they will use the dinner set today and carefully clean and keep it later.
Prerna serves food to everyone. Hasmukh praises the food. Leela says there was no need to experiment with the dishes. She says traditional food should have been prepared.
Hasmukh gives Prerna a gift. He asks everyone else to bless her too. Anupama and Digvijay also give Prerna gift.
Just then Pari arrives. Everyone is shocked.
Anupama asks what happened. Pari tells the family everything that happened at the Kothari house. Everyone is left shocked.
Precap: Anupama tells Rahi her mother’s home is always her home. She asks Rahi to come back with her. Rahi replies that home is no longer Anupama’s home.
She says both she and her mother are homeless. Neither of them has even an inch of land they can truly call their own. Anupama is shocked.
Anupama then says every woman should build her own home through her hard work and talent where no one can throw her out. She says this competition is important because it will help Rahi build a home of her own.
