Today’s episode begins with Mahid noticing Seher sitting alone near the riverside. Kaiz asks Mahid why he is giving him stones with his other hand.
He notices blood on Mahid’s hand. Mahid tells him not to worry seher has already applied medicine to the wound. Kaiz says they should call the seher again.
Mahid Goes to Talk to Seher
Mahid asks why. Kaiz says the doctor is nice she came to help them. He says Mahid always teaches him to value people who help them but they have left her sitting alone.
He says she can also help them build a fort. Kaiz asks Mahid why Seher is not sitting with them. Mahid says he has to stay strong. He cannot lose control in front of Kaiz.
He says he needs the courage to talk to Seher so that she will leave from there.
Mahid and Seher Argue
Mahid goes to Seher and asks why she is sitting there. Seher asks why she should tell him what she is doing.
Mahid asks her to behave maturely. He says she is no longer a sixteen-year-old girl and asks if she wants to create a scene in front of Kaiz.
Seher says she is only waiting for the horseman to move a little farther away so that she can leave the place safely. She asks if he thinks she is making excuses to stay there.
Mahid says the horseman looked like a simple local man and tells her not to make him look dangerous without reason.
Seher and Mahid’s Moment
Seher argues with him loses her balance and falls into Mahid’s arms.They share a moment. Seher says after everything happened to Kausar she cannot trust any stranger so easily.
She says spending time with him now feels like walking on thorns. She leaves and tries to find a mobile network. Mahid asks if she is lost. He asks how she will return.
Seher asks if he is now the one making excuses to stop her. She says she is no longer an innocent sixteen-year-old girl. She has learned to stand on her own feet. Mahid tells her not to worry. Seher leaves.
Amal Asks Zeba to Help Find Seher
Meanwhile Zeba tells a nurse to handle the neurologist’s case to the medical team from Lucknow has arrived.
Amal comes there and asks for her help. She tells Zeba Seher is missing. She says they had gone to deliver medicines. A kid came and informed Seher someone had fallen from the mountain.
Seher went to help but never returned. Zeba says Seher always leaves her assigned work and goes wherever she wants. She says she cannot do anything about it.
She tells Amal to go to the police station and file a missing complaint. Amal says Seher is their team member and Zeba cannot ignore the situation.
Amal Threatens Zeba
Amal insists Zeba must help search for Seher. Zeba refuses. Amal starts records a video of Zeba. She says she is a writer and will upload the video on social media after adding enough drama to make Zeba look like the villain.
Left with no choice Zeba agrees to help. Just then Fareed arrives and asks who is missing. Zeba tells him it is Seher. Amal and Fareed are shocked to see each other.
Kaiz Suddenly Collapses
Meanwhile Kaiz is collecting stones. Mahid says he has already filled his bag with enough stones and asks him not to carry any more.
Kaiz says he will build a fort with them. Mahid say he will carry a heavy bag. Kaiz says he can carry it himself. He starts running with the bag but suddenly collapses.
Mahid panics and tries to wake him up. He immediately runs after Seher and stops her. Mahid finds Seher holds her hand and asks her to come with him. Both of them rush back to Kaiz.
Mahid Begs Seher for Help
Seher asks what happened. Mahid says he does not know. He says Kaiz was running and suddenly collapsed.
Mahid begs Seher to save him. Seher Saves Kaiz. Seher examines Kaiz. She tells Mahid that Kaiz’s heartbeat is not normal. Mahid breaks down.
He begs Seher to save Kaiz. He says if anything happens to him he will die while still alive. Seher tells Mahid this is not the time to lose control Kaiz needs his strength. She asks him not to blame himself.
Mahid Prays for Kaiz
Seher starts performing CPR. She checks his heartbeat again but realises it is still not normal. Mahid folds his hands and starts praying.
He says life has tested him again and again. He could not save Gazala and Kausar. If he loses Kaiz too he will never be able to forgive himself.
He says if anything happens to Kaiz he will never find peace. He prays to God for mercy. Seher suddenly remembers that she has an experimental life-saving drug.
Kaiz’s Heartbeat Returns
Seher tells Mahid it is still under trial but it may help Kaiz regain consciousness. Mahid asks her to do whatever is needed.
Seher gives Kaiz the injection. She prays for Kaiz’s life. After checking him again Seher happily tells Mahid that Kaiz’s heartbeat has returned and he is now out of danger.
Mahid asks if she is only trying to comfort him. Seher asks him to check for himself. Mahid listens to Kaiz’s heartbeat and becomes emotional with relief.
Seher Encourages Mahid
Seher says Kaiz must be taken to the hospital immediately for more tests. Mahid becomes scared and says he is afraid to lift him in case something happens again.
Seher encourages him. She says she trusts him and knows he will protect Kaiz. She asks him to pick Kaiz up.
Amal and Fareed’s Argument
Meanwhile Amal tries calling the authorities. Fareed tells her not to worry he has already contacted the local authorities.
He says the search and rescue operation has started and they will find Seher. Amal says she has lived without him for seven years and can continue doing so.
She says she does not need anyone’s help especially Fareed’s. Fareed says everything he did was for her. Amal asks him to leave her and Seher alone.
Fareed asks how long she will stay angry after seven years. Amal says she will never forgive him as long as she is alive. She leaves. Fareed feels heartbroken.
The Horseman Helps Them
Mahid and Seher rush with Kaiz toward the medical camp. She stops the same horseman
He says he is not following Seher and refuse to listen to her. Seher tells him to prove he is a good person Kaiz’s life is in danger. She asks him to help them reach the medical camp.
The horseman calls an ambulance. Mahid asks if he can borrow his phone to call Kaiz’s mother. He calls Insha and informs her about Kaiz.
The horseman asks Seher if she is Mahid’s second wife. Seher says she is his first wife. She quickly realises what she has said and corrects herself. She says she is nothing to him.
Seher Is Heartbroken
Later Mahid and Seher reach the hospital with Kaiz. Amal is shocked to see Mahid with Seher. Insha arrives and asks Mahid what happened to Kaiz.
Seher is shocked to see Insha. She feels heartbroken after seeing Mahid with Insha.
Precap: Amal tells Seher her eyes are telling a different story. She says Mahid’s sudden arrival has affected Seher more than she admits.
Mahid tells Seher Insha is Kaiz’s mother. Seher says he does not need to explain anything she has already seen everything with her own eyes. Insha asks Mahid why she was talking to him in that tone and asks who this doctor is. Mahid says she is Seher.
