Today’s episode begins with Manpreet agreeing with Prem. She tells Anupama this round is going to be very difficult for her.
Anupama says if life was easy none of them would be standing in this competition today. She says they are here because they are not afraid of challenges.
She says getting a chance to present a new dish is her good fortune. She promises to give her best so that her risotto does not disappoint the place where it was born.
Roy comments both the mother-in-law and son-in-law are very competitive and there is definitely something interesting between them.
The Pantry Round Begins
The host announces as soon as the timer starts the pantry door will open. After two minutes it will close. Prem tells his team to stay focused.
Anupama asks Kinjal and Prerna to stay calm. The host announces if any captain tells even one ingredient to their team members the entire team will be disqualified. He also asks everyone to cheer but not cheat.
The buzzer rings and all the teams run towards the pantry. The host says the audience cannot see inside the pantry but they can hear everything.
Prem Pressures Rahi
The host tells Rahi has been confused from the beginning while Shruti is creating problems for her. Prem shouts not even a single ingredient should be missed.
Khyati tells Prem not to stress his team because they are already working hard. Prem says he cannot forget that they have to win.
Leela complains they cannot see what is happening inside the pantry so how will they know who is bringing what. Hasmukh asks her to stay calm.
Prerna Sacrifices for Rahi
The host says Kinjal and Prerna are moving ahead slowly but Prem’s team is still confused. He announces that Rahi and Prerna both reach for the same dish and bump into each other.
Prem says outside they should not leave anything behind. Anupama worries that Prerna may start fighting but she hopes everyone stays focused on cooking.
The host says Rahi takes the dish but he praises Prerna for not wasting time arguing and letting Rahi take it. He says Prerna’s kindness may later cost her team.
Anupama thanks God that there was no fight. Prem says that kindness will make them lose.
Shruti Creates Trouble for Kinjal
The host then announces another incident.
Shruti snatches an ingredient packet from Kinjal’s hand. Ishani gets angry.
Anupama asks everyone to stay calm because maybe that ingredient is not important. Leela tells Vasundhara Shruti is a thief. The host says Kinjal looks upset because Shruti has taken something that was important for Anupama’s team.
Khyati says Shruti did the wrong thing. Prem says that to win people have to do whatever it takes. Meeta also supports Shruti’s action.
The host announces that the pantry time is over. The pantry door closes. He says every team must now cook only with the ingredients they collected. They have 30 minutes to prepare their dishes.
Anupama Faces an Ingredient Crisis
Manpreet says the captains have received four different dishes and each one should give a different experience. Roy says presentation is just as important as taste.
Sikandar says food should touch both the tongue and the soul. The host starts the cooking time. Anupama and Prem both check their ingredients.
Anupama asks Kinjal and Prerna where the cheese is. Kinjal says she picked up the cheese but Shruti snatched it from her. Mahi asks how they will make risotto without cheese and says they should have taken it back.
Kinjal says she could not pick another packet but at the last moment she found cashews.
Prem Lashes Out at Rahi
Prem asks where the baking powder is . He says they have picked baking soda instead of baking powder. Prem gets angry and scolds her.
He says Rahi he repeatedly reminded her but still she missed important ingredient. Rahi says she could not be everywhere at the same time. She brought everything she could and only one thing was missed.
Prem asks how they will make lachha paratha without baking powder. Khyati says they should first start making the paneer. She says lachha paratha can still be prepared by using curd and baking soda. She will knead the dough.
Anupama Finds a Solution
Vasundhara tells Anil it looks like both teams have made mistakes. She says Prem looks worried. Anil says Prem always panics so even a small mistake looks very big to him.
All the teams continue preparing their dishes. Anupama divides the work among everyone. Prerna asks how the risotto will get its cheesy flavour. Anupama says they have cashews.
She says she has seen a recipe for vegan cheese and they will make cheese from cashews.
Judges Praise Anupama’s Team
The judges observe both teams. Sikandar says Anupama’s team is working peacefully without making any noise.
He says his mother always told him that the kitchen should remain peaceful because it brings blessings to the food. Roy agrees with him.
Manpreet says those are old beliefs. She says only the taste matters whether the food is cooked in silence or with noise.
Prem Loses His Temper
Prem’s team continues cooking. Prem scolds everyone. He tells Pari that if she wants to work so slowly she should step aside because he does not have time to waste.
Pari feels hurt. Meeta says Anupama’s table is so quiet that it looks like they do not even know how to cook. Khyati asks Meeta to focus on her own work.
Prerna Feels Guilty
Prerna apologises to Ishani. She says she wanted to bring the best dish for the risotto but Rahi wanted the same dish so she could only save what she managed to collect.
Ishani says they will see whose dish turns out to be better. Prem again scolds his team. He keeps telling everyone what to add. He criticises Rahi for the way she has cut the vegetables.
The Families Watch the Competition
Leela says if Prem were there he would have shouted at them too. Leela says she cannot even pronounce the names of the dishes Anupama is making. Hasmukh tells her not to worry.
He says this is not Anupama’s first competition. He says Anupama and Digvijay worked very hard and studied throughout the night. He says Anupama will prepare the best dish.
The Final Cooking Moments
Anupama and Prem continue cooking. Digvijay tells Anupama the video recipe used nutmeg. Anupama remembers and quickly adds it.
Pakhi says Anupama will not become the Risotto Queen just by watching videos. She says Anupama will be eliminated in this round. Toshu says she should stop saying such negative things because Anupama’s victory is important.
He says he is cheering for Ishani and Kinjal. Â Vasundhara hopes everything turns out well. Leela says she is unable to watch because she is too nervous. She asks Hasmukh if anything is going wrong.
The Judges Taste the Dishes
The host announces that time is almost over. Every team speeds up. The host calls the teams one by one for tasting. The first two teams present their dishes and the judges like them.
Then it is Prem’s team’s turn. Prem presents his dish. Manpreet says they did not have baking powder so she thought the paratha would not turn out well.
She praises their idea of using baking soda and curd instead. She says she loved the dish. Roy praises both the taste and the presentation. Sikandar says the dish had technique and style but it lacked peace. He says it did not touch his heart.
Khyati says a judge like Sikandar can immediately tell whether food is made with the heart or only with the hands. The host says Prem’s dish impressed two judges but not Sikandar.
Manpreet Dislikes Anupama’s Dish
Anupama presents her dish. Manpreet says she didn’t’t like thd preparation. Sikandar says food is not a picture that needs to look beautiful.
Manpreet says presentation still matters. Roy says the presentation is simple but not bad. Manpreet calls it boring
Anupama Impresses the Judges
Roy tastes the dish. He asks Anupama if this is the first time she has made it. He says the dish has peace in it.
Anupama says the recipe belongs to her teammate’s daughter Saavi. Roy asks if she is talking about Salgonda’s Saavi. Anupama says yes. Roy says he knows Digvijay.
Anupama calls Digvijay. Digvijay says Saavi was a huge fan of Roy. Roy says he cannot believe Digvijay still looks so handsome. He says Saavi often visited his cafe and had a great passion for cooking even at a young age. He asks where Saavi’s café is now.
Digvijay says it has now become Love You Zindagi Café. Roy says and now it is run by Anupama.
Prem Gets Worried
Shruti complains that the judging has become biased. Prem says knowing someone does not mean taking their side. He says Roy is not the only judge.Roy wishes Anupama’s team good luck.
Manpreet tastes the dish. She says the taste is good but not outstanding. She says the dish did not impress her. Sikandar tells Manpreet  she judged the dish by its appearance before tasting it.
He says she got stuck on the presentation and missed its real flavour. Sikandar says the dish has peace and every bite touches the soul. He says he loved Anupama’s dish.
Everyone Waits for the Results
The host announces that after the scores are revealed one team will be eliminated. Anupama says she has to win because she wants her house back.
Digvijay tells her not to worry because she will reach the next round. Prerna apologises to Anupama for forcing her to change the dish because of the missing ingredients.
Anupama says a team needs togetherness not apologies.
Prem Warns Rahi
Prem tells Rahi his dish turned out well but she must never repeat such mistakes. Pari asks Prem why he keeps blaming only Rahi and tells him to let it go.
The host says the result card is in his hand and one team will now move to the next round. Everyone looks stressed and worried.
Precap: Digvijay says the competition winner has not been decided yet but the decision about the dream has already been made. Anupama visits the builder to discuss her house.
Meanwhile Toshu says he formed the team so he also deserves a share of the prize money. Pakhi says Ishani should also get a share. Prerna tells Ansh just like Toshu and Pakhi she also has to think about her share in the prize money. Leela tells Anupama to give up her dream of getting her house back. Anupama is shocked.
