Today’s episode begins with Armaan trying to build a house using playing cards. Miara and Mukti cheer for him. Suddenly Bhanu’s card falls down. Armaan picks it up and gives it back to him.
At that moment Bhanu holds Armaan’s hand and accuses him of stealing his card. The host says cheating is not allowed and immediately disqualifies Armaan. The Poddar family is shocked.
Armaan Gets Disqualified
Armaan tries to explain himself but the host refuses to listen. The host declares Bhanu the winner of the Best Father round. Armaan apologizes to Miara and Mukti.
Abhira says that in one way Armaan has already won because his hands stayed steady during the task and they are much better than before.
Armaan tells Abhira that Bhanu has become so irritated that he won’t even talk to her. He says the court hearing is in three days anyway.
Sanjay says he can announce the result right now. He says Abhira will lose the case.
Miara Saves Bhanu’s daughter
Later some girls bully Bhanu’s daughter. Miara steps in and tells them to stop. She warns the girls. Tanya comes there and asks if everything is alright.
Miara says there is no problem and tells her she was only stopping the girls from bullying the child. The bully girls leave.
Miara asks Bhanu’s daughter where her parents are and says she will take her to them.
Abhira Competes for the Best Daughter-in-Law
Kaveri tells Abhira the Best Daughter-in-Law competition is about to begin. Abhira says she does not feel like participating. Vidya asks her why.
Abhira says Bhanu refused to become their witness. Vidya tells her to participate in the competition to distract herself. Abhira and Shipra take part in the Best Daughter-in-Law competition.
As per the rules Armaan and Bhanu hand over different household items. The host says every item has a marked place and the daughters-in-law have to keep each item in its correct place who places all the items correctly will win the round. The family cheers for Abhira.
Mukti Loses Her Hair Saving Miara
Meanwhile Mukti notices the same bully girls coming with scissors. They plan to cut Miara’s hair.Mukti steps in to protect Miara. Instead the girls cut Mukti’s hair.
At the same time Abhira wins the competition round. Mukti screams. The whole family gets shocked. Mukti panics covers herself with a cloth and runs away. Miara runs after her to comfort her. Armaan and Abhira also go after them.
Abhira Encourages Mukti
Miara tells Mukti to leave the girls to her because she can teach them a lesson. Mukti says she cannot do that. Miara says Mukti still looks cute. Mukti says she cannot face the family anymore.
Just then accidentally Mukti’s scarf pulls off and everyone sees her new hairstyle. Mukti panics. Krish says her hair will grow back in a few days.
Armaan says she still looks very beautiful. Miara tells her not to take so much stress because it is only hair and it will grow again.
Mukti Breaks Down
Mukti asks Miara if hair is not important then she should also cut her own hair. She says she knows her hair will grow back but for the next few days she will have to look like this.
Abhira tells Mukti she still looks beautiful and asks her to trust her. Mukti says the problem is not about her looks. Abhira asks what the real problem is. Mukti says she cannot tell them.
Miara tells everyone not to force Mukti. She says if cutting her own hair will make Mukti feel better then she is ready to cut her hair too.
Miara says Mukti’s happiness is more important than her hair. As Miara is about to cut her hair Mukti throws away the scissors.
Mukti Shares Her Pain
Mukti says there is no point because even if Miara cuts all her hair she will still look like Armaan and Abhira. She says even if she gets the coolest hairstyle she can never look like Armaan and Abhira.
Mukti says she knows she is not their real daughter. She says she still wishes that at least something about her looked like them. She says that is why years ago even the family members could not accept her. So how could the outside world accept her as their daughter?
She says she knew she could not change her face so she decided to always keep her hair nice so that when she stood with them no one would notice that she looked different.
Abhira Assures Mukti
Abhira tells Mukti that no matter how her hair looks she will always be a Poddar daughter. She says Armaan, Miara and everyone in the family love her very much and that truth will never change.
Abhira says it does not matter who looks like whom. Mukti says it does matter. She says whenever a baby is born people always compare the baby’s face with the family members.
She shows everyone a family photo and says everyone looks similar but she is the only one who looks like an outsider. Mukti says she is not complaining. She says she is thankful that she became part of this family. But she wishes she also looked like them.
Bhanu Changes His Decision
Just then Bhanu’s daughter comes and thanks Miara. She gives a trophy to Miara. Miara asks how the trophy came to her because they did not win the competition.
Bhanu arrives and says the trophy belongs to their family because they truly deserved the victory. Bhanu says both Miara and Mukti saved his daughter. He says Mukti even lost her hair while protecting his daughter.
He apologizes to Mukti. Armaan and Abhira say they will speak to the bully girls parents. Bhanu says he is now ready to become their witness. He says parents whose daughters are so kind and brave can never be wrong.
He promises to testify in court. Armaan and Abhira become very happy. Armaan asks Bhanu to take the trophy. Bhanu says the real winners are Armaan and his family, and they deserve it. Then he leaves.
An Emotional Family Moment
Miara tells Mukti that because of her Abhira got a witness for the court case and they also received the Best Family award.
Mukti says it was not because of her. Abhira says it happened because of both Miara and Mukti. She calls them both their lucky charms. Abhira tells Mukti that she should never say she is not their real daughter again.
She says when Mukti cries she looks exactly like Armaan. Miara adds that Mukti has Abhira’s height. The whole family shares a warm group hug. Kaveri removes the evil eye from them.
The Poddar family dances together. They even dance around Mukti to cheer her up. Sanjay says he does not like any of this. Kajal tells Sanjay that he does not want any more family drama in his life so she asks him to go to his room.
Precap: Outside the Poddar house a group of people protests against Abhira and shouts slogans. Armaan asks why they are protesting against her. A man throws a bottle at Abhira. Armaan asks if she is alright.
Abhira says she has to go to court because if she does not go she will lose the case. She says they convinced Bhanu to become their witness with great difficulty. Armaan tells her that she cannot go anywhere until the police arrive.
