Today’s episode begins with Mukti and Miara opening the boxes gifted by Armaan and Abhira. Both girls are happy to see everything inside.
They come to Armaan and Abhira and ask them to listen to their thesis. Abhira says the whole family will listen their thesis.
Miara and Mukti Present Their Thesis
Armaan says half the family will listen to Miara’s thesis and the other half will listen to Mukti’s and no one will compare their theses. Miara asks why.
Abhira says everyone will give them constructive feedback so they can improve their thesis. Armaan says this is not a competition. It is about hard work not rivalry. Miara and Mukti agree.
Both girls present their thesis in front of the family and every family member gives them useful suggestions.
Armaan and Abhira Talk About Siblings
Later Abhira tells Armaan that Miara’s thesis is very impressive. Armaan says Mukti’s thesis is also very good. He feels Mukti may get the scholarship.
She says she thinks Miara will get it. He says whoever gets the scholarship there should never be jealousy between them. Abhira says many parents become distant from their children as they grow up but siblings stay together from the beginning till the end of life.
She says Miara and Mukti should always remember they have each other and siblings are like private cheerleaders. Armaan says it would have been even better if Rohit were still with them and Ruhi had not left.
Armaan Abhira Share Romantic Moment
Abhira says Miara and Mukti still have Krish and Aryan. They have seen everyone solve their problems with Armaan together and she hopes they will learn from it.
Armaan says both girls have also seen life without each other so now they understand that life is more enjoyable when they stay together.
Abhira says she will help Miara and Mukti but Armaan stops her and asks her to spend some time with him instead. The two share a close romantic moment before Armaan and Abhira playfully get into a pillow fight
Vidya Puts Pressure on Miara
Later Vidya gives Miara turmeric milk. She says Mukti did not even ask for milk and went to sleep after drinking it. Vidya forces Miara to drink the milk.
She asks Miara if she is making a 3D model for her thesis. Miara says she cannot tell her anything about Mukti’s thesis because that would be cheating. Vidya says she is only giving her an idea to make her thesis more impressive.
She tells Miara Armaan always wanted to come first in everything. Miara says Mukti also has dreams and she has written her thesis without taking anyone’s help. Miara returns to her room.
She notices Mukti sleeping beside her thesis but decides she will not read it. Miara that she is proud of Mukti.
Armaan and Abhira Confront Sanjay
The next morning Armaan and Abhira reach the law firm. Rajini tries to talk to Abhira but the security guard stops her. Abhira asks what happened.
Armaan recognizes Rajini and say she used to work at the firm and asks why she is not being allowed inside. The security guard says Sanjay has ordered that she should not enter
Later Abhira, Armaan, Sanjay, and the woman gather together. A peon brings water for Abhira . Abhira asks about Peon Suresh. The peon says Suresh has also been fired.
Sanjay Justifies His Actions
Rajini says she was also dismissed yesterday. She reveals that seven or eight employees have been fired in the last two months. Abhira asks Sanjay why they were removed.
Sanjay says they had started taking too many leaves. Rajini says she is a single mother raising his children alone without family support. Whenever she took leave she worked overtime the next day to complete his work.
Sanjay says regular attendance is also part of the job. He rudely comments that if people cannot raise children they should not have them
Sanjay Shocks Abhira
Armaan and Abhira are shocked by his words. Sanjay tells Abhira not to become emotional. He says many women in the office manage both their work and family.
He say discipline is necessary if anyone wants to work in the firm. Abhira says these employees have worked for the firm for many years and have always proved their loyalty.
She says they are not taking advantage of the company. She also says Sanjay cannot understand the struggles of a single parent.
Sanjay Challenge Abhira
Armaan adds Suresh travels every day by crowded bus instead of a car so Sanjay cannot understand his struggles either.
Sanjay says everyone’s life is difficult but people come to work not to gain sympathy. He says Abhira may think he is the villain today but
she will understand when the entire staff starts asking for leave by making excuses about children and illness. He asks if she is ready to bear the firm’s losses.
Miara Feels restless
Miara is stressed about her thesis. Vidya comes into her room and asks her to switch off the light. She asks why she is sitting in dark
Vidya tells her to eat lunch. Miara says she is already late. Vidya advises her to set an alarm and asks her to make timetable like Mukti so she can finish her thesis properly and increase her chances of winning the scholarship.
She says if Miara wins Armaan and Abhira will be very happy. Vidya compares Miara’s messy study table with Mukti’s clean one. Miara becomes even more worried.
Mukti hears everything and says she will clean Miara’s table. Vidya says Miara does not want Mukti to read her thesis. Mukti says she has never even read Miara’s thesis.
Mukti Worries About Miara
Mukti clean Miara’s table notices many empty juice bottles. She asks why Miara is drinking so much juice. Miara says she does not want to take breaks because she wants to stay ahead in her thesis.
She says Armaan has won every scholarship in his life and Abhira is now the head of the law firm. She wants to make them proud. She asks Mukti to leave so she can continue working.
Abhira Calls a Board Meeting
Later Abhira calls a board meeting. One board member says he has heard she is planning to make decisions that may cause losses to the firm.
Meanwhile Armaan asks Sanjay why he had complained against Abhira before the board. Sanjay says he is thinking about the firm’s future. He says Suresh the peon has become old and keeps taking leave.
He fears other senior employees will also start making excuses. He shows attendance records to support his decision. Abhira says those employees are the only earning members of their families.
Abhira Defends Her Point
Abhira says everyone that humanity is also important. She says their work has never suffered because of their leave. Sanjay says they cannot wait until the work starts suffering.
He says older employees make more mistakes because of their age. Abhira asks what kind of logic that is. If their work is not affected why should they be fired?
She says everyone these employees have spent their entire lives building the Poddar Firm. Now when the firm should support them they are being removed.
Sanjay Targets Abhira
Abhira says if they lose their jobs at this age no one else will hire them. she ask if younger employees will not have these problems. Sanjay says women think with emotions instead of practicality.
Abhira says she is being practical because firing elderly employees will destroy their lives. Armaan says firing the only earning member of a family is also emotional and unfair
Sanjay says they are running a business not a charity. He asks the board members if the employees health and family should be more important than the firm’s business.
Sanjay Gets the Board Members’ Support
Sanjay says irresponsible employees will only cause losses and it is better to hire new staff. The board members support Sanjay.
Sanjay gives Abhira a list of employees he wants to remove. Abhira is shocked after seeing the list.She remembers Madhav’s words.
She thinks that after losing their jobs these employees may also suffer like Madhav did, and at this age no one will hire them.
Miara’s Stress Worries Armaan
Armaan receives a message from Miara saying she is very worried and will explain everything after he comes home.
Later Armaan and Abhira return home. Armaan thinks he will first find out what is troubling Miara and then tell Abhira.
Abhira and Armaan’s Act
Disha accidentally bumps into Abhira. Abhira asks if she is alright. Disha says Manisha is forcing her to drink soup and she feels like vomiting.
Since Aryan is not there to save her she asks Abhira for help. To distract Manisha Abhira and Armaan pretend to argue with each other.
Precap: Sanjay tells Abhira that no matter how hard she tries this time the board members are supporting him. Abhira says she had won them over once before and she will do it again.
Just then Mukti rushes in and tells Abhira that Miara needs help.Sanjay taunts Abhira and says she should go and prove that a woman cannot handle everything alone. Abhira is left shocked.
