Today’s episode begins with Seher squeezing lemon into the water. Foam comes out as soon as she squeezes the lemon proving that something harmful was mixed into the drink.
She asks who gave Mahid the glass of water. Mahid looks at Nazima. Seher says she should have understood Nazima was behind all this.
Seher Confront Nazima
Seher tells Nazima years ago she had mixed alcohol into Seher’s juice to frame her and today she has mixed medicine into Mahid’s drink.
Hakim says his bottle of medicine has been missing since yesterday. He says it is a very dangerous medicine and can make anyone lose control.
Hakim says he remembers Nazima was around when the medicine bottle went missing. He asks if she stole the medicine.
Husna Tries to Frame Nazima
Husna tries to frame Nazima and says that maybe Nazima wanted revenge for what happened to her.
She says Nazima has loved Mahid since childhood but could never accept his love was not meant to be. Husna says after what happened at the Dargah Nazima thought that Mahid and Seher were getting closer.
She says Nazima went so low just to take revenge on Seher. Nazima tries to explain herself.
Mahid Doubts Nazima
Mahid tells Nazima she has made many mistakes and he has saved her many times. He says if what Husna is saying is true this time then Nazima will go to jail.
Khalid asks Mahid not to do that. He says he will take Nazima far away from there so that even her shadow does not fall on Mahid or Niyazi Manzil.
Nazima leaves and Mahid follows her. Meanwhile Khalid gets hurt by the broken glass. Seher asks Hakim to treat Khalid.
Seher Stops Mahid
Seher thinks Mahid does not have much time and that she should end the gathering. She tells everyone this matter is now related to the Niyazi family.
She requests everyone to end the gathering there. Seher then goes after Mahid and stops him. Mahid says he still has not got an answer from Nazima. He says he will not have peace until he gets the answer.
Seher says they need to see whether Mahid loses control after the effect of the antidote wears off. She asks him to come with her.
Mahid Feels Betrayed
Mahid says Nazima has turned out to be wrong again. He says he thought that this time she was innocent but she has once again been proven wrong.
Seher says she also thought Nazima had changed. Mahid says Nazima is not someone they can trust.
Seher Makes Mahid Laugh
Seher asks Mahid to give her his shoe. She washes his shoe and then places the shoes on both his and her head. She says she is punishing both of them.
Seher says Nazima betrayed them and left She says Nazima betrayed them and left and now they are wearing the crown of shoes. Mahid laughs. Mahid looks at himself and laughs.
He asks where she gets such mischievous ideas from. Mahid says he has not laughed so freely from his heart in many years. He thanks Seher.
Sultana Decides to Visit Niyazi Manzil
Later at the hospital Amal looks for Sultana. Sultana says Fareed’s duty hours have already started but Seher still hasn’t arrived at the hospital.
She asks Fareed to arrange a car and she wants to go to Niyazi Manzil and see why Seher has been forced to stay there. Amal hears this and calls Seher.
She tells Seher that Sultana is coming to Niyazi Manzil. Seher asks Amal to stop Sultana. Amal says Sultana is not listening to anyone. Seher says she has to leave with Mahid.
Haider Warns Husna
Haider says Husna he never thought she would fall this low. He says he did not know she would put all the blame on Nazima and frame her .
Husna says if Haider had not lectured her and if he had been capable enough to handle things himself she would not have had to do all this. Haider says she is doing all this to save herself and not for him.
He says her game will not work for long as Seher is coming back to this house and she will defeat her. Haider says that this time Husna won’t even have Nazima to use to save herself.
Husna Plans to Break Seher
Husna thinks about how Seher defeated her. She says she cannot believe Seher saved Mahid. She says someone else must have helped Seher.
She says Seher trusts that person a lot. Husna says if she finds that person she can break both Seher and her trust.
Haider tells her to keep thinking because she will not gain anything by doing so.
Seher Worries About Sultana
Mahid holds Seher’s hand to stop her. He tells her she said the medicine’s effect would soon wear off so why is she running away?
Seher says she has to leave if Sultana comes she say she could lose her jobs. She says she has already lost one job because of Mahid and does not want to lose another one.
Mahid lets go of her hand. He says she is right and that from now on she will not face any problem because of him. He asks her to leave and says he will take care of himself.
Seher says she will go with him to the hospital. She says she will not let him go out of her sight. Mahid says he will get the car keys and come back.
Seher Insists on Mahid
Seher says she cannot let him travel in this condition. She suggests that they take a rickshaw. Mahid agrees say after seven years he will finally get the experience of sitting in an auto-rickshaw.
Seher asks if he has really not travelled in a rickshaw for seven years. Mahid says he never got the chance because Seher was not with him.
Amal Tries to Stop Sultana
Amal pretends she has hurt her foot. Sultana ignores her. Amal asks nurse to call Sultana . Sultana tells Amal nice try but she will not fall for her trick.
She says she is going to Niyazi Manzil. Sultana asks the nurse to apply ointment to Amal’s injury. Fareed sees Amal and asks Sultana what happened to her. Sultana says Amal is only pretending to be hurt so that she can stop her.
Fareed says he does not know what Amal’s intentions are but he had hoped seeing Amal in pain would make Sultana stay. Sultana asks Amal where exactly she is hurt. She then asks the nurse to take Amal to her cabin.
Seher Tries to Distract Mahid
Mahid starts feeling restless. Seher tries to distract him. She says she will draw something on his hand and he has to guess it and asks him to close his eyes.
Seher writes something on Mahid’s hand. He guesses that she has written a rose. Seher starts talking to him about roses. Mahid asks how much time it will take to reach the hospital.
Precap: Sultana tells Seher that from today she will have to work a 24-hour shift. She warns Seher if she steps outside the hospital even once she will receive a medical licence cancellation email. Seher is shocked.
Fareed tells Mahid Seher’s presence in his life is a chance for him to start afresh.
