Today’s episode begins with Abhira enjoying the moonlight while having tea with Armaan. Abhira says the tea is so good. He says that when she is with him, even water tastes good to him.
He says every couple should take some time out and spend it together. She says couples should have some time for themselves. She then says tea time is over and now it is time to return to their responsibilities.
Abhira Gets Angry With Armaan
Armaan asks her to check Miara’s to-do list. Abhira sees the envelope Armaan was hiding from her. She reads it and gets shocked.
Abhira asks Armaan how he could hide such a big thing from her. She asks why he did not tell her that he had nominated her for a judge’s examination. She says he should not have given her name or made her a judge without asking her.
Armaan says he was planning a surprise for her and wanted to tell her about it himself. Abhira says she is happy and busy in her life he should not make such decisions for her without asking her. She says she does not want to talk to him.
Armaan Encourages Abhira to Become a Judge
Armaan tries to calm Abhira down. He says he wants to remind her she is meant to do great things.
He says she can become a hope for innocent people in a world where someone who cares about justice is needed. He says she deserves to sit on the judge’s chair.
Abhira says she is already fighting people as a lawyer. Armaan says as a lawyer she can support the truth but as a judge she can help people win their cases.
He asks her how she feels whenever an innocent person’s case comes before her. Abhira says she feels bad angry and helpless. Armaan says a person who thinks about others the way she does deserves to sit on the judge’s chair.
Abhira Worries About Her Family
Abhira says he is her husband so of course he will say such things. Armaan says he is not saying this only as her husband.
He is a senior lawyer who has seen her struggle and knows her potential. He says she can easily take on bigger challenges. Abhira asks Armaan what will happen to their family.
She says she found Miara and then lost her and she never got to spend enough time with her. She says now she has found her daughter again Armaan wants her to leave her family and start a new life.
Armaan Gives Abhira Courage
Armaan says their daughter is growing up. Miara and Mukti will go far away for studies, then work and later get married and move away from them.
He says they have to accept this truth. Armaan says Abhira wants to spend all her time with the family but soon they may not have enough time to give her.
He say she has their support to make this new dream come true.
Mukti Supports Armaan
Abhira goes to Miara and Mukti’s room and sees that it is messy. Miara asks what Armaan did now. Abhira starts cleaning the room and asks Armaan to leave.
Miara asks what the issue is. Abhira tells her Armaan nominated her for the judge’s examination without telling her. Miara asks why Armaan did this.
Mukti says sometimes people underestimate themselves. At such times their family has to remind them about their abilities. She says sometimes a person needs to be pushed in the right direction.
Armaan and Abhira’s Family Moment
Abhira and Armaan then start a pillow fight. Miara and Mukti also join them. Kaveri and Vidya are happy to see them together.
Kaveri say life rarely gives them such happy moments and they should allow themselves to enjoy them.
Raghav Is Worried About the Court Hearing
The next day Samar asks Raghav why he cancelled such an important meeting without telling them.
Raghav says the court hearing is today so he will personally go there. Samar asks why he needs to go when their entire legal team and lawyer will be present
Raghav says Armaan Poddar will be there. He says this case is very important.
Raghav promises Bhairavi
Bhairavi says Rasbhora is not just a business. It is a legacy left by her husband and grandfather.
She says this is not only about profit or loss. It is about the family’s reputation. Bhairavi says when the family’s reputation is at stake it does not matter who is standing against them.
Raghav promises Bhairavi that he will not let anyone put a stain on Rasbhora’s reputation. He says this will never happen.
Armaan Gets a Lift From Kabir
Armaan gets stuck because his car breaks down and he cannot find a cab. He asks someone for a lift and is shocked to see Kabir.
Armaan initially refuses to take a lift from him but Kabir insists. Armaan says he needs to reach the court quickly he could not find another vehicle.
Kabir asks why Armaan is going to court. Armaan says he is a lawyer. Armaan asks him to hurry. Kabir jokes God should save whoever is facing Armaan in court. He asks Armaan what the case is about and whether it is a theft case.
Kabir Drops Armaan Off at Court. Armaan says he cannot believe that he has to thank Kabir but he thanks him. Kabir asks him not to miss him. Armaan leaves. Kabir says that seeing Armaan angry reminds him of Miara.
The Damani Case Begins in Court
Armaan and Abhira reach the court. Armaan gives looks to Raghav and Samar. Abhira tells him to ignore them. Raghav goes to Armaan and asks how he dared to touch him.
The judge arrives and the hearing begins. The judge orders everyone to begin the session. Abhira presents her arguments and gives the court the list of complaints made against Damani.
Damini’s lawyer counters her saying that after the factory waste issue came to light several people filed complaints against Damini for publicity. He asks Abhira to show which complaint she wants to use as proof.
Abhira Exposes Damani’s
Abhira says the complaints were filed even before Damani was publicly exposed. She asks the judge to check them.
Abhira says Damani knew people were being harmed because of the factory’s waste but they still continued production so that money would keep coming in. She says Damani tried to hide the complaints.
Samar tells Raghav their former manager had come up with a solution for waste disposal and then informs them about the complaints. He worries they might get trapped because of it.
Abhira Challenges Damini’s Lawyer
Damini’s lawyer says that Damini’s ex-manager thought of handling the complaints and Samar and Raghav never even knew about them.
He says that once they found out they imposed corrective measures. Abhira asks if Damani has any proof to support this claim. The lawyer says they can call the manager.
Abhira says they can call him but she believes Damini may have threatened or paid him to say exactly what they want him to say. She says the manager is still a Damani employee.
Abhira Proves Damani Guilty
Abhira says the documents given by her prove Damani knew about its mistake but had no intention of correcting it. She says they hid the complaint the factory could continue running.
Damani’s lawyer argues if the factory is shut down what will happen to its employees and how will their families survive?
Abhira says people have already suffered Damani wanted to hide its wrongdoing.
Abhira Makes a Strong Point
Abhira says the real innocent people are those whose fields were destroyed because of the factory, those who had to leave their homes, and the animals who suffered because of Damani’s actions.
She says no one is even counting their suffering. Abhira says Damani used its employees as a cover while destroying innocent people’s lives. She says this is the legacy Damani has created.
Court Orders Damani’s Factory to Shut Down
Abhira asks the court to provide compensation to the affected families and immediately shut down Damani’s lake-side factory.
The judge says the allegations against Rasbhora are true. The court orders the lake-side factory must be shut down immediately. The judge says Damani must pay compensation for the damage caused to the people.
Abhira Receives Praise
The court gives them six months to pay the compensation. The judge warns that if they fail to follow the order their factory could be permanently sealed.
Samar says everything has gone wrong. Armaan and the others praise Abhira for winning the case.
Precap: Abhira is shocked to see news reports against her and Armaan. The reports call them a fraud couple. Abhira says Damani must be behind this. She says they have to stop this immediately.
Mukti tells Abhira that Armaan is not answering his phone and nobody knows where he is. Abhira becomes shocked.
