Today’s episode begins with Anupama telling Mahi she uses the word trauma as if it is not a heavy word but just popcorn. She asks Mahi if she even knows the meaning of trauma.
Anupama says nobody can erase someone’s trauma. She says Mahi does not think before doing anything and when she makes a mistake she cannot handle the result.
Anupama Gets Angry With Mahi
Anupama says that this time Mahi should not come to her crying. Hasmukh says that Rahi and Prem are also a part of the family. He says whoever’s team she plays for she should have told them.
Mahi says what else she can do. Ansh tells Mahi to reduce her arrogance and realise her mistake. Ishani asks why Mahi is still in the house if she is on another team. Mahi says this is her house and she has the right to stay there.
She says that if they want they can all throw her out of the house.Leela says that Mahi has become even more spoiled. She says Mahi is becoming like she used to be before. Anupama says she is afraid of this situation.
Prem Defends His Decision
At the Kothari house Prem notices Rahi is angry. He says he knows she is upset. He say has come to ask if he is angry with him or with Mahi.
Prem says he did not cheat or do anything wrong by taking Mahi to his team. Rahi says she knows Mahi’s nature. She says Mahi cannot stay calm under pressure and often makes quick and wrong decisions.
Rahi says Mahi has come to Prem only because she is angry with Anupama. She says his victory does not matter to her and Mahi is only thinking about her own benefit.
Prem Wants to Break Anupama
Prem says Mahi is a good cook. Prem says it will hurt Anupama to see her three daughters against her. He says he feels happy when Anupama struggles.
Prem says he will do everything he can to break Anupama’s confidence and make her lose.
Mahi and Ishani Fight
Later Mahi argues with Ishani because Mahi took printouts from her room. Ishani says that she and Mahi printed them together so how did it end up being only Mahi’s?
Mahi says Ishani is already out of the competition so why does she need them?. Kinjal comes there to stop them. She says people in the house are already worried and they should not create more problems.
Mahi and Ishani pull the paper from each other’s hands and it gets torn. Kinjal says nobody knows what they have to face to move ahead in this competition.
Leela Is Worried About Losing
Hasmukh Notice Leela Awake. He asks Leela what she is doing and why she is not sleeping. Leela says she cannot sleep she is afraid of losing the competition.
Leela says she had also taken part in a running competition during her childhood and lost. Now she is afraid she will lose her respect in this competition too.
Hasmukh says the fear she is seeing is only like a shadow. He tells her to stop being afraid and find courage within herself. He says she is an international-level chef.
Hasmukh Boosts Leela
Hasmukh tell her Anupama had once won a competition in America and she had given her recipe diary.
Hasmukh says if Anupama won then she can win again now. He praise Leela cooking skills. Leela says she has never supported Anupama in any competition. She has always become an obstacle for her.
She says this time she wants to see Anupama reach the finish line without any problem. She says she is also afraid something may go wrong.
Hasmukh says everyone should come together and help each other win. Anupama hears this and feels happy.
Vasundhara Dreams About Leela
Later Leela says she never thought Vasundhara would become the wildcard entry. She says Vasundhara is not even equal to her shoes.
Leela says she will not take part in the competition. She will go to Haridwar and will not return until the competition is over. She says she hopes Vasundhara feels sorry for her and gets eliminated or loses the competition.

Later Anupama and the Shah family pray to God. The Kothari family also prays to God.
A New Task Is Announced
Later at the competition venue the host welcomes everyone. He welcomes Anupama’s team and Prem’s team.
He says Leela and Vasundhara have experience and both know recipes but the task will not be easy. He announces the next task. The teams have to sing a song and cook at the same time.
The host says there is a twist. The host says the wildcard entrant has come to sing while cooking. He announces that this will be Antakshari with food. Leela says Antakshari is very easy for her.
Leela-Vasundhara Get Nervous

Mahi asks Shruti why she is so quiet. She says Vasundhara will handle everything. Prem encourages Vasundhara. He says she has managed the family for years, so she can manage this team too.
The host reveals the ingredients box. Anupama says that except for sweet potato all the ingredients are strange and asks what they can make from them.
Anupama Worries About Leela
Anupama says Leela has never cooked avocado before. Prem is also worried. He says Vasundhara may have seen these ingredients but making a dish from them is a different thing.

Precap: Manpreet tells Prem and Anupama that Leela and Vasundhara will be tied together for the task. They will have to complete the task while being tied together.
Leela and Vasundhara are tied together with a rope and both struggle. Leela pulls the rope causing both Vasundhara and Leela to get hurt. Prem shouts at Leela.
Anupama says this happened because everything was being done in a hurry. Shruti blamed Leela deliberately made Vasundhara fall. Both teams start arguing with each other.
