Today’s episode begins with Mahid telling Seher he does not want her to treat him. He says he will ask Fareed to send another doctor to treat him. He tells Seher that she can leave.
Mahid gets a call from Insha. Seher answers the call Insha says she called Mahid she wants to talk to him. Seher gives the phone to Mahid.
Mahid Worries About Qias
Insha tells Mahid he had said he would take Qias to the hospital for his medical tests. She says he was not at Niyazi Manzil. She says she only wanted to tell him she has brought Qias to the hospital.
Mahid asks her to wait because he is coming. Seher stops him and says she will not let him go in this conditions .Mahid says Qias needs him and he cannot leave him alone. He says Qias does not have a father.
Mahid says when he was Qias’s age he also did not have a father and nobody was there to take care of him. He says he cannot let the same thing happen to Qias.
Seher Stops Mahid
Seher says he does not need to give her any explanation. She says she understands he sees his childhood in Qias. She tells him to finish his drip and says she will go to Qias.
Mahid asks her not to tell Qias that he has been given an injection Qias will get worried after seeing him like this.
Seher and Insha Clash
Seher goes to Qias. Insha says they have to get Qias’s tests done and Mahid must be waiting for them.
Seher says Mahid cannot come at this time. She says Mahid asked her to take care of Qias. She says she will check all his test reports. Insha asks why Seher needs to take the trouble.
She asks if Seher thinks she cannot get Qias treated herself. Seher says Mahid asked her to stay with Qias. Insha says she called Mahid not Seher. She says Qias wanted Mahid to be with him during his tests.
Insha Accuses Seher
Seher says she knows Mahid takes care of Qias. Insha says Qias has also become Mahid’s support.

Seher Asks Insha to Stay Away From Mahid

She tells her it is better for her to stay away from them. Insha says she has seen Mahid broken and shattered. She asks Seher if possible she should not hurt him again.
Seher Sets Boundaries for Insha
Insha says this is her request. Seher asks who gave Insha the right to make such a request on behalf of Mahid . Insha says humanity gave her that right.
She says if someone sees another person suffering every day sympathy naturally develops. Seher says the bond between her and Mahid is so strong that even she cannot break it. She asks Insha how she plans to break that bond.
Husna Disguises Herself to Find Seher
Husna enters the hospital and says nurse she wants to meet Seher. The nurse says Seher is not on OPD duty and tells Husna to meet another doctor.
Husna insists she wants to meet only Seher. The nurse says there are many other good doctors in the hospital and asks why Husna is so interested in Seher. She says an inquiry is already underway against Seher.
Amal hears this. She scolds the nurse for telling a stranger about the hospital’s private matters. She says she will complain about her.
The nurse apologises to Amal and tells Husna that she can come later because Seher is not available in the OPD today.
Husna Plans to Use Amal
Amal asks Husna how she knows Seher. Husna says she has been taking treatment from Seher for the last one year. She says she cannot trust anyone other than Seher.
Amal says she trusts her sister Seher too. She says she feels very proud of Seher when she sees her meeting people like Husna. Husna realises that Amal is Seher’s sister.
She thinks that Amal must have helped Seher save Mahid. Husna asks Amal what she does. Amal says she writes stories. Husna wonders how she can use Amal now.
Mahid Talks About His Engagement
Mahid talks to a nurse. He asks her if she has ever seen Niyazi Manzil. The nurse says she has never seen it but has heard that it is very lavish and beautiful.
Mahid says he wants to ask to thinks like a girl he wants to thank someone. The nurse asks whom he wants to thank. Mahid says he wants to thank Dr Seher. He says he is going to get engaged to Seher.
The nurse is surprised that he is getting engaged to Seher. She congratulates him and says she will also go and congratulate Seher. The nurse leaves.
Amal Argues With Mahid
Amal comes there and gives Mahid karela juice sent by Fareed for him. Mahid drinks it in one breath. Amal is shocked and says he has ruined her entire revenge plan.
Mahid says the juice was bitter. Amal says she will be happy when Mahid stays away from Seher. She says she spends all his time with him and the rest of his time worrying about her.
She says he occupies all 24 hours of his day. Amal says because of him and Sultana punished her by giving her a 24-hour shift.
Amal Blames Mahid
Amal says Seher has been with him for the past 24 hours and has not even come to the hospital. She says because of him the Sultans punished Seher by assigning her a 24-hour shift.
She says everything is happening because of Seher. She says even when Mahid is sick he. Amal says everything is happening because of Mahid. She says Seher only cares about his health and medicines and she no time for her.
Amal says Seher told her today that she is doing wrong with Sultana and Fareed. Mahid says Seher has the right
Mahid Makes Amal Understand
Mahid says Seher is right. He says if she considers them her parents or not but they consider her their daughter. He says they kept him away from Seher for seven years.
He says she does not think that seven years is enough punishment for what they did. She says because of Mahid Seher may never come back to her. She asks what will happen if Seher stops loving her.
Mahid says nothing like that will happen.
He says distance or fights cannot change love. Amal says she did not come to listen to his speech.
The Engagement News Spreads in the Hospital
Later all the nurses congratulate Seher. Seher wonders why everyone is congratulating her.
A doctor comes and says she did not even let the engagement secret come out but now everyone knows that she is getting married to Mahid. The doctor asks what they are doing by getting engaged.
The hospital staff starts congratulating Mahid too. Mahid thinks the community was already creating drama over their engagement and now everyone in the hospital also knows about it.
Seher Confronts Mahid
Mahid sees Seher coming toward him. Seher pulls him aside. Seher confronts him and asks how the entire hospital found out about their engagement. Mahid says he was testing the nurse’s memory.
He says he was asking her questions and she was answering them. He says the nurse asked him what happened the day before yesterday. He says he answered their engagement had been fixed that day.
Seher asks if he could not make any other excuse. Mahid says how could he make another excuse when she made the day so memorable for him. He shows her the paper flower ring.
Insha Opens Up to Haider
Meanwhile at Niyazi Manzil Haider gives Insha medicine. Insha says she needs it. Haider says the medicine may end her headache but what will she do about the pain in her heart?
He says if she wants she can talk to him and make her heart feel lighter. He promises that her secret will not go outside. He says they may even find a solution to her problem.
Insha says four years ago Mahid freed her from her father and brother’s control. She says he gave her a place to stay at Niyazi Manzil. He gave her a respectable life and a job at the madrasa.
Haider Provokes Insha
She says she got a new life and Qias’s got a friend who loved him like father. But now she feels that everything is slipping away from her hands. Haider says this is happening because of Seher.
He says Seher is the biggest obstacle in Insha’s path. Insha says she cannot afford to lose to Seher because this is no longer only about her life it is also about Qias’s future.
She says she has to find a solution to this problem for Qias’s sake.
Seher’s Clothes Get Torn
Mahid tells Seher that everything has happened because of his mistake. Seher says then he should correct his mistake.
Seher’s clothes get stuck and tear. Mahid tries to give her his coat. Seher says if someone sees him giving her his coat people will start talking even more.
She says she will now have to spend all 24 hours in the hospital because of this.
