Today’s episode begins with Seher trying to stitch her torn dress. She struggles to stitch it and hurts herself. Mahid notices this and offers to help her. He stitches her dress.
Mahid says he understands Seher is troubled because the news of their engagement has spread. However he says she can also think this news could work in her favour.
Mahid Offers Seher Help
Seher asks how. Mahid says he is a well-known person in the city and his name is enough. He says people’s behaviour changes as soon as they hear his name.
He tells Seher to try saying his name once in the hospital and see the difference. Seher asks if he really thinks Sultana will care whether they get engaged or not.
Mahid says if his name does not make a difference then perhaps his work will. He says a very famous Sufi saint is coming to the Dargah. He says if Sultana wants she can arrange her meeting with him as people wait for a long time just to meet him.
Seher Sets Boundaries
Seher says Mahid’s world is very different from hers. She says she is trying very hard to make her place in her world.
She says he will not do anything from now on that makes her lose her balance. She tells Mahid from now on she will listen to his words and he will listen to hers.
Fareed Questions Seher and Mahid
Fareed comes there and asks Seher what she and Mahid are doing. He says this means the news going around the hospital is true.
Mahid and Seher say Fareed has misunderstood the situation. They say they want to meet him. Fareed if they want to meet him together or separately.
Fareed asks Mahid to come with him. Seher says she wants to talk to him first. Mahid argues he is the patient and has the first right to talk to Seher.
Seher Reveals Their Fake Engagement
Fareed asks Mahid to come with him and tells Seher to stay there. Seher tells Fareed Mahid wants someone else to take responsibility for his treatment and she also wants the same.
Fareed says she is right it could be a conflict of interest because of their engagement. Seher says their engagement is just an act.

Seher says Mahid lost control in front of everyone at the Dargah and to cover up that incident he asked her to have a fake engagement with him.
She says Mahid’s reputation was at stake so she agreed. Fareed says he understands whatever is between Seher and Mahid is very special. Mahid complains this is unfair
He says Fareed had taken him aside first as he wanted to talk to him but Seher started the conversation instead. Seher tells Fareed to take Mahid with him.
Mahid’s Request to Fareed
Mahid tells Fareed to understands he has no room for mistakes. He says this job is very important for Seher. He says is why he is asking Fareed for his help.
Fareed asks if Mahid is asking for his help for the engagement or for the treatment. Mahid says Seher has done so much for him during the last 24 hours.
She has gone through so much trouble and faced so many difficulties because of him. He says he only wants to do something in return for her.

Mahid says he knows Seher has been given a 24 hour punishment shift at the hospital so she will have to stay there for the whole time.
Fareed asks what Mahid wants to do. Mahid says he has not decided yet. He thinks maybe he should give Seher a gift or take her favourite food that she can eat.
Fareed asks if Mahid wants to take Seher on a date. Mahid says it is not a date. Seher comes there and interrupts their conversation.
Seher Wants to Leave Mahid’s Case
Later Seher takes Fareed aside to talk to him. Fareed asks what she will do about the date. Seher asks which date he is talking about.
She tells Fareed to remove her from Mahid’s case immediately. Fareed says before handing over the case to someone else she should share her line of treatment and documents.
Seher says she did not get the chance to make those notes. Fareed asks how she treated Mahid’s panic attacks then.
Seher says she talked to Mahid so she could distract him and keep his attention away from his illness. Fareed says this means she managed to help Mahid without medicines.
He says Seher had a very good effect on Mahid. He says in the past seven years this is the first time he has seen such progress in Mahid. Fareed says this progress is because of Seher’s effect on him.
Mahid comes there and says he has very little time. He tells him about what he told him and asks him to make the arrangements. Fareed tells Mahid to consider what he said. Mahid and Fareed leaves.
Mahid Plans a Special Date for Seher
Mahid tells Fareed he would be grateful if he could arrange the things for tonight. Fareed says he was busy with surgery until now and now he also needs his help with these other things.
Mahid says Fareed doesn’t know how much he has helped him by making such a big task so easy.
Mahid Teases Seher
Later Seher asks Mahid if his conversation with Fareed is over. Mahid says he can tell from Seher’s angry face, looks like her conversation is not over yet.
He says he has won this round too. Mahid notices Seher has made a skeleton sketch of him. He teases her about it. He says it is a good sketch. He says after staying in the hospital Seher has had so much time to think about him.
Insha Begins Her Game
Later Mahid gets a call from Qias. Qias is crying. Mahid asks him what happened and why he did not come to the hospital.
Qias says the doctor gave him an injection and it hurt a lot. Mahid tells him he went to buy a cycle for him which is why he could not come.
Qias becomes happy and says Mahid should come soon because he is waiting for him. Haider says Insha started playing her game.
Fareed Asks Seher to Rethink
Later Seher tells Mahid she wants to know why Fareed listened to him earlier. She says Mahid should now listen to her and ask Fareed to remove her from his case.
Fareed says he does not want to force her. However he says he believes Seher can make a big difference in Mahid’s case. He says he wants her to rethink her decision. He tells her that after her shift ends he will talk to her.
Insha Is Happy to See Mahid with Qias
Later Mahid reaches Niyazi Manzil with the cycle for Qias. Qias becomes very happy and hugs Mahid. Qias asks Mahid if he will teach him how to ride the cycle.
Mahid says he will always have time for Qias. Mahid starts teaching Qias how to ride the cycle. Insha feels happy while watching them.
She says Mahid did not even come to the hospital but he brought a cycle to make Qias happy.
Insha Uses Qias to Grab Mahid’s Attention
Insha says this will spoil Qias he will start expecting too much from Mahid. Mahid says he will fulfil every expectation Qias has from him. Mahid gets a call and excuses himself.
The decorator tells Mahid he had sent the address of the hospital instead of his home address. Mahid says that is the correct address.
The decorator asks what kind of decoration he wants. Mahid says they can decorate it however he think is right. He say the person for whom he is doing all this is going to get engaged to him.
Qias Accidentally Likes the Decoration Photo
The decorator tells Mahid that he will send him photos of the decoration options and asks him to choose one. Mahid agrees.
Qias’s cycle chain comes off. He asks Insha to fix it. Insha deliberately tells Qias to ask Mahid for help because Mahid will fix it for him.
Qias calls Mahid for help. Mahid gives his phone to Qias. Qias accidentally likes one of the decoration photos on Mahid’s phone.
Fareed Begins His Plan to Help Mahid
Amal gives Seher an extra set of clothes. Amal asks Seher why her sleeves are stitched in such a way. Seher says she was practising surgery.
Amal says that sounds good but Seher makes an excuse. Fareed comes there and says that is why he brought clothes for Seher. Amal asks why Fareed brought clothes for her.
Seher Refuses to Wear Fareed’s Clothes
Fareed says everyone in the hospital has been talking about Seher today. He says he thought he could at least help her get relief from one problem.
Fareed asks Seher to get ready quickly. Seher says these clothes are too fancy for the hospital. Fareed says the shopkeeper gave him these clothes so he brought them for her.
Seher says she cannot wear those clothes in the hospital. She says she will to save them for a special occasion. She says she will wear the clothes Amal has brought for her instead.
Fareed Deliberately Ruins Seher’s Clothes
Fareed deliberately pours water on the dress Amal brought for Seher so that Seher cannot wear it. Amal says she thinks Fareed wants Seher to wear the clothes he brought for her.
Fareed says he had gone downstairs and forgotten a file there. He asks Seher to change her clothes and bring the file to him. He leaves.
Mahid Is Shocked by the Decoration
Mahid is shocked when he sees the decoration. He becomes worried about how Seher will react to it.
