The Saturday episode of Dr Aarambhi started off with Balbir who told Aarambhi that no matter what colour of saree you wear you cannot save Vishwas from his actions.
Aarambhi told Balbir that she is doing this pooja for Vihaan so I could talk to him once. Balbir prayed to God to fulfill his daughter’s desire.
In the meantime, Avantika brought Vishwas to the hospital as the latter questioned their visit at late night. Avantika asked him to let’s go to his cabin as they have a meeting with someone.
Raj who happened to come to the hospital heard that someone entered Vishwas cabin but he was taken by a colleague for an emergency case.
While returning back Raj bumped into Manmeet as they looked at each other. Manmeet told Raj not to operate someone as he is in depression and exhaustion and he could make mistake in this state.

Vihaan told Dhruv that his mother Aarambhi had told him eating burger and junk food is bad and you should only eat healthy home made food only as while watching Aarambhi had smile on her face.
Continuing to watch the video Dhruv got a plate for Vihaan and managed to feed to Vihaan.
Meantime, Aarambhi told Balbir that for Vihaan if she needs to go against Vishwas she would do so. Balbir asked her not to think negative things and said Vishwas will come to take you back to home soon.
Aarambhi thought how could she tell him the trutt that Vishwas wants to get separted from her for so many years now.
On the other hand, Avantika had called the lawyer who presented divorce papers in front of Vishwas. He stumbled upon and asked Avantika that without any planning he cannot go ahead with such a big decision.
Avantika told him that this is the best time as his family had thrown Aarambhi out of the house.
Whereas, Avantika had won Dimple and Sunil’s trust and respect. She convinced Vishwas that this is the best time for him to divorce Aarambhi.
