Today’s episode begins with Mahid saying it is not a small thing Seher came from a small town and has now become a resident doctor at Lucknow’s biggest hospital.
Seher and Mahid’s Conversation
Seher says leaving her town did not mean leaving her dreams. She says that she is Parvez’s daughter whose thinking is even narrower than the small town she comes from.
She says she did not even get to see the doors of a school until Class 10. She says Parvez was so strict that even buying a book felt like risking her life.
Seher Remembers Kausar
Seher did not stop. She kept moving towards her goal and today after seeing fifteen patients she is sitting and eating pizza.
Seher says how can this tiredness feel bad to her? This is the price of the dream she once did not even have the courage to dream about. She says there could hardly be anyone luckier than her.
She says Kausar was the only person who saw something in her that even Seher could not see in herself. She says that Kausar had made her daughter capable of reaching this point.
She recalls Kausar and says her dreams have come true but Kausar is no longer in this world to see them. Seher gets emotional and leaves
Fareed’s Gift for Amal
Meanwhile Fareed asks Amal why she is working so late at night. He says he had come to see Marzi but asks what Amal is doing. Amal says she is editing her manuscript she has to submit it in the morning.
She says there is no need to question her because she has grown up. He says he will drop her off at the hotel. Amal notices a dress bag in his hand and asks what it is. He says he does not know if he should give the dress to her or not.
Fareed feels Amal will look very beautiful in it. He says no matter how big Amal becomes or how successful she becomes she will always remain his little princess. Amal becomes curious and looks at the dress.
She says she will need an occasion to wear it. Amal says she will keep it. Fareed leaves happily.
Mahid Urges Seher to Face Her Past
Mahid tells Seher she cannot leave like this. He asks her to say whatever is in her heart. Seher says she has nothing to say. She says if she starts talking the conversation will go very far.
She says whatever happened between them in the past is like a story written with ink dipped in poison. If that chapter opens again he will be the one who suffers the most.
Seher says she does not want to scratch those wounds again. Mahid says he keeps running away from her wounds and She keeps hiding them. He asks how long they will continue doing this .
Seher’s Pain Resurfaces
Mahid says both of them keep running from their past but Mahid says that sooner or later they have to face it.
Seher says it is not her who needs to face it Mahid needs to face it. She says those moments and memories keep coming back to her. Not a single day has passed when those memories have not created a new wound in her heart.
Seher says even if Mahid brings the moon from the sky and places it on the ground for her the darkness in her life caused by Kausar’s death will never go away.
Seher Refuses to Forgive Mahid
She says she had lost herself for a moment. She was enjoying talking to him,eating pizza and spending time with him but the truth finds her every time.
She says no matter how much she tries to bring light into her life the past never leaves her. Seher says there is a line between them that cannot be removed and cannot be crossed.
She says even if she wants to she cannot forgive him. She wishes they had never met again.
Mahid Opens Up About His Pain
Mahid says he knows Seher will never forgive him. He says his whole world revolved around his mother Kausar and she was his biggest support and his first prayer.
He says once a mother is gone everything in life starts feeling meaningless. The world no longer matters to him. He says he felt this pain first. He says when Gazala pushed her from the minaret it was not only she who died. A part of him also died that day.
Mahid says the only difference is he did not die physically. He has been living with the same pain, helplessness and troubles ever since.
Mahid’s Painful Confession
Mahid admits he could not save seher mother. He says he has never forgiven himself for that. Seher asks what he expects from her after saying all this.
She asks why they should stand together again. Mahid asks if she thinks he is doing all this intentionally. He says for the last seven years he neither looked back at her nor tried to find her.
He says he never even asked Fareed about her because he did not want to know anything about her. But fate brought her back in front of him.
Seher Realises She Is the Reason for Mahid’s Panic Attacks
Mahid says he does not know what he is supposed to do. He keeps running from himself and from fate and asks how long he can keep running.
He says Seher may not believe him but he tried to break his connection with everything connected to her. Seher asks if the pictures, pizza and even not letting her sit in an auto are the reason why Mahid has been having panic attacks for the last seven years.
She asks if she is also the reason he loses control. She asks Mahid to answer her and not remain silent.
Mahid Calls Seher His Restlessness and Peace
Mahid says yes she is the reason he becomes restless. But he says she is also his peace. He says he does not know what to do or where to go. Every day he feels as if he is running through a desert.
He says he cannot walk forward and cannot stop. He does not know when this journey will end. But he knows one thing whenever Seher is near him everything feels lighter.
He says he is able to smile from his heart because of her. He likes it when she argues with him and when he has to get her approval.
Mahid Set Seher Free
Mahid asks what he should do. He says he knows that Seher does not feel the same way about him and maybe she never will. Therefore he says he will set her free today.
Mahid says whatever happened between them in those 24 hours and whatever he did for her after this there will be no debt between them.
He says there will be no favour responsibility or obligation between them anymore. Mahid leaves.
Seher Breaks Down
Seher’s hair gets stuck. Mahid removes the hair band and gives it to her before leaving. Seher becomes emotional and breaks down.
Seher Calls Fareed
Seher calls Fareed and asks him to come to the hospital quickly. She says she is waiting for him. Meanwhile Mahid walks alone on the street.
He sees an old man putting posters on a wall. Mahid asks what he is doing. The man says he is doing it to earn money because he is poor. Mahid gets angry and says the man is fooling people by selling fake medicines. The man runs away.
Mahid accidentally steps on gum and gets stuck. He remembers his first meeting with Seher.
Fareed Tries to Calm Seher Down
Later Fareed asks Seher what happened. Seher says Mahid is not fine and his mental state has been deeply affected.
She says he was right she is the reason for Mahid pain. She says anything connected to her makes him restless. She says she is the reason of Mahid’s panic attacks because seven years ago she told him that he was responsible for Kausar’s death.
Seher says Mahid connected this pain with his own mother’s death. Fareed asks her to calm down. He says he understands that this is connected to an emotional case.
Seher Wants to Treat Mahid
Fareed says if she wants she can leave Mahid’s case and end her involvement. Seher says she does not want to leave Mahid’s case. She wants to treat him.
Fareed tells her she was the one saying she wanted to leave the case but now she says she wants to treat him.
Seher says she feels Mahid is not getting the right treatment and that the best treatment for his illness is her.
Precap: Mahid asks Husna why she printed an invitation card and asks why she needed to do it. Husna says Mahid himself had said he wanted to get engaged to Seher.
Mahid says there will be no engagement. Seher says the engagement has to happen. Mahid is shocked.
