Today’s episode begins with Maira and Kabir returning home together. Maira complains that she missed the bus and her trophy also broke. She says she had to lie to Armaan. She worries if Armaan finds out that she lied to him he will be disappointed. She says Armaan hates lies.
Kabir tells Miara to tell the truth. Maira says Armaan will not be able to handle the truth. They both argue with each other. Maira then tells the driver to wait because she wants to go inside and bring the money.
Vidya Asks Madhav for His Share
At the Poddar house the Vidya ask Madhav for his share of the household expenses. she say a new month has started and everyone has to give their share for the house expenses.
Madhav looks at them with disappointment. Vidya understands the and says that Armaan and Abhira can give the money this time on their behalf.
Vidya says his pension will also start soon so they should not ask anyone for help. Madhav says if someone helps them with everything they will naturally feel uncomfortable even if those people are their own children.
Madhav Refuses to Take Money From His Children
Madhav says he will make such an arrangement that neither he nor Vidya becomes a burden on their children while he are alive or even after their death.
Madhav tells them Armaan and Abhira’s responsibilities are their own children not they. He says he has never extended his hand in front of anyone for his entire life and will not do so even today. He says he will manage the money arrangement himself.
Maira Gets Scared
Maira sees the jungle and becomes scared. She wonders if Kabir has chosen such a dangerous route.
Maira tells the driver to take the car out of the jungle quickly. Kabir asks her why she has a problem with the jungle. Maira says she is scared of the jungle.
Suddenly a tree branch falls on the car. Maira thinks it is a snake and gets even more scared and Kabir gets hurt in this chaos. Maira asks the driver to get them out of there quickly.
Sanjay Questions Abhira’s Decision
Later Abhira tells Kaveri she has submitted her application for a judgeship. Kaveri blesses her. Abhira says Kaveri is blessing her from her heart.
Kaveri says she has already told Abhira the questions she had about her decision. Sanjay asks how Abhira can make such a decision. He says she has not even thought about firm .
Abhira says becoming a judge has always been her dream. She says the Poddar firm is important to her but Armaan will take care of her position in the firm when she leaves.
Sanjay Asks Abhira to Rethink
Sanjay tells Kaveri to make Abhira understand the situation. Kaveri says she is still not completely in agreement with Abhira’s decision to become a judge but she cannot stop Abhira from thinking about her career.
Sanjay says Abhira’s career is the future of the Poddar firm. He says after so much hard work the firm is finally getting success and big clients are coming in yet Abhira wants to leave it to become a judge.
Sanjay says he has no doubt about Abhira’s hard work but being a judge will bring different challenges. He says she will not be allowed to hear cases related to the firm.
Armaan Supports Abhira’s Dream
Sanjay says both her career and the firm will suffer because of this. He asks what will happen if she is transferred to another city tomorrow. Will she leave her family and go there?
Sanjay says they have brought the firm to this position with great difficulty. He asks why Abhira wants to struggle again instead of enjoying the success she has finally achieved. He asks Kaveri to talk to Abhira.
Kaveri says she has already given Abhira her blessing and cannot take it back. Sanjay tells Abhira she can rethink properly. Armaan says there is nothing wrong with Abhira focusing on her personal growth. He says they cannot stop Abhira from following her dream just because of the firm.
Armaan Gets Shocked
Later at night Maira returns. The driver gives her the trophy. Maira asks how the trophy which was broken into three pieces became joined again.
The driver says that Kabir fixed it. Maira tells the driver to wait and she will bring the money. Armaan sees the driver and asks if he has come to pick someone up. The driver says he came to drop Maira and is waiting to collect his money.
Armaan asks how much he should pay for the journey from Jaipur. The driver says that the trip cost ₹4,000. He says if Armaan thinks the amount is too much he can pay half and the rest can be paid by the boy.
Armaan is shocked to learn that Maira travelled from Jaipur with a boy.
Maira Hides the Truth From Armaan
The Poddar family is waiting for Maira. Everyone becomes happy when they see her. They hug her.
Miara shows them her trophy. Madhav asks her how the trip was. Armaan comes there and asks Maira if there is anything else she wants to tell him. Maira says she missed the bus while returning from Jaipur, so she came back by cab. Armaan asks if there is anything else.
Miara says she has brought a gift for them from Jaipur. Armaan thinks Maira did not even mention the boy who accompanied her during the trip. He leaves from there. Abhira notices him and goes after him.
Armaan Gets Upset With Miara
Abhira asks Armaan what happened. She says that Maira has returned so he should be happy but he looks tense. She asks why he is worried.
Armaan says Maira told him everything about the trip except she came with a boy. He says that the taxi driver told him about it. Abhira asks why he is reacting like this.
Armaan says travelling with a friend is one thing but coming alone with an unknown boy is not okay.
Abhira Urges Armaan to Trust Maira
Abhira says this is not the right thing to worry about. She says Armaan will have to trust her judgment.
Armaan asks why Miara did not tell him about the boy. Abhira says the boy was not important enough in Maira life for her to mention him. That is why she did not feel the need to talk about him.
Abhira asks Armaan to go outside with her and go to the cafe. Armaan refuses. He says that even if he goes outside he will continue thinking about Miara and the boy.
Madhav Faces a Financial Scam
Madhav is shocked to learn his pension has been transferred to a fraud account He asks them to share the scammer’s details with him.
Abhira hears this and asks why he did not tell her about the pension problem. She says she will help him track the scammer. Madhav says he can find this person himself. He says it is his problem and he will handle it.
Abhira says that if his pension has been taken away then why should he worry about expenses?
Madhav Refuses to Take Abhira’s Help
Abhira says she will transfer some money to his account. Madhav says he does not want anyone’s pity or anyone’s money. He leaves.
Kaveri hears everything. Abhira says that having self-respect is good but during a crisis it is not right to depend on your children.
Kaveri says Madhav was an honest police officer. She says he has never taken money from anyone in his entire life and will never do so.
The Family Prepares for Sawan
The next morning Maira notices that the family has started preparing for Sawan. Miara says that she had completely forgotten about it.
She says that she will get ready and come.
Abhira says today everyone is fasting and that it is a rule of the house. Vidya says Madhav is also fasting for them. Manisha tase that Madhav helps Vidya with everything.
Madhav says that he is working so he can contribute something to the household. Vidya says Maira if he wins the fasting competition he should keep the trophy for himself.
Nandini Worries About Kabir
Nandini tells Raghav that Kabir has still not returned. Raghav says Kabir has probably disappeared to avoid going to the office.
Nandini says Kabir would never miss the puja because of the office. Raghav says there is nothing to worry about and Kabir will call as soon as he gets there.
Miara Talks About Her Friend
Manoj suddenly comes running and screams that there is a snake. The whole family gets scared. Abhira asks where the snake is.
Manoj says it is in the jungle near the tree from where he had gone to get leaves for Kaveri. Manish says he is inside the house.
Maira says if something suddenly comes in front of anyone they will also get scared. She then says that when she was coming with her friend a tree branch suddenly fell on their car’s windshield. She thought it was a snake.
Abhira Gets Curious About the Boy
Abhira asks if this boy has become her close friend. Miara says they met at the fest and became friends .
She says she missed her bus and they had to come to the same city so they came together. Miara says he was so irritating . Miara sees Armaan and changes the topic.
Precap: Armaan says his family is in danger. He is about to close the door of the Poddar house when Samar and Raghav arrive there. They push the door and Armaan falls to the ground. Samar says Miara knows the truth but is lying. Abhira asks Samar what he is talking about.
Raghav asks Armaan to ask Miara where his son is. Miara says she does not know where Kabir is.
Raghav says his daughter is an adult and she has to face the consequences of her actions. He says she will have to go to the police station. The Poddar family is shocked.
