Today’s episode begins with Mahid receiving a call from Insha. Insha tells Mahid that Hakim has given her the responsibility of arranging a heena artist.
Mahid asks Why. Insha says that his engagement is after two days. Mahid tells her she can ask whoever she wants to arrange the heena artist. Insha says she needs to ask Seher what kind of heena she likes.
Insha Feels Jealous
Insha says she called Mahid to get Seher’s number. Mahid tells her Seher is with him at that moment. Insha feels jealous and thinks that Mahid and Seher are together so late at night. She says she thought there was some tension between them.
Amal Falls Into a Trap
Dilnaz tells Amal she needs a recommendation letter from Mahid. Amal says Mahid is Seher’s husband so she cannot directly talk to him about money.
Dilnaz manipulates Amal and says she should tell Mahid about it Amal is an intelligent smart writer and will manage to handle the situation.
Seher Fails to Notice Dilnaz
Seher asks Insha why she needs to talk to her at this time. Insha says she is trying to arrange a heena artist. Seher sarcastically asks if she knows a henna artist who can come at this time.
Seher tells her to rest and says they can think about it in the morning and talk then. Insha says she only wants to find a heena artist who can finish the work perfectly in one go.
Seher starts wondering whether Insha is actually looking for a heena artist or is trying to find a way to hurt her. Dilnaz sees Mahid and Seher together. She covers her face and leaves.Seher fails to notice Dilnaz.
Amal Becomes Anxious
Amal becomes worried and remembers that she had warned Mahid to stay away from Seher. She wonders how she will ask Mahid for a recommendation letter.
She is shocked when she sees Seher and Mahid. Seher tells Amal Mahid said she had some work. Amal gets excited and says this is a sign from God that she is going to become famous very soon.
Seher says something seems to be going on between the two of them. She asks Amal if she really has worked with Mahid or not and asks how Mahid is going to make her famous. Mahid says that he also wants to know.
Amal Tricks Mahid for a Recommendation Letter
Amal trick says she wants Mahid to give her a letter of recommendation for the publisher of her book. Mahid thinks that Amal is helping him. Amal asks him to write a letter praising her.
Seher says she did not know that the two of them had become such good friends behind her back. Amal says their friendship happened because of their bitter gourd juice. She says it is their secret and she will not tell Seher.
Seher says that their relationship exists because of her and they are hiding the secret from her. Mahid starts writing the letter. Seher points out a mistake in it.
Amal Gets the Letter She Wanted
Mahid says Seher is jealous and that is why she is finding mistakes in everything he does. They both argue.
Amal takes their photograph.
She says they are giving a complete couple vibe and the picture would be perfect inspiration for the cover of her book.
She asks them to try another pose if they have one. Mahid gives Amal the letter. Amal feels very happy.
Husna Asks Mahid to Choose His Engagement Outfit
The next day Husna tells Mahid that she is looking for an engagement outfit for him. She says she feels that since he and Seher are choosing everything together perhaps he should choose the outfit themselves too.
She says that she does not want to make any more mistakes. Mahid says since she herself chose the engagement date why is she afraid of choosing the outfit?
Husna says that she is already bearing the punishment for fixing the engagement and is doing all the arrangements herself. She asks Mahid to choose an outfit. Mahid agrees.
Mahid Reassures Qias
He notices Qias and asks why he is going to school without meeting him. Qias says Insha stopped him and asked him not to meet Mahid. He says from now on he will give more time to Seher.
Mahid asks why Insha told Qias to stay away from him. Insha says if he felt bad she was sorry. She says that the truth is Qias is not the only person in her life. She says someone else has the first right over her life.
She wants to make Qias understand this before his heart gets broken later. Mahid tells Qias Insha is thinking too much and that there is nothing like that. He promises Qias that their friendship will always remain.
Insha Gets Suspicious
Mahid says that whenever Qias needs him he can ask for his help at any time without hesitation. Qias hugs Mahid. Mahid thinks is choosing an outfit for the engagement even though he knows that this is all just an act.
He thinks the fake engagement will continue only until Seher is free from the medical board trouble. Mahid tells Husna to choose whichever outfit she like.
Insha thinks that Mahid has no interest in the engagement. She says that her doubt about him is not wrong.
Amal Teases Seher About Mahid
Seher tells Amal that she is not really getting engaged to Mahid. She says it is only a matter of one month. Once Mahid’s treatment is complete this fake engagement will also end.
Amal shows Seher the photograph of her and Mahid. She says the picture looks like one of a real couple. She says today Seher is pretending to be engaged to Mahid but tomorrow she may pretend to get married and actually end up marrying him.
She asks what will happen to her then. Amal teases Seher. Seher asks what Amal is looking for in her clothes and where she is getting ready to go. Amal says she is trying something new because she wants to play the role of Mahid’s sister-in-law.
Mahid Confronts Haider
Later Haider takes a meeting in Mahid’s absence. Mahid comes there and asks everyone to leave the room because he needs it at that time.
Mahid confronts Haider and says he has started trying to take his position. Haider says Mahid misunderstood him earlier and is misunderstanding him even today. He says that he is only trying to help him.
Haider says Seher has taken over Mahid’s heart and mind so much that he cannot see anything else. He says that someone has to do the work. Mahid says Haider is forgetting that he is talking to the city’s Mufti.
Haider Questions Mahid
Haider says that he is not saying anything wrong. He says last night Mahid stopped the carpenter from making benches because he wanted to spend time with Seher.
He says now the carpenter has gone out with his wife and the furniture work at the madrasa is still incomplete. Haider says the new students will start attending the Madarsa from tomorrow
He says he now he has to send the children back to their homes because there is no place for them to sit in the madrasa. Mahid asks him to lower his voice while talking to him.
Mahid Hears Gossip About Him
He says that if Haider thinks Mahid is the only one responsible then he will clear his misunderstanding. Mahid says the madrasa children will come tomorrow and he will make their benches himself.
The men gossip it seems Mahid has gone back to his old ways at the time of Usman’s death he had also kept his attention on Seher. Mahid becomes furious after hearing this.
Husna taunts Seher
Later Husna waits for Seher. Seher comes there. Husna asks why she is so late. She taunts Seher and says she will not even be able to dominate her new daughter-in-law.
She says this is what happens when a husband is completely under his wife’s control. Seher gives her a sharp reply. She says she was submitting a hospital report which is why she was late.
Husna says that in their time when a girl’s engagement was fixed she did not go outside the house. Seher replies that in her time girls were not doctors and did not go to work either.
Husna Insults Seher
Husna tells Seher that Mahid has gone to choose an outfit and jewellery for her. She insults Seher and says that if she works so much she must at least earn enough money to buy such an outfit and jewellery.
Seher is shocked when she learns the price of the outfit and jewellery. Husna asks her to make the payment. Seher says she does not have that much money. Husna says now they will also have to pay for the bride’s outfit and jewellery.
She humiliates Seher and says it is also Seher’s bad luck her father is in jail and her mother has died. She says that Seher will have to carry this burden herself.
Husna Accuses Seher
Seher says that Husna should give Kausar’s example to the world. She says that Kausar was the best mother. She says whatever Kausar gave her through her blessings cannot be compared with any amount of wealth.
Husna asks what she will do with those blessings when she cannot even buy one outfit for herself. She says now she understand why she came to Lucknow and why she is getting close to Mahid.
Seher asks if Husna is trying to say that she came here for Mahid’s money. Husna says that Seher is just like Kausar. She says Kausar tolerated insults but did not leave Parvez because he earned money.
Seher Defends Kausar
Seher says Husna didn’t knows anything about Kausar. She says only Kausar tolerated Parvez and did not leave his house because of her.
She says if Kausar had asked Parvez for a divorce the religious court would have forced her to stay in Parvez’s house. She says they would have taken away her right to study and learn. Seher says Kausar tolerated all this for her better future.
Husna asks what Seher is doing here then. She says Mahid is the head of the religious court. Seher says religion does not say anywhere that women should be denied their right to education.
Seher Gives Husna a Fitting Reply
Seher says Mahid is a fair man who always works for women’s education and their rights. Husna says Seher feels that her love will make her forget Mahid traditions and the teachings of the Prophet.
Seher says if she bows down before this backward thinking then she will be the one living in the paradise of foolishness.

Seher accidentally drops the paint. They both start throwing paint at each other. Their playful moment brings them closer to each other.
