Although the big-ticket project enjoyed a massive opening weekend that generated over 150 crore rupees worldwide, it encountered noticeable momentum loss in subsequent days. The dropping footfalls have resulted in theater chains reducing show allocations for Toxic by roughly 45 percent, transferring those slots to Hanuman Ansh to capitalize on ongoing audience demand. Premium show formats have also taken a hit, with several major IMAX properties in key territories like Mumbai and Delhi-NCR scaling back Toxic to a single daily show as other international blockbuster titles take over prime time slots.
