Today’s episode begins with Rajji worried. She thinks today is the day of the verdict. She says that today she has to prove Mahadev, Ketan, and Dheeraj innocent in court.
She says she has done all the paperwork but without solid evidence or a witness she will not be able to do this.
Rajji Fears Losing the Case
She says she cannot understand how to prove them innocent and wonders what she should do. She calls Ashish but his phone is switched off.
She thinks only Ashish can prove Ketan, Dheeraj, and Mahadev are innocent. She hopes Ashish listens to his conscience comes to court and tells everyone the whole truth. She prays to God for a miracle.
Lajwanti Plans to Stop Ashish
Meanwhile Lajwanti asks Raju to keep an eye on Ashish and not let him go anywhere alone. She tells her to follow him wherever he goes. She says if Ashish gets emotional and talks about coming to court he should call Mogra and inform them.
She says that they can win the case only if Ashish does not reach the court today. Raju assures her that he will come. Mogra and Lajwanti leave.
Rajji Waits for Ashish
Outside the court Rajji looks at the gate hoping that Ashish may come. Narmada asks if she still hopes Ashish will testify against Mogra and her family. Rajji says Ashish is her last hope.
She says she can understand the dilemma Ashish is going through. On one side are his parents’value and family while on the other side is his love. She says she has to see if Ashish will support love or family.
Uttam Mocks Rajji
Later Rajji goes inside the court. Uttam taunts her and says by looking at Rajji’s face it seems she is going to lose the case.
Uttam tells Lajwanti to win the case it is important that Ashish does not come to court. He asks if they are sure Ashish will not come. Lajwanti reassures him.
At the shop Ashish comes to get his phone repaired. Mogra calls Raju to confirm that Ashish is with him. Mogra says Ashish has come to repair his phone and will not come to court.
Rajji Challenges Uttam Claims
The judge comes and asks Rajji if all her arguments are finished or if she has something left to say. Uttam says before Rajji says anything he wants court to focus on the arguments presented by the defence.
He says looking at the evidence it seems the case is going in his favour. The judge says the proceedings have to be completed as per the formalities. The judge asks Rajji if she has any arguments. Rajji says the prosecution has built a false narrative.
She asks the court to once again focus on the real reason why Mogra and Ashish were thrown out of the house. She says she wants Narmada to be called into the witness box.
Narmada Reveals Mogra’s Crime
Rajji asks Narmada to tell the court about her pregnancy. Narmada tells the court when she got the news of her pregnancy everyone in the house was happy except Mogra.
She says Mogra felt as the eldest daughter of the house her first child should be the first child of the family. Narmada says Mogra gave her a poisonous sweet and killed her unborn baby. She says Mogra manipulated the whole situation and put the blame on Rajji.
But later Mogra was caught and thrown out of the house. Rajji tells the court all of this was done by Mogra, Yash, and Lajwanti together. She says that to prove this she wants to present the video in court.
Uttam Objects to Rajji
Uttam objects. Rajji says she was waiting for his objection. She asks what the court expects if they want her to record the video by taking Mogra’s permission? Uttam says she is forgetting this case is not about Mogra or Narmada. It is about Mahadev and his sons being accused of dowry and harassment.
Rajji says the case is false. Uttam says whatever she believes does not matter in this case. Rajji says her family has been falsely accused of demanding dowry which they never demanded. Uttam asks her to prove it.
He says Ashish’s testimony is important. He is the key witness in this case but Ashish is hesitating to come to court and face his family.
Ashish Finally Reaches the Court
The judge tells Rajji if Ashish is the key witness then why she did not summon him to court. Rajji says she is not just a lawyer like Uttam. She is also a part of this family. She says Ashish is like a big brother to her.
She says although the case has become a fight in court this case is also about relationships and that is why she could not summon him. Uttam mocks Rajji. The judge asks if he should give the judgment. Ashish rushes and reaches the court. Mahadev feels his presence and takes his name.
Mogra gets a call from Raju who says Ashish tricked him and ran away. Mogra is shocked. She runs to stop Ashish. Ashish says he wants to tell everyone the truth. He says he cannot let Mahadev be jailed in a false case. Narmada comes there.
Uttam Opposes Ashish’s Testimony
The judge tells Rajji and Uttam they have made a mockery of the court. Uttam says it is all because of Rajji. He says the case has reached its conclusion so she is creating this drama.
He asks the judge to give the judgment in Mogra’s favour and finish the case. Rajji says Ashish’s testimony will prove Mogra a liar. She says that is why Uttam is asking for the verdict quickly. She insists the court should hear Ashish’s testimony once.
Uttam says he cannot hear this new testimony without notice. Rajji says asking time so he can manipulate Ashish and mislead the case. She requests the judge to hear him. Uttam says this is against the procedure.
Narmada Urges Ashish to Tell the Truth
Narmada tells Ashish today his conscience has brought him to court. She asks him to tell everyone the truth . She says his brother and Mahadev are standing like criminals in court. She says their lives are in his hands.
Mogra pushes her and asks her to stop instigating Ashish. She asks Narmada to leave. Mogra tells Ashish if he testifies his family will not support him. She says they will never forgive him or take him back into the house.
Mogra Emotionally Manipulates Ashish
Mogra emotionally blackmails him and says that if he is not afraid of losing her then he can testify. Narmada requests Ashish to tell the truth. Narmada asks Vidya to give Ashish a chance to repent.
She says let him give his testimony. Vidya agrees. Ashish tells Mogra if she supports the truth everything will be fine. He says if she abandons the truth because of fear of punishment then she will not be able to face herself either. He goes inside the court.
Judge Warns Uttam
Ashish comes before the court and says that he wants to say something. Lajwanti is shocked. Uttam panics and says they have not given any notice to this witness so the court cannot hear Ashish’s statement.
Rajji requests the judge to hear Ashish’s testimony once. The judge warns Uttam and says this is his court. He asks uttam to sit in his place and says he will hear his testimony. The judge says that this is his order.
Uttam says this is against the court laws. The judge warns him that if he says a single word he will throw him out of the court.
Ashish Gives His Testimony
Rajji asks Ashish if he took a ten-lakh loan before his marriage. Ashish says Lajwanti told him she had suffered a loss in her business and did not have money for the wedding.
She promised him if he arranged the money she would return it after the wedding. He says at that time his in-laws had created a financially strong image in front of them. He says he took a loan and gave the money to them.
Ashish Exposes Lajwanti’s Dowry Lie
Rajji asks if Lajwanti gave this money to Mahadev as dowry. Ashish says no one from his family ever asked for dowry. He says all that money was spent by Lajwanti on his and Mogra’s wedding. Lajwanti and Mogra are shocked
Precap: Lajwanti is sent to jail. She tells Mogra that she made a sacrifice for her. Mogra promises Lajwanti she will take revenge for her against Mahadev and his sons.
