Today’s episode begins with Kabeer sneaking into the Poddar house. Abhira sees Maira crying and wants to go to her and comfort her but suddenly she remembers Maira’s demand to marry Kabeer. She stops herself and decides not to go to Maira.
In the flashback Maira sees Abhira eating ice cream. They both argue and Maira requests Abhira to let her eat ice cream day. Abhira agrees. Back in the present Abhira gets emotional.
Krish Helps Kabeer Hide
Meanwhile Kajal bumps into Krish and asks him why he is standing there. Krish is helping Kabeer hide. Kajal asks if today he is again taking Maira to meet Kabeer.
Krish lie says her why she is doubting him. Kajal leaves without noticing Kabeer. Kabeer thanks Krish. He says he will talk to Maira and then leave.
Maira Feels Betrayed
Maira recalls the incident where she made the mistake of ruining Armaan’s documents she admit her mistake and told abhira truth. Abhira says she is proud of Maira because she realised her mistake and apologised.
Abhira says she knows Maira can never deliberately hurt her or Armaan. She says she will always support with Maira without any conditions. Maira says Abhira lied to her and stayed with her only until she needed her.
Abhira thinks even today she would support Maira but Maira has neither realised her mistake nor feels guilty about it. Maira is shocked to see Kabeer.
Kaveri Warns Krish
Meanwhile Kaveri asks Krish what he is waiting for. Krish starts making excuses. Kaveri says he should use this trick of making excuses on someone else.
She warns him if he tries to show Maira the wrong path again the consequences will be so bad he cannot even imagine them.
Kabeer Reassures Maira
Maira tells Kabeer her family has not agreed to their marriage. Kabeer recalls Bhairavi’s warning where she tells him a story about a girl in their family who once fell in love with a boy. The family tried to explain things to her and even threatened her but neither the girl nor the boy agreed.
She says they removed all her photographs from their house. Everyone thought that the girl had run away with a boy but actually her own family had made her disappear. Kabeer thinks if he tells Maira about Bhairavi’s threat she will become tense.
He tells Maira his family has also refused to accept their relationship. He says his family has never taken him seriously. Maira says she is scared. Kabeer tells her they are together and will fight it together.
Poddars and Damanis Face Each Other
The next day Armaan and Abhira reach the fundraiser function with the Poddars. The organiser welcomes them. Kaveri meets the organiser. Armaan and Abhira look lost. Kaveri asks them to smile.
The Damani family also arrives at the function. The Poddars and Damanis are shocked to see each other. People start gossiping the Poddars and Damanis had a rift so they wonder how they have arrived together. The media asks Damani and the Poddars to click a picture together.
Armaan tells Kaveri she had the idea of coming here and now they will have to tolerate Damani. Samar tells Armaan that because of Maira and Kabeer he has left all his work behind and is now focused on settling down and building a family.
He Samar warns Armaan that he will make Maira understand or he will not do this work. Armaan gets angry clenches his fist gives Samar a fitting reply and walks away..
Maira and Kabeer Shock Everyone
Later the anchor welcomes everyone and says the fundraiser has been organised for needy college students. He calls the members of the Poddar and Damani families on stage.
Abhira comes from the Poddar side, while Raghav comes from the Damani side. They walk towards the stage, but suddenly stop. Both Families are stunned to see Maira and Kabeer on stage. They both perform a dance together.
Kaveri tells Armaan Maira has made him drink the poison of their humiliation. Samar says Raghav and Kabeer are making fun of their family and they need to teach him a lesson.
Maira-Kabeer Declare Their Love
After finishing their performance Kabeer and Maira hold each other’s hands. People start gossiping looking at them it seems like something is going on between them while their families have a rivalry.
Maira and Kabeer announce their love and declare that their feelings for each other are genuine. She says whatever problem existed between their families will end today. Kabeer says both families will become friends.
People ask Maira if their families have accepted their relationship. Maira says their parents can see she and Kabeer truly like each other. She says their families are modern so why would they not accept their relationship? Armaan cannot control his anger and walks out.
Families Face Public Questions
People start questioning Damani and Abhira about whether they have any problem with this relationship and why they are silent.
Armaan goes outside and sees a teenage couple sitting in a car. He lashes out at them. The boy tells Armaan he is talking to him like his father.
People question Damani and Abhira and ask if they knew their children were going to express their love in this way. The Poddars take Abhira away from there. Maira feels guilty and follows them. Raghav scolds Kabeer.
Abhira Feels Deeply Humiliated
Armaan is worried after seeing Abhira’s condition. Abhira says Maira did this deliberately. She breaks down and feels humiliated. She says everyone will question them. She asks Armaan to take her home.
The media gathers around them and starts questioning them. Abhira struggles with her emotions. Armaan ignores the media and leaves. Maira gets stressed after seeing Abhira in this condition.
Media Questions Kaveri
A man tells Kaveri they always used to give examples of their family’s values but it seems they taught Maira something else. He says Maira openly expressed her love in front of everyone.
A woman says because of Maira their children could get spoiled so they would break their contact with her. The media questions Kaveri that Maira has destroyed their reputation. They ask Kaveri if she regrets giving Maira freedom.
Abhira Blames Herself
At the Poddar house Abhira is angry. She writes on the mirror to vent out her anger. Armaan calms her down. Abhira says she cannot run away from the truth.
She says Maira’s actions are proof she has failed as a mother.She says she used to feel proud of her Maira bond. She says Maira took her feelings and emotions for granted she announced front of the whole world that she loves Kabeer.
Abhira says Maira’s actions have made a joke out of her. She says that she is not a good mother. Armaan asks her why she is blaming herself. He tells her she should not blame herself for Maira’s actions and she did not bring Maira up to do this.
Abhira says for young daughters their mother is their real support and only a mother can understand their emotions. Armaan gets furious on maira .
Kaveri Slams Maira
Manisha asks Vidya about Armaan and Abhira and says she has never seen Armaan this upset. Kaveri says all of this is because of Maira. Maira says she did not do this to hurt Armaan and Abhira.
She says she wanted to tell everyone that her feelings are real. Kaveri says she had to make their family a public spectacle in front of the whole world. Maira says she knows what she did today was wrong but she also feels Kaveri is misunderstanding her.
Kaveri says Kabeer is not the right boy for her. She says Maira is forgetting that she is Abhira’s daughter and she should remember this.
Maira Turns Against Armaan and Abhira
Maira argues with Kaveri. She says she has learnt about relationships by watching Armaan and Abhira. She says her thinking is similar to Abhira’s. Maira says they are stopping her from following her path.
She says she only wanted to tell everyone her and Kabeer’s feelings are real and they are ready for a long-term commitment. She says this truth has hurt Armaan and Abhira’s ego. Maira says she and Kabeer support each other just like Armaan and Abhira support each other.
She says Armaan and Abhira are also not ready to accept their relationship and calls their behaviour hypocritical.
Armaan Slaps Maira in Anger
Armaan cannot control his anger and slaps Maira. Maira is left in disbelief while the family is shocked.
Precap:- Kabeer confronts Armaan and asks him how he dared to slap Maira. He tells Armaan not to raise his hand on her again. Maira tells Kabeer that Armaan is his father and asks him to behave respectfully.
Kabeer says he and Maira will fight against them together. Maira says they are her parents and she does not want to fight with them.
