Today’s episode begins with Sanjay telling everyone he cannot understand why they are meeting Maira as if she has returned after winning a war. He asks Maira to say something. Manoj says they do not want Maira to run away from home again. Vidya tells Sanjay this is a happy moment but he is ruining it she says maira has returned home after so many days.
Sanjay asks where Maira has returned from and where she was all these days. He questions why Armaan and Abhira have not even asked her a single question about her absence. Kaveri says this is the time to be thankful for her return. They can question her later.
Maira Regrets Her Behaviour
Maira carefully looks around her bedroom and remembers her rude behaviour. She says Armaan and Abhira was waiting for her to perform the puja with them.
She feels despite everything that happened they still had faith that she would return home. Maira wonders how they can be so good and says she also wants to learn to be like them. She says she broke all records of bad behaviour by leaving home with a boy.
Yet when she returned they didn’t asked her any questions. She wonders how they can be so understanding and says she does not deserve such good parents.
Sanjay Confronts Maira
Sanjay come there he says she is right with her. He says Armaan and Abhira are the kind of people who smile even when they are in pain. However Maira has caused them so much pain that they were left crying in agony.
Sanjay tells Maira Armaan is the biggest hope of every innocent person. The Poddar family depends on him so much her absence caused him to suffer panic attacks and faint. He says Armaan who always takes care of everyone was himself unable to stand on his own feet.
He asks if Maira would have been able to forgive herself if something happened to him and he could not recover.
Sanjay Questions Maira’s Actions
Sanjay says he does not know anyone who has seen Abhira face so many difficulties. She never gives up but during those three days he saw her losing hope. Losing Maira was the biggest trauma of Abhira’s life.
Sanjay asks Maira what kind of daughter she is. He says Kajal and Manish have to face society’s taunts because of her actions. Kaveri and Madhav break down in tears while Vidya stops them from stepping outside the house. He reminds Maira she had broken all her relationships and left home.
He says if Maira were his daughter he would not have allowed her to enter the house again. He says Maira is very fortunate to have Armaan and Abhira as her parents but she has never valued them. Maira becomes emotional and breaks down.
Kaveri Plans a Grand Navratri Celebration
Vidya is lost in her thoughts and Kajal asks her what happened. Vidya does not answer her. Manisha suggests Kaveri visiting the biggest Navratri pandal.
Kaveri says now Maira has returned home they will celebrate Navratri in a grand way. Manisha says everyone should know that Maira has returned home so people will stop gossiping about the family. She says the place gets good media coverage and believes visiting it will be good for the family especially for Maira. Kaveri agrees with her.
Armaan Worries About Maira
Armaan sees Maira getting emotional and knocks on her bedroom door. Maira hides her tears. Armaan asks Maira if anything wrong happened to her in Mumbai. He asks if Kabeer did anything inappropriate with her.
He tells her if Kabeer made her feel even slightly uncomfortable she can tell him and Abhira. Maira says nothing happened the way he is thinking. Abhira wonders why Maira is neither talking to them nor looking at them.
Abhira Questions Maira’s Silence
Abhira asks Armaan if he is feeling so relieved as his daughter has returned home. Armaan says Maira is very quiet. Abhira says Maira sounded very angry in her voice note. He wonders how Maira changed her decision after watching their video message.
Armaan says perhaps Maira has realised her mistake. Abhira wonders if Maira found life in Mumbai difficult. She says Kabeer and Maira might have become nervous after thinking about their wedding and might have broken up with him. Abhira wonders why Maira has returned home.
She says if Maira has truly understood their point of view why is she not smiling? Armaan asks why Abhira has been worrying for so many days. He asks her to take a break and says Maira will tell them everything herself. They just need to give her some time.
He says Maira has returned home safely and that is enough for them for now.
Maira Cook for the Family
Meanwhile Maira is cooking in the kitchen when Manisha asks what she is doing there. Maira says she thought she would prepare food for everyone. Manisha says this is surprising as Maira does not know how to cook.
Maira says she used to give everyone lectures about how she could make her own life decisions. However in reality she cannot even do basic cooking without watching a video. Manisha asks why Maira is doing all this when she has just returned home and should be resting.
Maira feeds food to Manisha and asks whether Kaveri will like it because she has prepared it without garlic and onions. Manisha says everyone will like the food but she asks Maira why she is working so hard. Maira remains silent.
Kabeer Decides to Give Up Photography
At Damini’s house Samar asks Kabeer if he has received any assignments. Kabeer says he is taking a break from photography and will no longer pursue it. Samar asks him why.
Kabeer asks samar to put away all his camera equipment and he should not tell him where it is kept. He says the camera is his weakness. Samar asks why he wants to give it up when he loves photography. Kabeer says he cannot forget his responsibilities because of his personal interests.
He feels the camera has become a distraction for him. If he keeps getting distracted how will he focus on the family business? Kabeer says from now on he will go to the office with them every day. He feels he has never given them a chance to be proud of him but now he wants to do so. samar fe happy to hear it
Maira Gets Emotional
Later the family sees Maira has prepared many dishes for dinner. Everyone is surprised to see so much food on the table. Maira welcomes them. Manoj asks if she has prepared everything herself.
Kajal says Maira has cooked so many dishes all alone and she says she could have helped her. Maira says they have already done so much for her since she returned home. She makes Armaan and Abhira sit down and serves everyone their favourite food.
Abhira asks Maira to sit and eat with them. Maira makes an excuse but Abhira insists she sit beside her. Abhira feeds Maira and Maira becomes emotional.
Vidya Questions Maira
Vidya says she wanted to ask Maira about her Mumbai trip. She asks where Maira was staying. Maira says she was staying in a PG. Vidya asks if boys and girls were staying together there. Maira looks uncomfortable with the question.
Vidya says now she will ask Maira whatever she wants to know directly instead of asking indirectly. She then asks Maira if she has broken up with Kabeer. Maira remains silent. Kaveri tells Maira Vidya is asking her a question and hopes Maira will answer with a yes as they will never accept Kabeer.
Maira looks at everyone and says she only wants to say that from now on she will do whatever Armaan and Abhira tell her to do.
Vidya says if Maira’s parents tell her to break up with Kabeer she will do so. This means that Maira has not broken up with Kabeer yet.
Armaan Defends Maira
Armaan asks Vidya to stop as she is making Maira uncomfortable. Vidya says Maira must get used to such questions because people outside the house will also ask her about her actions. He questions why she should have to perform the role of an outsider.
Vidya says he should fulfil his duty as a father and ask Maira why she spent three days outside the house with a boy. Armaan gets furious with Vidya.
Precap: Armaan asks Abhira why she brought Maira’s phone. Abhira says that she has caught Maira lying so many times that she cannot help doubting her. She says that Maira might be lying even today.
Abhira asks Maira whether she has broken up with Kabeer and whether they had a fight. Maira says that Kabeer has done nothing wrong and that he is a very good person.
