Today’s episode begins with Prerna trying to feed Pranshi who is crying a lot. Leela comes there with hot milk and tells Prerna to feed Pranshi after the milk cools down.She keeps the hot milk on the edge of the table near Pranshi. Prerna accidentally was about to feed hot milk to Pranshi.
Anupama comes there gets shocked and saves Pranshi. Prerna apologises and says she was not paying attention. Anupama tells her she should have been careful and asks what would have happened if Pranshi had been burned.
Leela Scolds Prerna
Leela scolds Prerna. Prerna explains Pranshi was crying so all her attention was on her. She says it is good that Anupama saved Pranshi and apologises to her. Anupama says she is tired but there should be no room for mistakes when it comes to a small child.
Leela says if she explains things to Prerna so lovingly Prerna will never understand. She says Prerna does not even know a baby’s needs must be handled carefully. She says if anything had happened to Pranshi Vasundhara would have sent them to jail.
Leela says Prerna still does not know how to calm Pranshi down. She questions how Prerna will raise the child for the next ten years. Anupama asks Leela to calm down and assures her Prerna will be more careful from now on.
Pakhi and Toshu Target Prerna
Pakhi tries to manipulate the situation and says all the responsibilities are being put on Prerna’s shoulders. She questions how Prerna will manage everything alone. Toshu says he had already warned them this would happen.
He says now everyone will do nothing and Prerna will have to take care of everything. Leela says Prerna is not alone. She says that Husmukh was taking care of Pranshi just a while ago.
Anupama Defends Prerna
Anupama lashes out at Pakhi and Toshu and asks why they did not take care of Pranshi if they are so worried. She says Prerna she understands how difficult it is to raise a child.
She tells Prerna if she does not understand something next time she should ask someone in the family for help. Anupama says if Prerna has made a mistake she should learn from it.
Prerna says Anupama she is also blaming her. She says she is asks them to tell everyone everything together because they all think its her fault.
Prerna Breaks Down
Prerna tells she she knows Pranshi has only recently come into their lives. However whether Pranshi sleeps or does not sleep everyone blames her. Even if she tries her best or does not try everyone will still say that it is her fault.
She questions why nobody is saying anything to Leela and asks why Leela brought hot milk in the first place. Leela should have checked if Prerna’s hands were already busy handling Pranshi. She says whenever Pranshi cries Prerna also feels like crying.She is trying her best but nobody understands her.
Anupama reminds everyone they had promised to help Prerna but now it seems taking care of Pranshi is only her responsibility. She explains Kinjal comes home late Ansh goes to the office and if Prerna goes to Anupama for help Ansh scolds her for disturbing Anupama and tells her to manage things herself.
Ansh and Prerna Clash Over Pranshi
Anupama says she was not getting angry with Prerna but Prerna says even if she does nothing everyone creates a scene. Prerna asks if anyone thinks she deliberately wants to hurt Pranshi. She says she has lost track of day and night while caring for the baby.
She explains she has to feed Pranshi, change her diaper and wash her clothes. She is already tired yet she is still blamed for every mistake. Anupama asks Prerna to calm down but Prerna shouts at her. Ansh sees this and tells Prerna to stop shouting. Leela says Prerna talks to Anupama in the same way she also talks to her.
Leela further says Prerna is not worthy of being Ansh’s wife or of becoming a part of this family. She adds she never wanted Ansh to marry Prerna. Hasmukh asks Leela to stop. Anupama tells Leela she will not allow her to say anything to Prerna anymore. She also tells Ansh not to say anything to Prerna.
Ansh and Prerna’s Heated Argument
Prerna says Anupama does not need her to defend her because she is the one at fault. She says Ansh brought Pranshi into their lives and now everyone is putting all the responsibility on her as if she were the child’s nanny.
Ansh is shocked. He says he thought Prerna was his partner. He says him she had clearly explained her situation to him. He says she had promised to support him in everything and he thought she would stand by him. Prerna says she had promised to support him but she never said she would handle everything alone.
She explains she stays with Pranshi all the time while Ansh goes to the office. Ansh calls himself a good father so she asks him to take care of Pranshi himself. Ansh says he will take care of Pranshi by leaving his job. However he points out that they need his income too. Both of them start arguing.
Ansh’s Shocking Decision
Anupama asks Ansh to stop arguing. Ansh says he has now understood what he needs to do for Pranshi. He declares nobody in the family will ask Prerna to do anything related to Pranshi from now on. He says that from today Pranshi will no longer be Prerna’s responsibility.
Anupama asks Ansh to understand what she is saying. Prerna says Ansh now sees her as the villain she suddenly become step mother. Leela says Pranshi has created a distance between Ansh and Prerna. Hasmukh questions Leela she was blaming Prerna earlier and now she is blaming Pranshi.
He asks what fault Pranshi has in all this. Leela says Pranshi was living happily in the Kothari house but after coming here the child is facing problems and Ansh to Prerna is fighting.
Anupama Steps In
Anupama says she understands Pranshi’s responsibility has fallen on Prerna and has become a burden for her. However fighting will not reduce this burden.
Anupama says when Prerna argues with Ansh he shouts at her. She questions how their problems will ever end if they continue behaving this way. She explains raising children is one of the most difficult jobs in the world. Anupama asks everyone to listen to Prerna’s side of the story.
She says everyone loves Pranshi but nobody is able to give the child as much time as she needs. Anupama says Prerna is trying her best and learning how to become a mother. She questions why nobody can understand this.
Anupama Sets New Rules
Anupama explains even a small mistake makes everyone start shouting at Prerna. This is new for Prerna too and she is still learning. Anupama reminds everyone they had promised to support Prerna.
She says just as they dedicate time to their jobs they must also dedicate time to Pranshi. Anupama explains children are raised in joint families because everyone shares the responsibilities equally. She declares everyone will now share the responsibility of raising Pranshi.
Anupama says she will write down everyone’s name and responsibilities. Hasmukh tells Anupama whatever she writes down everyone will have to follow it. He says they will all raise Pranshi together. Anupama writes down the names of the family members and assigns responsibilities to each of them.
Anupama Assures Prerna
Pakhi says this arrangement will only last for a few days. Toshu says Ansh and Prerna will eventually move into their new house and then they will see what happens. Anupama replies they will think about when the time comes.
She introduces one more rule both Ansh and Prerna must follow. Anupama asks them to promise each other they will not let their anger affect Pranshi or show their anger in front of her. She explains children do not come into people’s lives on their own.
It is the parents who decide to bring them into this world. This decision may be made in a moment, but the responsibility must be fulfilled for a lifetime. Anupama tells them to fulfil their responsibilities with love.
Anil Warns RV
Later at the dinner table Anil tells RV that he works just like Parag. He says RV is very smart but he still wants to give him some advice. Anil says he does not know what is going on between RV and Digvijay but the cafe does not belong to Digvijay alone. It also belongs to Anupama.
Vasundhara tells Anil to be quiet but Anil asks her to let him speak. He explains Anupama built the cafe with her own time and effort. Therefore she should not suffer any losses because of this situation. RV asks if Anil is giving him advice or threatening him. Anil replies if RV wants to consider it advice he can do so.
Otherwise he can take it as a threat. RV says he does not like people who threaten him. Vasundhara reminds RV he is a guest in their house and says that they do not speak to their guests in this manner. She tells him to stop defending Anupama. RV replies Digvijay is enough to defend Anupama. However he says if nobody supports her she will be left alone.
Anupama Becomes Worried About Digvijay
Later Anupama tells Hasmukh she cannot understand how much more she is expected to handle alone. Hasmukh says the fights in this house never seem to end even during festivals. Anupama says she wishes peace would return to the house.
She explains she is facing problems from one side because of the builder and from the other side because of the cafe.
She wonders how she will manage everything. Just then Anupama is shocked to see Digvijay’s condition. Hasmukh asks Digvijay what has happened to him.
Precap: At the Shah House the electricity goes out. Digvijay says someone has cut the electrical wires and it will take an hour to repair them. Mohanlal tells Gautam he has cut off the electricity and water supply to Anupama’s house.
Anupama receives a call from Mohanlal. He tells her not to hesitate to ask him for anything she needs whether it is an electrician or a water tanker.
