Today’s episode begins with Vidya calling Narmada and telling her tomorrow is Karwa Chauth and she has to keep the fast. Narmada arrives and gives an envelope to Mahadev. He asks what it is. She tells him to open it and see for himself.
Mahadev is surprised to learn Narmada has been selected again for the job. He asks Vidya to distribute sweets to everyone. The family gets happy and congratulates Narmada. Vidya asks Narmada to have something to eat.Mogra says it’s also her first Karwa Chauth. However the family ignores her and she feels bad.
Dheeraj Teases Rajj
Rajji says how can she stay hungry? Dheeraj tease rajji Vidya asks what happened. Dheeraj says he is telling Rajji not to do anything might make her fast break.
Rajji complains about Dheeraj comment. Vidya lovingly scolds him but Mahadev supports Dheeraj. The family enjoys this moment together. Meanwhile Priya messages Vishwa and tells him she will keep the Karwa Chauth fast for him.
Mogra Faces Vidya’s Rejection
Later Vidya applies mehendi to Narmada. Narmada says mehendi applied by a mother-in-law on her daughter-in-law’s hands is considered the biggest blessing. Priya says she says who will apply mehendi to her hands.
Dheeraj says he will apply mehendi to her hands. Rajji recalls her childhood memories. In a flashback it is revealed that when Rajji was a child she was upset. Vishwa asks her what happened. Rajji says who will apply mehendi to her hands. Vishwa tells her that he will apply it.
Back in the present Vidya asks Rajji where she is lost. Rajji says during her childhood Vishwa used to apply mehendi to make her feel better. Mogra arrives there and asks what about her mehendi. Vidya says first she should become worthy of getting mehendi applied by her mother-in-law. She adds Mogra is still Ashish’s wife in this house and not his daughter-in-law.
Mahadev’s Special Gesture for Vidya
Narmada asks who will apply mehendi to Vidya’s hands. Mahadev says he will apply mehendi to her hands. He tells everyone he has been doing this work of since before they all came into this world.
Mahadev applies mehendi to Vidya’s hands. He asks her how she likes the design. Vidya says it is the most beautiful mehendi design in the world.
Rajji says if her husband does not love her as much throughout her life as Mahadev loves Vidya she will break her Karwa Chauth fast. Dheeraj to fullfill Rajji wish playfull chase her to apply mehendi
Bhanu Face a New Problem
The next day Yash and Bhanu visit Verma’s office. Verma says because of the complaint an inquiry has been started into their property. That is why an investigation will have to take place.
Yash asks him to do whatever it take to stop the inquiry and says he should tell them what he wants in return. Verma says he retired last week. He adds a new officer will take over the case and replace him.
He tells them to pray the new officer cooperates with them. Otherwise this time their enmity with Mahadev might prove costly for them. Yash tells Bhanu perhaps they made a mistake by taking a fight with Mahadev this time because their plan has backfired.
Bhanu says nothing will happen. She claims Verma was in her pocket and that a new officer will also dance to her tune. She says this world is like a market where everyone can be bought.
Rajji Doubts Priya
At Mahadev’s house Vidya calls Ketan for breakfast. Ketan says he is already late. She gives him his lunch box. He asks Vidya what she wants for Karwa Chauth. Vidya says she does not want anything.
Ketan says he will buy a gift for her with his own earnings and according to his choice. Dheeraj also leaves for work. Rajji says Dheeraj has forgotten to take his tiffin. Satya asks Priya why she is not having breakfast. She wonders if Priya is also keeping a fast.
Priya says she does not feel like eating anything. Rajji starts doubting Priya. She wonders something is going on and decides she needs to find out the truth.
Dheeraj Secretly Fasts for Rajji
Ketan and Dheeraj reach a jewellery shop. Ketan asks the jeweller to show him gold earrings for Narmada. Dheeraj does not drink water or tea because he is secretly keeping a fast for Rajji. Ketan asks Dheeraj to have tea.
The jeweller says it seems Dheeraj is keeping the Karwa Chauth fast which is why he is not having tea or water. Ketan says if Dheeraj had told him he would have also kept the fast Narmada will get upset with him. Dheeraj says it is nothing and he has come to buy a gift for Narmada.
Dheeraj’s Special Gift for Rajji
The jeweller asks Dheeraj if he also wants to see some jewellery. Ketan tells Dheeraj to select something and says he will pay for it. Dheeraj refuses. Dheeraj says if he buys something for Rajji he will pay for it with his own money. Ketan leaves from there.
Dheeraj returns to the jewellery shop and asks if there is any gift within his budget. The jeweller shows him a chain. Dheeraj says he will come in the evening to collect it with the money.
Karwa Chauth Celebrations Begin
Back at home Mogra tells Lajwanti her stomach is hurting because of hunger and her throat is getting dry because of the payesh. Rajji and Narmada hear this and laugh.
Vidya tells them they should not think about hunger and thirst. She asks them to get ready and dress up. Narmada asks Vidya when the moon will rise. Vidya says the moon never rises early on this night. Priya is about to drink water but suddenly remembers that she is keeping a fast.
Dheeraj Arranges Money for Rajji
Meanwhile Dheeraj reaches the shop and asks his owner for an advance payment. An employee informs them the tempo has broken down. Dheeraj says he will complete the order.
The owner gives him the advance payment and Dheeraj feels happy.
Rajji Questions Priya
Later Priya talks to Vishwa on the phone. She asks him if Rajji has found out about them. Vishwa says they are safe. He tells her that whenever Bhanu misbehaves with him Rajji becomes sad.
He says if things continue like this both of them will get together one day and they will not need to hide their relationship anymore. Rajji arrives and offers Priya lemonade. Priya refuses to drink it.
Rajji asks her whom she was talking to and if she was speaking to her friend. Priya confirms it and says she was complaining to her as she left mumbai without meeting her. Rajji thinks perhaps Priya is actually keeping a fast for someone.
