Today’s episode begins with a journalist informing Anupama that her recent fashion event has received an overwhelming response. The journalist expresses interest in featuring Anupama’s life journey saying her story has the power to motivate countless people. Bharti encourages Anupama to step forward and accept the interview. After thinking it through Anupama finally agrees. The writer mentions that this will be Anupama’s first independent article and that the interview schedule will be finalised later. Bharti feels extremely happy and proud of Anupama’s achievement.
Rajini’s Call Anupama
Soon after Anupama receives a call from Rajini who lies and tells her that her daughter is visiting and wants to go Christmas shopping. Trusting her Anupama agrees to meet her. However she is surprised to see Varun there instead. Varun explains that Sarita has sent him with vada pav. Since Anupama has to leave with Rajini she asks Varun to stay back and help Bharti. Varun looks at Bharti and gives a sly smile.
Toshu and Pakhi Claim the Spotlight
Meanwhile, Hasmuk, Leela, and Kinjal are shocked when Paritosh and Pakhi arrive with journalists. They announce that the media has come to interview Ishani and Pari calling them rising celebrities. When the reporter asks about the chawl fashion show and credits Anupama for guiding the girls Toshu and Pakhi quickly interrupt. They claim that they struggled immensely to bring their daughters forward and take complete credit for their success completely ignoring Anupama’s contribution. Kinjal bitterly comments that Anupama should now clearly see who truly supports her in Mumbai.
Rajini Tries to Extract Information
While shopping Rajini thanks Anupama for accompanying her. Anupama helps her choose Christmas items unaware that Rajini is secretly trying to gather information about the Kothari family. Rajini casually asks about Rahi’s in-laws. Anupama shares that Rahi is married into the Kothari family and that Parag Kothari is highly respected. Rajini begins to wonder whether Anupama knows anything about the upcoming business deal.
Anupama then receives a call from Prarthana who firmly insists that Anupama attend her baby shower. She even threatens to cancel the celebration if Anupama and the Shah family do not come. When Rajini asks about the call Anupama explains the misunderstandings between the two families and reveals that Vasundhara dislikes her. Anupama hopes that things will improve soon. Rajini realises that the Kotharis are against Anupama and silently decides that she will not allow peace between them.
Varun Earns Praise
Back home Varun notices Bharti looking weak due to fasting. As she speaks Bharti suddenly faints. Varun quickly supports her and gives her water. Anupama witnesses the scene. Varun explains that Bharti should have taken better care of herself and also reveals that he washed utensils on the set earlier. Anupama is shocked but impressed. Sarita praises Varun and remarks that Anupama’s influence is slowly bringing him onto the right path. Anupama instead of taking credit praises Rajini’s upbringing. Preet teases Bharti and Varun leaving Bharti irritated.
Vasundhara becomes anxious after learning that Parag has travelled to Mumbai alone. She questions Gautam for not going with him. Gautam asks if Parag and Rajini share any past connection. Vasundhara denies it but Gautam senses that there is more to their story.
Anupama and Parag Come Face to Face
Anupama prays to God for everyone’s well-being. Meanwhile Parag meets Rajini to discuss the chawl redevelopment project. Rajini questions whether the builder can be trusted considering the massive investment involved. Parag assures her that the builder is reliable and tries to apologise for his past mistakes. Rajini firmly asks him to stop unwilling to revisit old wounds.
Just then Anupama arrives at Rajini’s house. The assistant opens the door pppand Anupama is stunned to see Rajini sitting with Parag. Parag realises that Anupama is Rajini’s close friend. All three are left shocked. Anupama is flooded with memories from her past with Parag as they stand face to face. The episode ends on this tense note.
