Today’s episode begins with Anupama questioning Parag about his sudden presence. Parag taunts her sarcastically asking if after catering, dance, and fashion, she is now planning to enter politics as well. He adds that she has all the qualities of a politician. Anupama replies that if she ever wanted to enter politics Rajini herself had suggested it many timesbut she always refused. She admits she never imagined she would run into Parag here.
Rajini interrupts asking Anupama to talk later as a meeting is going on. Anupama leaves wondering why Rahi and Prem never told her that they already knew Rajini. She assumes Parag might be connected only through business especially since parag jewellery brand is also based in Mumbai.
Rahi receives a message from Prem informing her that he won’t be able to pick her up and asks her to take a cab. Diwakar offers to drop her but Rahi initially refuses. Soon after Vasundhara messages Rahi asking her to send Sama to the kids ashram. Diwakar insists again saying it will be difficult to find transport at this hour. Rahi finally agrees and sits in his car. Diwakar feels happy thinking it’s the first time Rahi has sat in his car and considers it the most beautiful moment of his life.
Varun’s Act to Win Anupama’s Trust
Anupama notices Varun helping a blind man cross the road and appreciates his kindness. Varun recalls Rajini’s advice in a flashback she had told him that to win Anupama’s trust he must become like her help others, think of others before himself, and take responsibility for people’s problems.
Varun laughs calling it a way to become the world’s biggest fool. Rajini explains that since Anupama believes such people exist Varun must act like one. In the present Varun pretends to be reformed saying he wants to do good deeds now. The blind man gestures to him but Varun excuses himself saying he needs to help at vada pav stall.
Anupama praises Varun saying it’s good that he’s trying to improve. Anupama then talks about Bharti hinting that if Varun turns out like good she sholud talj with Rajini for relationships.
Parag Warns Rajini About Anupama
Parag warns Rajini to stay away from Anupama. Rajini says she has known Anupama for many years. Parag claims he knows Anupama deeply and warns that the longer someone stays close to her the deeper the wounds they receive. He bluntly says he dislikes Anupama and that his entire family has suffered because of her. He also mentions that his adopted daughter Mahi doesn’t like her either.
Rajini reveals that the chawl they plan to demolish for their project is none other than Purvi Chhaya Chawl. Parag is shocked when he realizes Anupama lives there. He fears Anupama may become an obstacle in their plan.
Rajini clarifies that she plans to demolish the chawl and build a tower for which she needs an NOC signed by Anupama on behalf of the chawl residents. Parag doubts Anupama will agree. Rajini insists this time Anupama will unknowingly become their pawn and asks Parag whether he wants to be part of the project or step back.
Anupama’s Promise to Protect the Chawl
Anupama sees a crying girl who tells her that a nearby chawl is being demolished for redevelopment and asks if their chawl will be safe. Anupama promises that nothing will happen to their chawl. She calls it lucky for her life and prays that Bharti also finds happiness and a new beginning from this chawl.
Anupama decides to make burgers with the chawl children. Singing and dancing she teaches them how to cook. Varun watches impressed by her ability to win hearts. Bharti joins them and Anupama notices Varun growing closer to Bharti.
Rahi tells Diwakar that they have gone ahead and missed a right turn. Diwakar lies saying the alternate route is shorter. He asks about her studies. Rahi recalls her painful past but avoids answering. Diwakar says she doesn’t need to share if she isn’t comfortable and talks about his dream of ensuring education for every girl. Rahi is impressed by his thoughts.
Rahi’s earring falls in the car which Diwakar quietly keeps smiling. Gautam notices this moment.
Rajini’s Ruthless Plan
Anupama praises the children and encourages them to become successful. Varun admits he didn’t even know how to make tea before yet now he made a burger. Bharti and Anupama praise each other expressing their emotional attachment to the chawl. Varun quietly admits he feels the same now.
After they leave Varun angrily throws the burger away and calls Rajini. He warns her that Anupama’s friend loves the chawl deeply and will never let it be demolished. Rajini coldly replies that the chawl must be destroyed at any cost. Varun says straightforward methods won’t work. Rajini responds that it’s time to bend the finger.
Pari and Ishani announce that they have secured jobs in a production house and throw a small party for the chawl residents. Anupama emotionally says this chawl didn’t just give her shelter but also a new family and new dreams. Preet warns that if builders come to demolish the chawl they will chase them away. Varun seeing this thinks to himself that Rajini’s plan is failing. Rajini arrives and congratulates Pari and Ishani. Anupama asks why she’s there. Rajini says she came to meet her after missing her earlier.
Prem’s Business Worries
Prem tells Rahi that he doubts the restaurant will open anytime soon as Parag has invested everything into real estate. He worries about delays and lack of new investment. Rahi calms him and encourages him to stay positive saying it’s his dream and he shouldn’t depend entirely on Parag. Prem admits he doesn’t trust Gautam who is involved in the project and has asked a friend to investigate. Rahi asks him to be patient and assures him she is with him.
Rajini’s Shocking Announcement
Anupama brings a cake to celebrate Pari and Ishani’s success. Everyone dances happily. seeing Varun and Bharti together Anupama quietly asks Rajini if she’s seeing the same thing she is. She hesitantly asks about Parag. Rajini claims Parag only came with a project proposal.
Rajini then says she wants to say something important but not privately. She insists on speaking in front of the entire chawl.
Precap: Rajini tells the chawl residents that if they truly love their chawl they must follow a legal procedure. She presents legal papers and asks Anupama to read them. Everyone agrees saying they will sign whatever Anupama asks them to.Meanwhile Rajini receives a call from Parag he wont tell Anupama that Rajini is her partner in the project.
