Early Life
Born on 5 August 1999 in Mumbai Maharashtra Bhavika grew up in a warm close-knit Hindu middle-class family. The youngest among her siblings she shares a strong bond with her parents Pradeep Kumar Sharma and Sangeeta Sharma as well as her sisters Kirti Sharma,Divya Sharma, Deepika Sharma, and brother Rishi Sharma.
Even as a child Bhavika was drawn toward acting. Cameras, storytelling, and performance came naturally to her leading her to audition at a young age. Alongside pursuing her dreams she remained committed to education. She completed her schooling at Delhi Public School Mumbai earned a commerce degree and reportedly also pursued journalism giving her a solid academic background.
Stepping Into Television
At just 17 Bhavika took her first major step into the entertainment industry. She made her television debut in 2015 with Parvarrish Season 2 where she played Riya Gupta. Her performance in this family drama highlighted her raw talent and opened up new opportunities.
In 2017 she gained further popularity with Jiji Maa portraying Niyati Purohit a role that strengthened her identity as a promising television star and helped her connect strongly with viewers.
Bhavika later became a household name with Maddam Sir where she played Constable Santosh Sharma. Although loved for her character and chemistry with the cast she eventually exited the show due to creative dissatisfaction with her character’s growth.
Breakthrough With Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin
A major turning point in Bhavika’s career came with StarPlus’s Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin where she portrayed Savi Chavan Thakkar with great depth, emotion and maturity making the character widely loved by the audience. During her GHKKPM journey she first shared the screen with Shakti Arora from June 2023 to June 2024 followed by Hitesh Bharadwaj from June 2024 to January 2025. Later she starred opposite Param Singh from May 2025 until the show concluded in July 2025 delivering memorable performances throughout the series.
Her portrayal of Savi earned her immense appreciation and a massive fan base. Today Bhavika enjoys more than 1.7 million followers on Instagram reflecting her huge popularity.
Film Debut and Other Work
Bhavika made her film debut with Cookie where she played Minnie Kapoor. The film helped her showcase her versatility and ability to move beyond television into cinema.
Over the years Bhavika has continued to challenge herself with new roles proving she is an actress who constantly grows with every project.
