Today’s episode begins with Rahi being angry at Anupama because she supported Prerna. Anupama lovingly tries to calm her explaining that the shirt Rahi wanted wasn’t even that good. But Rahi gets irritated and asks why Anupama keeps taking Prerna’s name again and again when she barely knows her. She tells Anupama not to give Prerna so much importance.
Anupama asks if Rahi is getting jealous and explains that the beauty of love is that it grows when shared. But Rahi replies that betrayal also comes only from the people we love. Anupama wonders when Rahi became so negative but Rahi says she isn’t negative just realistic.
Anupama and Rahi return to the chawl unaware that Diwakar is secretly stalking Rahi. Meanwhile Parag is stressed about papers he cannot let Vasundhara see. Just then Vasundhara arrives and the papers fall. Parag quickly picks them up and lies to her. Vasundhara senses he is hiding something.
Bharti’s Chooda Ceremony
Bharti’s chooda ceremony begins. Anupama lovingly helps her wear the chooda. Sarita asks about Prerna and says it would have been great if she had come. Others also praise Prerna and call her a lovely girl. This irritates Rahi who angrily says Prerna isn’t any goddess but just overly smart.
Anupama blesses Bharti to always stay happy in her new home. Bharti gets emotional and cries. Anupama tells her not to think she’s going away from her family but to think she’s stepping into a new beginning. Bharti says she will miss everyone especially Dance Rani and Anupama. Preet tells her this chawl is always hers and she can return anytime she wishes.
Anupama assures Bharti she will be so happy in her sasural that she will feel their absence. Everyone teases Bharti lovingly. Bharti thanks Anupama for everything.
Varun Worried About the Papers
Varun is tense because the chawl papers are still not signed and his wedding is the next day. He worries the wedding may happen but the papers may remain unsigned. Bharti gets irritated and says she will handle it tomorrow.
Rajini taunts Varun saying Anupama behaves like Bharti’s mother even after being an outsider while she being Bharti’s real mother is being treated like he doesn’t matter. In anger Rajini says if Anupama is so great Varun should leave everything and go to her. She says such great people like Anupama are better maintained at a distance because people like them are used to climb success.
Rajini she will use Anupama’s popularity for political gain. Once she wins the elections she will push Anupama aside. She even says it’s good Guddi is not attending the wedding otherwise she might tell Anupama the truth.
Ansh sees Prarthana’s sonography report and imagines a beautiful future with the baby dreaming of a perfect family. His imagination breaks when Anupama calls. He happily shows the reports and says everything is fine and he has even shopped for the baby.
Anupama emotionally says people always notice a mother’s sacrifice but rarely see the sacrifices a father makes. She says a father becomes responsible even before the baby arrives and silently supports the child always. She assures Ansh he will be a great father. Ansh wishes Anupama could be there. She promises she will come to meet him Prarthana and the baby.
Rahi Feels Insecure
Prem brings ice cream for Rahi but she gets upset because she wanted chocolate flavor. She complains that Anupama knows she only eats chocolate then why didn’t she save some for her. Prem explains that Pari also wanted it.
Rahi says this is exactly the problem Anupama cares for everyone except her. She is still angry over the shirt incident and feels Anupama supported Prerna more than her. Prem lovingly tries to calm her and asks who is most precious to her. Rahi says Prem. He asks what she would do if someone tried to take him away. Rahi angrily says she would break their bones.
Prem sings for her to lighten her mood and they share a sweet romantic moment.
Danger Approaches Rahi
Meanwhile Anupama checks all the wedding arrangements and prays everything goes smoothly. She notices a spark in the light box and becomes worried.
At the same time Prem goes to bring ice cream leaving Rahi alone. Taking advantage of this Diwakar attacks Rahi and tries to force himself on her. Rahi struggles desperately to save herself while Diwakar keeps insisting that he knows she loves him.
