Ashnoor Kaur was born on 3 May 2004 in New Delhi into a supportive Punjabi Sikh family. Her father Gurmeet Singh is a businessman while her mother Avneet Kaur is an education professional. Ashnoor developed an interest in acting at a very young age and stepped into the television world at just five years old.
Despite a busy acting schedule she always prioritised education scoring 93% in Class 10 and 94% in Class 12. In 2025 she proudly completed her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from Jai Hind College crediting academics for giving her confidence and shaping her personality beyond acting.

Ashnoor began her career in 2009 with Jhansi Ki Rani where her expressive performance gained attention instantly. She later appeared in several popular shows including Saath Nibhaana Saathiya Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha Devon Ke Dev -Mahadev Mahabharat ,Prithvi Vallabh
