Today’s episode begins with Abhira being completely shaken after learning the truth about Anita. Sensing danger Abhira follows Anita and confronts her accusing her of planning to hurt Armaan. Worried Abhira repeatedly calls Armaan but he does not answer.
Suddenly a few goons begin chasing Abhira. To escape them she hides inside Anita’s house. Once inside Abhira questions Anita directly was it Anita who sent the threatening message and what exactly does she plan to do to Armaan? Abhira firmly states that Armaan only stood by the truth and had no role in the crime committed by Anita’s husband. She warns Anita that if even a single scratch comes to Armaan she will never forgive her. She also asks if Anita did anything to Armaan at the party.
Anita silently shows Abhira a bottle of poison. Abhira is stunned and immediately asks if Anita poisoned Armaan. Anita remains quiet. Meanwhile at the party Armaan unknowingly drinks his juice.
As Anita opens the poison bottle Abhira suddenly realizes it is a new sealed bottle. This means Anita did not poison Armaan earlier. Abhira feels a moment of relief but is confused and angry. She asks Anita why she did not tell her the truth earlier and why she sent the message just to bring her here.
Anita finally speaks and says she wanted Abhira to know the truth. When Abhira asks what truth Anita claims that Armaan framed an innocent poor man as guilty and helped a real murderer go free. Abhira refuses to believe this and calls it nonsense.
Anita’s Shocking Suicide Attempt
Before Abhira can react Anita drinks the poison in front of her. Abhira is horrified. Anita insists that Abhira listen to her now. Abhira panics and begs Anita to stop saying they must go to the hospital immediately. She calls for an ambulance.
Anita tells Abhira that she will not survive until the ambulance arrives but she does not want her truth to die with her. She reveals that her husband did not take advantage of Meher Mittal Meher killed him in a fit of rage. Anita adds that Abhira herself was the reason behind Meher’s anger.
Rajat’s Murder Night
Abhira recalls the Women Achiever Award function where she received the award instead of Meher. Meher was furious and left the event midway. Anita explains that the award Meher believed was hers went to Abhira and Meher could not tolerate it. That very night Meher murdered Rajat.
In a flashback Rajat calls Anita and tells her that Vani is waiting. He says that after dropping Meher home from the award function he will return. During the call Shyam Mittal contacts Rajat and strictly orders him not to let Meher drive warning that she is extremely angry. Rajat pleads that controlling Meher is impossible but Mittal threatens him with job loss.
Meher arrives in a rage throws her phone and insists on driving. Despite Rajat’s repeated pleas and slaps from Meher he tries to stop her following Mittal’s orders. Enraged Meher brutally attacks Rajat with a rod and pushes him out of the car killing him.
Meher Manipulated Case
Abhira refuses to believe that Armaan could commit such a grave mistake. Anita explains that with money anything is possible. Shyam Hari Mittal bought fake witnesses and false evidence deceiving even Armaan. Anita warns that when someone’s eyes are blindfolded with lies they cannot see the truth. If Armaan ever tries to speak up his voice will be crushed just like Rajat’s.
At the party Meher openly tells Mittal that Armaan is the best lawyer she could have chosen. Mittal admits that without Armaan Meher would not have won the case so cleanly or protected her reputation. Meher arrogantly says she bought Armaan by exploiting his helplessness and his attachment to his legacy firm.
They openly discuss bribing staff ,manipulating witnesses, and turning a murder case into a sexual assault case.
Anita’s Fear for Vani
Anita tells Abhira that Meher is a complete liar who never cared about Vani. When Abhira asks why Anita stayed silent in court she explains that she feared for her daughter’s safety. If she had spoken the truth Meher and Mittal would have destroyed Vani’s life.
Anita reveals that after Rajat’s death goons regularly harass her. She could not protect herself and feared for Vani. Her final wish is that Vani’s life should not be ruined.
Anita’s Last Request
Anita tells Abhira that she chose her because she is a strong lawyer and a compassionate human being. She asks Abhira to raise Vani as her own daughter and protect her future. Abhira promises to expose Meher and ensure justice.
As the ambulance arrives the nurse says Anita does not have much time left. Anita asks Abhira one last time to promise that Vani will never be known as a criminal’s daughter and will grow up with a mother’s love. Abhira promises with tears in her eyes.
Anita takes her final breath. Abhira is left shattered holding a truth that has changed everything.
