Today’s episode begins with Anupamaa losing her temper the moment she sees Diwakar. Furious she grabs his collar and confronts him saying she regrets not stopping him earlier and declares that she will not spare him today. Pakhi immediately pushes Anupamaa away and angrily warns her not to touch Diwakar again. She announces that Diwakar is her future husband and Anupamaa’s would-be son-in-law leaving everyone stunned.
Anupamaa reacts strongly saying Diwakar can never become her son-in-law. Pakhi firmly declares that Diwakar will be her husband.
Leela questions Pakhi about where she found Diwakar. Pakhi reveals that she met him at a college reunion where they reconnected and realised they were meant for each other. She says they decided to get married after that meeting.
Pakhi adds that this family never cared about her so she does not feel the need to care about them either. She reveals that Diwakar had feelings for her since college and never married because of her while she herself is tired of loneliness and does not want to live alone anymore.
Anupamaa warns Pakhi that she is about to slap her. Pakhi retaliates by saying that if Anuj could wait 26 years for Anupamaa then Diwakar waiting for her should not be considered wrong. She questions why Anupamaa can marry twice but she cannot.
Rahi Exposes Diwakar’s Dark Truth
Rahi and Prem intervene. Rahi calls Diwakar a disgusting and psychotic man saying he is not capable of love and deserves slaps not sympathy. She reveals that Diwakar was once her professor and exposes his obsessive behaviour towards her.
Anupamaa questions how Pakhi can plan a wedding just a day after meeting him. She warns Pakhi that she is falling into Diwakar’s trap and urges her to learn the truth.
Diwakar defends himself accusing Rahi of giving him signals and claims he lost control because he is a man. Unable to tolerate this Rahi slaps Diwakar. Pakhi pushes Rahi in rage.
Prem strongly supports Rahi and says he trusts her completely.
Pakhi Refuses to Listen to Anyone
Pakhi insists that Diwakar has hidden nothing from her and claims he is a victim not a criminal. She openly declares that she trusts Diwakar more than her family.
Leela demands that Diwakar be thrown out of the house. Rahi again warns Pakhi not to fall into Diwakar’s trap. Kinjal suggests finding another suitable man for Pakhi while Tosh also tries to warn her but Pakhi remains firm on marrying Diwakar.
Anupamaa emotionally pleads with Pakhi reminding her that she has tolerated Pakhi’s rude behaviour for years and begs her not to make the biggest mistake of her life.
Pakhi Accuses the Family
Pakhi accuses the family of always judging her anger and stubbornness but never understanding her pain or loneliness. She says she has always lived for others especially Ishani and when she finally thinks about herself everyone calls her wrong. She claims she never received love, only taunts, and says Diwakar understands her pain. She insists that if Diwakar had bad intentions he would have hidden the truth but he did not.
Anupamaa responds that giving oneself a second chance is not wrong but choosing Diwakar is. She reminds everyone that Diwakar followed Rahi to Mumbai even after her marriage and behaved inappropriately calling him mentally unstable and a psycho.
Pakhi Ignored Warnings
Anupamaa pleads with Pakhi to think about Ishani and warns her that she will regret this decision. Ishani tries to talk to Pakhi admitting she never realised how lonely Pakhi felt. While she respects Pakhi’s happiness she urges her to listen to Anupamaa reminding her that ignoring Anupamaa’s advice always leads to trouble.
Pakhi refuses again declaring it is her life and she will live it her way. Holding Diwakar’s hand she announces her wedding and calls it her final decision. Everyone is left shocked.
Diwakar’s Drama
Diwakar kneels down and dramatically begs Anupamaa to forgive him and accept their relationship claiming he loves only Pakhi and that his feelings for Rahi were mere attraction. Anupamaa orders him to get up and leave. Prem threatens him while Pakhi stops Diwakar from begging and declares she does not need anyone’s approval.
Ansh says Pakhi should be allowed to ruin her own life and insists the drama must stop as it is his special day. Pakhi sarcastically remarks that everyone cares about Ansh’s happiness not hers. She leaves the house with Diwakar declaring she will marry him no matter what.
Anupamaa prays to God to save her from further drama. Gautam on the other hand thinks the baby shower will be full of drama and entertainment.
Ansh expresses disappointment over Pakhi’s foolish decision but still urges Anupamaa to join the celebrations. Anupamaa reflects that Pakhi’s loneliness led her to this decision as everyone needs love and companionship.
Ishani informs Anupamaa that Pakhi has returned and gone to her room. Prem and Rahi sense that a storm is approaching and decide to stand by each other.
Pakhi shows Anupamaa the saree gifted by Diwakar for the wedding and asks for her opinion leaving Anupamaa completely shocked.
Precap : Ansh asks Anupamaa whether a decision taken by two people for their peace can be called selfish. Anupamaa replies that if a decision brings happiness without hurting others it cannot be selfish. Vasundhara decides to go to the farmhouse saying she does not like the Shahs.
