Today’s episode begins with Vasundhara angrily accusing Prem and Rahi saying that Anupama is deliberately dragging them from door to door. Vasundhara firmly believes that Anupama is doing all this to take revenge as the project originally belonged to Kothari which is why she stopped the bulldozers. Gautam adds that if this continues the project will never even begin.
Rahi intervenes and clarifies that the mistake is not Anupama’s but Rajini’s because the chawl residents have always been against redevelopment. Vasundhara harshly declares that Anupama is nothing but walking destruction. Prem tries to defend Anupama but Vasundhara says that she wanted to give Parag a surprise which could not happen because of Anupama. Mahi suggests that Rahi should talk to Anupama and tell her to step aside from Parag’s project and think about her in-laws for once.
Prem argues that Anupama signed without reading Parag invested without knowing and Rajini deceived both of them. He insists that Rajini did not only betray Anupama but Parag as well. Gautam says they should go and tell Anupama that Parag did not betray her but Anupama misunderstood him and started treating him like a villain. Anil supports Anupama while Meeta strongly argues with Anil for supporting Anupama.
Parag returns home and says that he wants to talk to Vasundhara. Meanwhile Ishani and Pari ask Anupama if she is fine and whether she needs anything. Pari notices that Anupama is writing something and asks about it. Anupama explains that she is preparing a police complaint against Rajini. She says that social media can help spread awareness but legal support is necessary.
Anupama says that Rajini arrived with a bulldozer and court order so she will reply in legal language only. She admits that she does not know whether the police will help her because Rajini has powerful connections but she must register the complaint.
Vasundhara Learns the Truth
Back at the Kothari house Vasundhara asks what happened. Parag kneels down in front of her and apologizes revealing that he needed money for the construction business so he mortgaged the house. Vasundhara is completely shocked. Parag notices the nameplate Vasundhara had prepared for the house and becomes emotional.
Meeta questions why Parag needed to have such a private conversation. Rahi wonders if Khyati knew anything. Khyati recalls that Parag once mentioned mortgaging the house but she lied and said she knew nothing.
Parag Shocking Confession
Vasundhar rushes outside and breaks down in tears. Everyone questions Parag asking what has happened. Vasundhar prays to God pleading that nothing should happen to the house. Prem consoles Vasundhar and asks her what is wrong. Vasundhar shows him the new nameplate she had made for the Kothari house which she was planning to get installed by Parag but now everything has fallen apart.
Everyone starts questioning Parag saying that since they all live in that house they also have the right to know the truth. Parag finally reveals that he has made a huge investment for a Mumbai project and for that project he has mortgaged the house. Everyone is left shocked by the revelation. Prem reacts in disbelief and asks Parag what he is even saying.
Family Turns Against Parag
Anil says that Parag did not even ask anyone before mortgaging the house and at least should have informed them. Parag apologizes to Anil but Anil replies that such a big mistake cannot be erased with small words. Meeta and Anil argue with Parag and blame him.
Parag explains that the house belongs to Vasundhara and him so he took a big risk. He admits that hiding the truth was a mistake, but says that only Vasundhara has the right to question him no one else. He apologizes to Vasundhara and tells her that he hid the truth only to avoid troubling her. He assures her that nothing will happen to the house and that Rajini trapped him deceitfully but he will handle it.
Vasundhara breaks down and says that if this house is lost she will lose her life too. She reminds Parag that he always took decisions after asking her but this time he mortgaged the house without even informing her. She ignores Parag and walks away while Parag breaks down in tears.
Anupama Files a Police Complaint Against Rajini
At the police station Anupama demands to know why she has been waiting for so long and why her complaint is not being registered. The inspector tells her that filing an FIR against a powerful politician like Rajini requires proof and asks whether she has any.
Anupama says she has video footage from the wedding where Rajini made her sign papers when she was alone. The police respond that this does not prove that the papers were different. Anupama insists that the chawl residents are witnesses and will testify that the documents shown earlier were different. The police demand solid proof before taking action.
Suddenly Rajini says that proof will be given when the time comes.
Gautam tells Parag that it does not matter what Rajini did or did not do because the chawl residents gave power of attorney to Anupama and legally they cannot touch the project. He declares that no one can stop the project now. Mahi accuses Parag of thinking only about profit. Meeta says that if the project fails their house will be lost.
Anil admits that if the house were not involved he would have stayed silent but now he wants the project completed at any cost. Gautam asks why they should pay for Anupama’s mistake and Rahi thinks that once again everything is being ruined because of Anupama. Parag says he will do something, but he does not know what yet.
Prem says that Rajini deceived both him and Anupama and even though the chawl residents threw Anupama out she is still determined to get their homes back. Rahi argues that Anupama is also at fault as she should not have signed papers without reading them.
Parag reveals that he spoke to Anupama about his situation and told her everything. Although Anupama did not respond he believes she will fix everything.
Rajini Accepts the Complaint
The inspector finally reveals that Anupama was made to wait because Rajini was informed. Rajini arrives reads Anupama’s written complaint and tells the police to register it saying she does not want Anupama to feel that she is suppressing the truth using her power. Rajini arrogantly declares that she is a politician her public is happy and she fears no one. However she reminds Anupama that without proof nothing will happen.
Anupama responds that she does not have proof yet but she will get it soon. Until she wins for the chawl residents and defeats Rajini she will not stop and Rajini will definitely be punished for her sins. She leaves the police station.
Tension Builds in Shah and Kothari Families
Leela tells Prarthana that she did not want to trouble her which is why she hid everything. Prarthana worries because Parag is not answering her calls. Leela tells her not to stress as her health matters more. Pakhi refuses to help saying that Prarthana is Anupama’s responsibility not theirs.
Anupama meets Bharti and regrets marrying her into this family. Bharti says she is happy and received more love from her in-laws than her maternal home. Jassi calls Rajini evil but Bharti shouts at him and asks him to speak respectfully. Pari says Bharti may not know the truth but Bharti replies that she knows everything and still refuses to hear a single word against Rajini shocking Anupama.
Rahi meets Vrinda and shares that Anupama and the Kothari house are facing major problems. She gives Vrinda a diary and writes a wish asking for strength to rebuild broken relationships. Vrinda assures her that hope should never be lost.
Precap: Rahi calls Anupama and says that Parag is waiting for an answer. Anupama tells her not to interfere between her and Parag but Rahi insists that this is a family matter and if Anupama does not step back everyone could end up on the streets.
Vasundhara asks Rahi if Anupama is coming and Rahi replies that she is coming to resolve the issue. The episode ends with Anupama arriving at Kothari House.
