Chahat Mani Pandey was born on 1 June 1999 in the quaint village of Chandi Chopra Damoh Madhya Pradesh into a close-knit family. Her father passed away when she was young leaving her mother Bhavna Pandey as the primary pillar of support. Chahat grew up with her two younger brothers Rahat and Sahas Pandey in a nurturing yet humble environment.
She completed her primary education in her village and went on to finish 10th grade at Adarsh School and 12th grade at JPB School both in Damoh district. Inspired by her love for acting she undertook professional training at the Balaji Group in Indore before moving to Mumbai to pursue a career in television.
Acting Journey
Chahat began her acting career in 2016 with the Pavitra Bandhan portraying Mishti Roy Choudhary a character that introduced her to national audiences. She followed this with episodic roles in shows like Savdhaan India and early appearances in mythological and historical series.
Chahat Pandey was initially cast as Radha in RadhaKrishna (2017) and even featured in early promotions. However before the show aired the role was recast and she did not appear on television. Over the years she expanded her portfolio with roles in Mahakali – Anth Hi Aarambh Hai, Kaun Hai?, Tenali Rama, India Alert, and as Princess Meher in Aladdin- Naam Toh Suna Hoga.
Her first major breakthrough came in 2019 when she played Pakhi Parekh in Hamari Bahu Silk a role that showcased her acting range and brought her widespread recognition followed by recurring and lead performances in Laal Ishq, Dwarkadheesh Bhagwan Shree Krishn – Sarvkala Sampann, and Mere Sai-Shraddha Aur Saburi.
She went on to portray Durga Aneja in Durga – Mata Ki Chhaya (2020 – 2021) Mahua and Krishna Mishra Narayan in Nath Nath: Zevar Ya Zanjeer (2021-2024) further cementing her status as a lead actress capable of commanding diverse roles.
