Today’s episode starts with Vikrant appearing before Neetu and Neetu becomes emotional the moment she sees him. Vikrant falls at her feet and apologises sincerely. They hug and Neetu breaks down emotionally. Vikrant then hugs Ronnie and apologises to Dhariya by holding his ears asking for forgiveness. Dhariya and Vikrant hug each other warmly.
Vikrant walks up to Mannat embraces her and both of them cry uncontrollably. Dua continues singing and Vikrant lifts her in his arms. Soon everyone starts dancing together and Neetu feels truly happy. However this entire sequence turns out to be Neetu’s dream. She wakes up to reality and becomes sad again realising Vikrant is not really there.
In reality Vikrant is secretly watching Mannat and her family from outside. He thinks that he made a mistake by coming here and feels he should not have returned. Mannat suddenly senses Vikrant’s presence and walks towards the window. She softly takes Vikrant’s name leaving him shocked and surprised.
Mallika Doubt Yashika’s Brother
Meanwhile Mallika questions Yashika’s brother asking why Yashika travels by bus and tells him to stop the melodrama. Yash explains that Yashika is very generous and deliberately avoids coming by car so that people in the slum don’t feel small. He adds that she wants them to feel equal.
He suggests visiting all the houses and shops in the slum and asking people what Yashika means to them. Mallika agrees but warns He tej lie and warn to maintain distance claiming that tuberculosis has spread in the slum. Mallika gets scared and Leaves. Yash worries this people searching for Yashika have now reached here and although he managed the situation today they will have to act fast.
Aishwarya conspiracy
At the Mezbani venue children are preparing food for a competition photoshoot. One girl switches on the oven unaware that its wire was tampered with earlier by Aishwarya.
Aishwarya is giving a media interview saying she is very excited about the photoshoot and praising the children’s talent. Suddenly the just as the girl is about to use oven and oven blasts and Aishwarya rushes and saves the child in time.
The girl’s mother lashes out questioning how such a dangerous oven was kept at an event. Aishwarya explains that it was an accident and assures that all safety measures were taken.
The media reacts strongly some call Aishwarya a saviour while others question whether it is safe for children to participate. Reporters ask where Vikrant is and why children’s safety was neglected.
Aishwarya replies that Vikrant is out of town and she is handling everything. She promises to recheck all equipment and punish whoever is responsible. Privately Aishwarya thinks that Vikrant will now have to return and she cannot be blamed for negligence anymore since she risked her life to save a child.
Yashika Spots Vikrant Near Mannat’s House
Yashika notices that Vikrant is standing outside Mannat’s house and gets angry. Mannat also steps outside but does not see anyone. She wonders why she felt Vikrant’s presence questioning herself about why he would come here when his family is elsewhere.
Vikrant apologises to Yashika for lying to her. Yashika says she did not doubt him but followed him because she felt he was in trouble. Vikrant admits that coming here was a mistake.
Neetu Tries to Stop Vikrant
Mannat feels that Neetu may have been hurt by her words. Neetu looks towards the window and spots Vikrant believing he came to meet her. She rushes outside to stop him. Yashika sees Neetu in the car mirror and fears that if Neetu reaches Vikrant he will never leave. She tries to stop him .Aishwarya suddenly calls Vikrant informing him about the accident. Vikrant tells her that he is returning to Mumbai immediately.
At the same time Mannat notices that Neetu’s wheelchair is missing and panics searching for her. Vikrant’s car drives away and Neetu fails to stop it. She falls to the ground heartbroken.
Mannat feels Devastated
The doctor examines Neetu and reveals that her condition is extremely critical. He states that if surgery is not performed within one or two days Neetu’s chances of survival are almost zero. Everyone is shocked.
Mannat worries about arranging money as they have no funds. The doctor insists that they cannot wait any longer and that immediate arrangements must be made.
Neetu keeps murmuring that Ronnie should call Vikrant saying he will run back the moment he hears about his mother. Ronnie tries to calm her but Neetu insists that Vikrant is her son and will do anything for her.
Dua’s Innocent Sacrifice Breaks Mannat Completely
Just then Dua arrives and asks whom Neetu is talking about. Ronnie lies and says she was talking about the doctor. Dua innocently gives her savings to the doctor for Neetu’s treatment.
The doctor assures that Mannat and her father are arranging money. Mannat feels completely helpless thinking that Neetu does not deserve this pain. She feels more powerless today than ever before.
Precap : Mannat tells Neetu that she will not let her lack anything and that they do not need Vikrant.
Meanwhile Yuvi pushes Bunty leading to a fight between Yuvi and Dua. Yashika tries to slap Dua but Mannat stops her.
