Today’s episode starts with Yuvi saying that as soon as they reach Mumbai he will take Mannat shopping. Mannat seems happy,but Vikrant does not notice her.
Mannat meets Kumar who explains that the man carrying the cash was supposed to come there which is why he called Mannat but the man is still on the way. Kumar adds that his boss also has to leave for Mumbai but he makes Mannat speak to his boss and assures her that the money will be transferred. Kumar calls Vikrant. Yuvi tells Vikrant that the bad aunty has come to hurt Mannat again. Kumar says that Mr. Sinha who had asked him to give the money has arrived. He moves aside and Vikrant is shocked to see Mannat.
Mannat recalls everything and is shocked to learn that Kumar is Vikrant’s personal assistant. Vikrant assumes that Mannat has come to ask him for money.
Vikrant Insults Mannat and Questions Her Intentions
Mannat steps back and tries to leave but Vikrant stops her and says that he should have understood that only Mannat could be the one who needs money. He insults and humiliates her accusing her of making up a new story just to extract money from Sinha.
Mannat responds that a person who is living on his parents money should not lecture others about ethics. Vikrant retorts that she has come to take money along with her attitude. Mannat says that if Sinha had told her about Vikrant she would never have come there. Vikrant says that he knows very well that he will never give her money. He adds that he once acted foolishly like Sinha but will never repeat that mistake. He sarcastically asks where her super cop husband is saying that Dhairya must have deliberately sent her here.
Vikrant crosses the line by saying that she must not have felt any shame mocking her as a gold digger and linking her to Dhairya. Mannat angrily tells him to watch his language.
Vikrant Attacks Mannat’s Parenting
Vikrant warns that since he has seen Mannat now her plan will fail and neither she nor Dhairya will get any money. Mannat clarifies that she did not ask Vikrant for money she asked Mr. Sinha for help because of a genuine need. Vikrant dismisses it as drama accusing her of coming to him for money after her daughter Dua hurt Yuvi.
He coldly says that Mannat has no remorse that she does not care about Dua and that he already understood that Dua is ill-mannered
like mother like daughter. He even blames Mannat’s upbringing saying the fault lies there.
Mannat Reveals the Truth
Mannat warns Vikrant not to say a single word against Dua. She questions his courage to insult her child and her upbringing telling him to look into his own past first. She says that if he asks people what really happened and what Yuvi did he will understand everything. Mannat firmly says Shut up and declares that now she will speak. She tells him that his wife probably never showed him the truth because she did not expect fairness from him.
Mannat shows Vikrant a video of Yuvi explaining that in the video Yuvi is forcing a poor ice-cream vendor using his money and threatening other children. She says that Dua was not scared instead she raised her voice against injustice and fought for the vendor and her friends. Mannat proudly states that this is Dua’s upbringing given by Shruti as a mother and the same values were passed on to Dua. She says she is extremely proud of her daughter and her parenting.
She tells Vikrant that before looking down on others he should accept that he too can be wrong. Vikrant admits that he did not know the truth. Mannat replies that he was not present there yet he rushed to judge. She reminds him that judging based on half-truths is not justice it is a crime and that wealth does not give anyone the right to oppress others. She adds that if Yuvi had been taught these values he would not be measuring people by money and status.
Mannat explains that she teaches Dua that relationships, love, friendship and humanity are above money. She sharply corrects Vikrant’s definition of a gold digger, saying that a gold digger is someone who exploits the rich for luxury not someone who earns honestly to support helpless parents.
She warns Vikrant that if he says even one more word against Dua she will break his teeth and put them in his hand. Vikrant is left completely shocked and Mannat walks away.
Mannat Breaks Down
Mannat receives a call from Ronnie who asks if she met the man and got the money. Mannat lies saying that her voice is not clear and the call is breaking then disconnects.
She thinks that she went to arrange money for Neetu’s treatment but instead ended up fighting with Vikrant and returned empty-handed. She wonders why fate keeps forcing her to face Vikrant again and again even when she expects no help from him and breaks down emotionally. Meanwhile Vikrant admits that Mannat was absolutely right and that he had no right to call Dua wrong when Yuvi was at fault. Yashika tries to defend Yuvi but Vikrant stops her saying that she should not take his side.
Vikrant questions why Yashika allowed Yuvi to leave the hotel room and why she did not stop him reminding her that a child’s life could have been in danger. He says that Yuvi’s mistake is not Dua’s fault and that no one has the right to call someone poor or insult them. He scolds Yuvi harshly saying that crying will not fix anything and admits that today he feels ashamed because of Yuvi. He storms out in anger.
Dhariya Consoles Mannat
Dhariya notices Mannat’s emotional state and tries to console her. He tells her that arguing with Vikrant was unnecessary as Sinha is already giving the loan and Vikrant would have agreed if asked calmly.
Mannat says that she went there without planning to argue but she could not tolerate insults against Dua and Dhariya or questions on her parenting. She says remaining silent was impossible. Dhariya reminds her that Neetu’s treatment is the priority and they can apologize later if needed. Mannat questions how she is expected to keep apologizing when Neetu blamed her for everything yet she is still expected to bow down.
She reflects that Dhariya only thinks about his family while Vikrant does not care who is right or wrong. She admits that she never imagined Vikrant could be like this.
Precap : Vikrant asks Kumar to keep an eye on Mannat and find out why she needs so much money. Meanwhile the doctor says that treating Neetu in Indore would be a waste of time and they must go to Mumbai. Mannat reaches Mumbai and Vikrant suddenly holds her hand leaving everything on a shocking note.
