Today’s episode begins with Mahid and Seher enter hand in hand looking visibly happy. Mahid praising Seher and saying that her acting has no match. Seher smiles and thanks him teasing that he should also learn because today he too has to put on a strong act.
Tahir then jokes that since their hearts have finally met he brought heart-shaped balloons specially for them. Tahir playfully asks Seher whether she won’t mind if he calls her sister-in-law. Mahid warns Tahir to control his excitement or else his wild thoughts might slip out anytime. Tahir laughs and says that now that he is married Mahid should stop threatening him at least in front of Seher. Seher tells Tahir that he does value her and that is why she and Tahir are on the same team constantly pulling each other’s leg. Usman interrupts and tells Tahir to leave them alone and let others meet them as many people are waiting.
Kausar and Seher’s Emotional Reunion
Kausar notices Seher holding Mahid’s hand and gets emotional. Seher spots Kausar lets go of Mahid’s hand and runs toward her. She hugs Kausar tightly and both become emotional.
Nazima sarcastically remarks to Husna that Seher is meeting her mother as if she has returned alive from a war. Kausar assures Seher that now that she has come she will fix everything. Sofia says to Parvez bitterly that she had thought she would enjoy the walima today but Kausar’s arrival has ruined everything. Kausar anxiously asks Seher if Mahid has done anything wrong with her. Seher replies that she knows how to answer Mahid and Kausar should not worry.
Tahir asks Mahid why he doesn’t look happy. Mahid brushes it off saying it’s nothing. Tahir bluntly tells him that he is jealous after seeing Seher hug Kausar adding that now Seher’s mother’s presence cannot be avoided and Mahid will have to make some effort.
Mahid moves toward Seher but Husna stops him angrily accusing Seher of creating drama again. She complains that all the guests have arrived and Seher ran away without greeting anyone clinging to her mother. Husna harshly declares that Seher will bring shame to the family calling Mahid’s marriage to her the biggest mistake of his life.
Kausar’s Fear for Seher’s Safety
Seher explains to Kausar that she was desperate to see her and had only been praying for her recovery. Kausar says she doesn’t understand what Seher is saying and asks if anything was forced upon her. Seher assures her that nothing wrong has happened she is completely fine and Kausar should stop worrying. Kausar emotionally declares that her life begins and ends with Seher and she has no one else. She says she needs to talk to Seher privately and holds her hand to take her away. At the same moment Mahid also holds Seher’s hand and politely greets Kausar.
Parvez watches all this and mutters that just seeing Kausar’s ominous face makes his blood boil. Sofia urges him to do something quickly before Kausar creates another scene.
Mahid tells Kausar that she looks well and if she has no objection he wants to introduce his wife to the guests who are eager to congratulate them. He asks Seher to come with him. Kausar refuses to let go of Seher’s hand. Parvez steps in and tells Mahid that Seher is now his wife and he does not need permission. He adds that Mahid has more rights over Seher than her parents and instructs him to take her along. Parvez forcefully removes Kausar’s hand and Mahid leads Seher away.
Kausar and Parvez’s Bitter Confrontation
Kausar questioned Parvez that he even knows what they did to Seher and how she walked in holding Mahid’s hand. Parvez pulls Kausar aside. Kausar says that the man who once held Seher’s hand lost all rights the day he left her among these people and married her off at such a young age.
Parvez counters that Kausar should have seen how Seher was smiling arriving hand in hand with Mahid. He warns her to stop poisoning Seher’s mind and leave the venue immediately. Kausar retorts that earlier she stayed silent when Seher was threatened and scolded but now Seher belongs to someone else and no one can even touch her in dreams. She warns Parvez to stay within his limits.
Parvez angrily asks if she wants him to divorce her. Kausar mockingly says it’s a noble thought and challenges him to go ahead. Parvez threatens that if a divorce happens he will defame her so badly that the Niyazi family won’t survive in Lucknow and she will never be able to meet Seher again. He orders Kausar to stop the drama and stay quiet.
Mahid and Seher Forced Wedding Photographs
Mahid introduces Seher to all the guests. Tahir whispers that there seems to be a problem with Seher’s dress and Mahid should take her aside warning that if even a slight wardrobe mishap occurs he would be deeply embarrassed. Mahid stands behind Seher and instructs her not to turn back and ask her to come with him. Seher insists she wants to meet the guests but Mahid says it’s about Seher dress mishap and asks her to follow Tahir. Seher agrees.
Tahir later admits that there was no issue and he only brought them there because he want them to click Photographs. Seher says she doesn’t like such jokes. Tahir reminds her that now he is her friend so she cannot stay angry. He calls the photographer.
Mahid refuses to click pictures saying he doesn’t want photos. Tahir insists that there should be memories of this wedding. Mahid coldly replies that he wants no memories of this marriage. Seher intervenes and says it’s just a photo so they should do it. The photographer asks Mahid to hold Seher’s hand. He initially refuses but Tahir reminds him that Seher is his wife. Mahid finally holds Seher’s hand and they pose together.
Seher’s Disappearance Sparks Mahid’s Fear
Nazima complains to Husna that Mahid and Seher have been missing from the walima and it’s dangerous to leave them alone for so long. Husna snaps back saying she has already arranged to remove unwanted elements.
Tahir arranges romantic music and suggests a small dance planning to record a video. Meanwhile Seher notices the kheer she prepared and worries that if it doesn’t taste good Husna will scold her badly. She goes to taste it. Mahid notices Seher is gone again and fears she has disappeared once more.
Guests start demanding charity food and Seher directs them to ask Mahid.
Kausar’s Explosive Reaction
Seher then takes the kheer to Kausar proudly saying she made it herself for the first time surprising everyone who doubted her.
Kausar is shocked. When Seher tries to feed her Kausar angrily throws the kheer away accusing Seher of celebrating while being trapped in this suffocating bond. She orders Seher to leave immediately insisting that their decision to escape this marriage still stands. She grabs Seher’s hand and tries to leave but Seher pulls her hand back. Kausar is stunned.
Mahid frantically searches for Seher afraid she has run away again and worries about what he will answer Usman. Seher quietly says to Kausar that she cannot leave.
Precap: Usman presents Seher with a traditional family heirloom meant for the daughter-in-law. Nazima and Husna react angrily. Usman insists that Seher wear it. Suddenly people accuse the family of serving pesticide contaminated rice as charity at the walima. Seher and Mahid are left shocked.
