Today’s episode begins with Usman explaining why he chose to announce his decision at Mahid and Seher’s walima. He says that Mahid’s wife is a pure-hearted, broad-minded and noble girl who lives her life the way a true believer should. He adds that she will stand behind Mahid double his strength and help him move forward in life. Usman prays that God bless Mahid and Seher with a beautiful destiny and protect them from all evil.
Hearing this Kausar is completely shocked and due to her emotional turmoil the stand beside her accidentally falls. Everyone’s attention immediately shifts toward her. Seher tries to go to Kausar but Mahid firmly holds Seher’s hand and stops her.
Sofia expresses her concern to Parvez fearing that Kausar might create another problem. Usman however interprets the situation differently. He says that Kausar must be overwhelmed with happiness after seeing her daughter and son-in-law’s success. He then calls Kausar forward and asks her to bless her daughter and son-in-law.
Kausar walks ahead hesitantly. Parvez becomes anxious thinking that Kausar might say something to Usman and create a new controversy. To prevent this Parvez steps forward and says that they will give the blessings together. Sofia watches all this with visible jealousy.
Kausar hugs Seher. Parvez congratulates Mahid and prays that his marriage always remains happy. Mahid asks Kausar whether she will bless him as well to which Kausar simply says Congratulations. Parvez congratulates Seher and secretly whispers in her ear asking her to meet him alone later.
Wasim’s Anger
Elsewhere Wasim fumes with anger and shock realizing that Usman has made Mahid powerful and authoritative. He says bileaving Usman has delivered his final attack and now everyone will need Mahid’s permission before taking any step.
In his anger Wasim accidentally bumps into Tahir causing Mahid and Seher’s photographs to fall on the floor. Wasim lashes out at Tahir but his rage intensifies further when he notices the photos.
Parvez Traps Seher With a Terrifying Secret
Parvez waits for Seher. When she arrives Seher taunts him bitterly saying that he has already fulfilled his heart’s desire and she is roaming at the walima like a domesticated animal. She questions what Parvez still wants.
Parvez replies harshly that she has completely changed and become ungrateful despite wearing heavy jewellery, expensive clothes and walking proudly in a grand house. she reminds him that the price of these jewels and dresses is her own life. Parvez then reveals that he brought a gift for Seher. Since all documents were burned he recreated her papers and hands them to her saying they might be useful in the future.
Seher examines the documents and notices that her birth year is written two years older. Parvez calmly admits that it was done intentionally so she appears eighteen. He explains that no one must ever know her real age especially Mahid because Mahid strongly opposes the marriage of underage girls.
Seher is shaken and says that Mahid knows nothing about her age. Parvez nods. Seher accuses him of hiding such a huge truth without mercy. She then threatens Parvez stating that once Mahid learns that his wife is actually sixteen and the marriage happened through deception he himself will set her free.
Parvez warns her to think carefully saying that her voice can bring an earthquake in this house destroying many lives. Seher remembers Usman’s fragile health and fears that revealing the truth might kill him.
Seher thanks Parvez for the documents but sets a firm condition if Parvez wants the truth hidden he must stay away from Kausar. She warns that if he even tries to touch Kausar she will go straight to Mahid and what Mahid does next will be remembered across Lucknow for years.
Mahid Confronts Kausar and Draws a Line
Kausar is completely broken devastated by the reality that Seher’s dreams can never be fulfilled. She collapses emotionally.
Mahid notices Kausar and remarks that the stand fell because she was unwell reassuring her that Seher is with him. Kausar is shocked. Mahid then reveals that he knows the truth that Kausar had helped Seher escape after the wedding. He questions her actions reminding her that Usman’s life was endangered because of this. Kausar replies that what happened to Usman should never have happened but Seher was married off anyway. Mahid firmly states that Seher is now his wife not just Kausar’s daughter and warns Kausar to stop interfering in their lives.
Kausar argues emotionally saying that she gave birth to Seher while Mahid responds that Seher became his wife first. She accuses Mahid of never valuing women crushing their dreams. Mahid replies coldly that reality matters more than dreams. He says that Seher must come out of her fantasy world because Usman’s life is at stake and he will never allow anything to endanger him again. He warns that if Usman ever learns the truth about Seher running away she will see a side of him she never wants to witness. Mahid storms away leaving Kausar shattered and speechless.
Seher Inner Conflict
Seher is lost in thought realizing that if Mahid had known her real age this marriage would never have happened. She feels trapped deeper the more she tries to escape.
Distracted Seher almost steps onto an exposed electric stand but Mahid notices just in time and saves her. Seher falls into his arms and for a moment both are lost in each other.
Mahid scolds her gently saying that even 24 hours aren’t enough to keep an eye on her. Seher retorts playfully that he just needs excuses to watch her. Mahid jokes that otherwise she’d get proof at the walima that her husband is terrible and leave him..Mahid notices the documents and asks why she’s carrying them. Seher admits that Parvez gave them to her. Mahid says everything happened so fast that he didn’t even get time to ask her age.
Seher cryptically replies that fate always wins and that age doesn’t matter marriages happen one way or another perhaps by God’s will. Mahid insists that he is twenty-two and she must know
Usman’s Gift To Seher
Usman looks for Mahid and Seher. Husna says that Seher always runs away and that Mahid has caught the same habit. Usman smiles when he sees them together and says that his dream is now complete. He presents Seher with a rare ancestral jewellery set explaining that it has been passed down for generations and is given only to the new bride. He says it contains the blessings and memories of his ancestors.
Nazima, Fatima, and Husna are shocked. Nazima says she has never even seen this jewellery before. Husna recalls she was crying for this heirloom during their bidai realizing Usman had kept it hidden all along. Usman asks Husna to help seher wear it. Husna helps Seher wear the jewellery people suddenly complain about the charity food claiming that worms are found in the rice. Mahid checks and is shocked to see the infested food. Seher is terrified.
Precap : Wasim declares that Usman has never made a wrong decision before but today he has erred. Usman admits that maybe they are right and perhaps he shouldn’t have burdened Seher with such responsibility. Usman’s says that for the first time he feels regret over his decision. Suddenly Usman’s health deteriorates.
