Balbir retorts that an unknown person risked their life selflessly to help Aarambhi while this family only seems concerned about claims and status. Dimple intervenes suggesting that misunderstandings be cleared immediately or they could escalate.

She adds that Aarambhi’s critical condition is not entirely their fault but also due to Balbir’s insistence on bringing her from Delhi to Mumbai against which affected her health. This sparks a heated argument between Balbir and Dimple.

Vihaan witnessing the tension begins to sing a calming song. Everyone notices and he explains that Aarambhi had previously sung the same song when Niara’s father was ill which helped everyone stay calm. He hopes the song will bring peace and aid Aarambhi’s recovery.

As the operation progresses Vishwas asks Raj about the donor note. Raj initially forgets but then hands over the note to the nurse instructing her to deliver it to the donor. Vishwas considers following the nurse secretly but Vihaan insists that everyone should instead pray for Aarambhi’s recovery. Vishwas agrees and joins Vihaan in praying.

Avantika arrives and asks Vishwas to accompany her to discuss an important case. Vishwas informs her that Aarambhi received a kidney from a donor. Avantika questions the relevance but Vishwas explains that the donor’s act has disrupted their plan to let Aarambhi die. Avantika assures him not to worry they can handle the situation.

Radhika Creates a Scene

Meanwhile Radhika rushes to the hospital shouting Vishwas name. Avantika intervenes reminding her that this is a hospital and that patients should not be disturbed. Radhika insists on speaking to Vishwas questioning if he donated his kidney to Aarambhi. Avantika clarifies that Aarambhi has found a donor leaving Radhika wondering who could have helped.

Aarambhi’s Operation Successful

After the surgery Aarambhi is brought out of the operating theatre. Vihaan asks about her condition and Rashiks assures him that she will recover soon. Aarambhi hugs Rashiks in relief.

Vishwas enters her room worried that her recovery will ruin his plans. Avantika advises him to step outside while Aarambhi regains consciousness.

Aarambhi Breakdown

As Aarambhi wakes up memories of Vishwas betrayal flood her mind. She goes to the terrace recalling moments that reveal his deception. She senses Vishwas presence in the room realizing it without even looking recognizing him through his unique aura.

Aarambhi is shattered realizing that everything Vishwas had told her was a lie. Their marriage which she had believed to be real was nothing but a sham. She recalls Vishwas telling Avantika that their son Vihaan would forget her and become theirs. Shocked Aarambhi steps onto the railing haunted by his words.
