Today’s episode begins with Manju and Balbir rushing into Aarambhi’s room only to find her missing. Manju worries that Aarambhi has just undergone surgery and should not be walking around so soon. She says Aarambhi needs proper rest instead of roaming around. Just then Radhika brings Aarambhi into the room in a wheelchair easing their panic.
Balbir speaks to Aarambhi with pride and emotion. He tells her that whether it is a medical exam or life itself Aarambhi Balbir Chaudhary will always know her ABCs. He says she has always been a fighter and will always fight and win. Manju gently adds that everything is fine but Aarambhi is Aarambhi Balbir Chaudhary and also Aarambhi Tandon now.
Balbir replies that she may be someone’s wife but that does not change their relationship. She is and will always remain his daughter. Aarambhi agrees and says she is his daughter and will always be. Balbir then apologizes saying it is his fault. If he had not fallen sick Aarambhi would not have had to run around like this and none of this would have happened.
Aarambhi responds calmly saying that in a way everything happened for the right reason. If she had not fallen ill she would not have come here and if all this had not happened she would never have known the truth. When Manju asks what truth Radhika quickly covers it up and says Aarambhi is talking about her illness and how they discovered things because of it. Aarambhi adds that whatever happens happens for the good and that she learned this from them. Balbir and Manju leave asking her to rest and Balbir leaves a note for her.
Aarambhi reads Balbir’s note. He has written that he hopes she gets well soon and asks her to give him one chance to be a good father. He promises that he will always take care of her. Radhika asks Aarambhi if she plans to tell the truth to her parents but Aarambhi remains silent.
Just then Raj comes to her room and asks her to come with him. When Aarambhi asks where he tells her that Vishwas has planned a surprise for her in the canteen and that Vihaan and everyone else are waiting. Aarambhi agrees to go.
Vishwas Surprise and Big Announcement
Raj brings Aarambhi to the canteen. Everyone claps for her. Vihaan walks up to her and says that Vishwas arranged this entire surprise for her. Vishwas then comes forward and welcomes her back. He says he always knew Aarambhi was a fighter and that she would not give up so easily. Dimple says that God listened to their prayers.
Vishwas then says he wants to make an announcement. He reveals that he has decided they will leave Delhi and move to Mumbai. Everyone is shocked. Vishwas says he knows this is sudden but it is necessary for Aarambhi’s recovery. He explains that her parents are here to care for her and that their new hospital in Mumbai has already opened. Because of Aarambhi’s surgery and health issues they could not do the inauguration and that is why their presence there is important. He adds that Aarambhi’s recovery is his top priority.
Avantika watches all this from a distance and Vishwas looks at her. Dimple gets upset and says they cannot just leave Delhi and shift to Mumbai so suddenly. Vishwas replies that he understands, but this is necessary and the best option for Aarambhi and the family. Dimple asks Aarambhi if she insisted on going to Mumbai but Vishwas quickly says no it was his own decision. He says Aarambhi’s recovery matters the most to him and if anything happened to her he does not know what he would do. As he says this he looks at Avantika. Aarambhi notices the silent exchange of looks between Vishwas and Avantika.
Aarambhi’s Painful Realisation
Avantika then comes forward with flowers and congratulates Aarambhi wishing her a speedy recovery. Aarambhi thanks her and takes it. Avantika mentions that she heard they are going to Mumbai and says they will meet often because the new hospital has just opened and she and Vishwas are working very closely on that project. Vishwas praises Avantika and for a moment he even holds her hand. Aarambhi sees this and is deeply hurt.
She quietly leaves. Radhika struggles to control her anger. Vishwas asks if Aarambhi is okay and she says she is tired. Vishwas tells the nurse to take Aarambhi back to her room.
Aarambhi In her heart thinks that Vishwas is only pretending to be the perfect husband. Inside he is empty and hollow and she has now understood the truth about him. She realises that he also wants shift Mumbai because of Avantika. But if she is going to Mumbai she has already decided what she will do. This time she will choose herself.
Aarambhi Heads to the Medical Council
Later Aarambhi leaves with Radhika. Radhika wonders why they are going to the Maharashtra Medical Council when Aarambhi has just had surgery. She also worries because Manju and Balbir are not around. Aarambhi says no one will notice if she is not there. Aarambhi explains that Manju and Balbir have gone to a priest because they believe Aarambhi has been affected by the evil eye. Radhika that something similar happened ten years ago. Aarambhi says it does not matter whether she is there or not because Vishwas is with Avantika and will not even realise she is missing.
Aarambhi speaks to a staff member at the council and says she wants to renew her medical license. Radhika is surprised but also happy. Aarambhi explains that she passed her MBBS in 2015 but never practiced. The staff member points out that she passed ten years ago and has not practiced since so how will she restart now?
Aarambhi replies that when she passed MBBS her father was very proud. She shows her marksheet and says she was a gold medalist. Then she explains that marriage became a joint account in which she only faced losses. Now she wants to open a new account where she will invest everything in herself so that she can get real returns. She says she wants to restart her life as Aarambhi Balbir Chaudhary and begin practicing again. She asks them to process her medical license request.
The staff member tells her she will have to complete re-registration give medical exams again, and submit a fitness certificate
character certificate, and other documents along with the fees. She says she will call a senior officer to guide her. Aarambhi agrees and leaves with Radhika.
Aarambhi’s Emotional Story About Balbir’s Sacrifice
Aarambhi then sits with Radhika and shares a childhood memory. She says Balbir used to bring her here when she was little and always told her to look at the sky and the ocean saying that no matter what shape you pour water into it never forgets its identity. She shows Radhika Balbir’s photo and talks about the note she once kept under his pillow.
She explains that when she wanted to become a doctor she went to her mother who said they did not have enough money to pay her medical fees. That night Aarambhi kept a note under Balbir’s pillow asking him to give her just one chance and promising that she would make him proud. After that Balbir did everything he could to make her a doctor he worked day and night, took loans, and Manju even sold her jewellery. Aarambhi studied but Balbir made her a doctor.
She breaks down and says she wasted all his hard work, his sacrifices and her own talent. She remembers Vishwas once telling her that being a doctor is not a hobby or an option it is a passion that comes from within. For her becoming a doctor was necessary not a time-pass. When she wanted to practice Vishwas stopped her and told her to manage the house instead. She admits that listening to him was her mistake. She kept obeying him thinking it was love. But now, she has decided no more.
Precap: Aarambhi tells Radhika that every new journey begins with a first step, and she is taking that step today. Life is giving her a new chance and she will not waste it. She will become Doctor Aarambhi and learn the ABC of life again. The Maharashtra Medical Council accepts Aarambhi’s form.
