Today’s episode unfolds with emotional Late at night Armaan is at the office, visibly agitated. In an attempt to distract himself from his emotions he lashes out at Arora for scheduling meetings too briefly. Meher notices his unusual behavior and tells Krish that Maira is leaving for the hostel the next day. She explains that this is the real reason Armaan is so unsettled. Krish says Armaan does not want the day to end at all. He has deliberately scheduled multiple late-night meetings because he knows he will not be able to sleep.
As Meher and Krish continue talking Armaan overhears fragments of their conversation. Meher reminds him that it is already very late and asks how much more work he plans to do. Instead of responding emotionally Armaan demands the Agrawal file from Krish. Krish calmly informs him that the file has already been completed. Not satisfied Armaan asks for another file only to learn that every pending case has already been handled.
Frustrated Armaan questions how it is possible that no cases are left. Meher gently points out that he himself completed most of them. She explains that he has worked so relentlessly that there is hardly anything remaining to be done. Still refusing to leave Armaan insists that he wants more work. Meher reminds him that he has already finished his own workload and even cleared tasks assigned to junior staff. She suggests he finally go home. Armaan suddenly remembers the Mittal redevelopment file and asks Krush about it. He also instructs Krish to leave the office phone on the desk. Meher warns him not to even think about calling the residents of that locality at midnight. Armaan replies that he may not be able to call them but he can certainly message them.
Meher half in frustration and half in concern tells him that after he finishes all this work she will even find him a suitable groom if he wants to keep himself this occupied. Armaan responds bitterly that if someone truly wants to ruin their life they should fall in love and get married. He coldly advises her to listen to him if she wants to remain happy. Meher is deeply shocked by his harsh words and walks away.
Once alone Armaan reflects on what he said. He thinks that just because marriage did not work for him does not mean it cannot work for others. He questions why he reacted so strongly when Meher mentioned marriage.
Abhira and Mukti’s Emotional Night
Elsewhere Abhira wakes up and notices Mukti watching her sleep. Mukti admits she is trying to capture this moment in her memory so that when she misses Abhira in the hostel she can recall it vividly. Abhira becomes emotional but reassures her that she will be studying at a nearby school and will visit during every holiday.
Mukti wonders how Abhira keeps such a brave face. Abhira says that mothers are allowed to cry and she does not need to worry about her.
However Mukti confesses her real fear. The redevelopment people are wealthy and powerful. They can manipulate situations and even force residents out of their homes. Since they know Abhira is leaving for her studies Mukti fears they may try something in her absence. Abhira tells her they will handle any problem when it arises. Mukti suggests calling them immediately to resolve the issue but Abhira explains that some people do not understand polite words they only respond to firmness.
Mukti still believes that sometimes even stubborn people can change if approached with love.
The Late-Night Messages
Armaan receives a message from Abhira. She writes that they can forget past arguments and talk calmly. He reads it carefully.
Abhira assumes he might also be awake like her. Soon she receives his reply he tells her to check his schedule and come to his office if she wants to talk. Abhira responds that it would be difficult for her to come to his office and asks him to meet her instead. Armaan mutters to himself that her ego still has not reduced. He replies and soon their messages turn into a subtle argument once again.
Maira’s Departure
The next morning Armaan looks exhausted. Maira notices and asks if he did not sleep at all. He internally thinks that he wasted the night arguing with that ill-mannered redevelopment owner but he refuses to let that ruin Maira’s first day. He shows her everything from her wish list that Meher arranged for her. Maira becomes delighted and admits she feels comfortable sharing her wishes with Meher.
Armaan reminds her gently that Meher is first and foremost his business partner. Maira assures him she understands the boundary between friendship and professionalism. She asks for his phone so she can thank Meher.
Mukti’s Farewell at Home
At Abhira’s home preparations are underway to drop Mukti at her hostel. The family plays songs for her. Nilesh says he wants to give his daughter a proper farewell. Mukti laughs and says she is going to school not getting married. She promises to return every weekend. Jaya observes that Abhira must not have slept all night. Abhira silently thinks that she herself stayed awake because of a stubborn man. Everyone gives Mukti blessings and emotional hugs.
Mukti Maira’s Emotional Goodbye
At Armaan’s house Maira is fed crud and suger by Kaveri. She hugs her tightly. Kaveri says she understands that education is important but still feels emotional. One by one, family members express how much they will miss her Sanjay, Tanya, Krush, Manoj, Kajal, Vidya each recalling small daily habits that will now feel empty without her presence.
Manisha presents Maira with a protective chain charm. She explains that it will keep her safe. Though expensive she insists Maira wear it. They share a heartfelt hug.
Mukti advises Mohak not to create too much mischief after she leaves. Jaya gives her a thoughtful gift. Abhira is surprised but touched.
Madhav tells everyone to bless Mukti quickly before emotions stop her from leaving.
Maira, on the other hand silently wonders how she will live without her family her identity, and her world. She prays for a best friend who will make her feel at home and reduce Armaan’s worry.Similarly Mukti wishes for a friend who can make her feel Abhira’s presence even in her absence.
Near Encounter
At school Maira arrives excited yet emotional. Armaan carefully checks all her belongings. She reminds him of their rule they never hide pain from each other.Meanwhile Abhira grows emotional realizing she prepared financially for Mukti’s admission but never prepared herself emotionally for separation.
As Maira hugs Armaan tightly and apologizes for past pranks Abhira unknowingly stands nearby. Armaan performs a protective gesture to ward off evil from Maira. Before Abhira can see them Mukti pulls her away toward the entrance.
Armaan and Abhira come dangerously close to seeing each other but miss the moment.
Precap: Abhira faces danger when a group of hooligans attempt to harass her. She bravely fights back and hits them.At the same time Armaan unknowingly arrives at the same spot and attacks the same men to protect her without realizing it is Abhira.They stand inches apart once again yet fate keeps them unaware of each other’s presence.
