Today’s episode begins with Anupamaa seeing a horrifying dream where Prarthana tries to commit suicide along with her baby. Anupama desperately tries to stop her and screams in fear. She suddenly wakes up, trembling and realizes it was just a dreadful nightmare.
Anupama becomes emotional and says that she has seen bad dreams before but she has never felt this scared. She wonders if God is trying to give her a warning about something bad that might happen.
Prarthana and Ansh wake up when the baby starts crying loudly. Mahi also wakes up because of the noise and complains that Prarthana’s baby does not understand the concept of beauty sleep and keeps crying all night. She sarcastically says that Parag deliberately gave them a room next to Prarthana’s as a punishment so they would not be able to sleep peacefully. shee feels Irritated and frustrated
Meanwhile Parag tells Khyati that after a long time a baby’s cries are echoing in the house and he actually feels happy hearing them. Khyati teases him asking if he is celebrating the baby’s crying. Parag says he was about to go see the baby but Khyati reminds him that the children made him promise to let Ansh and Pararthana handle the baby themselves. Parag questions why they are trying to become perfect parents so quickly. Khyati explains that Ansh took permission from Vasundhara and she agreed. Parag says he will also take permission from Vasundhara so that he can play with the baby whenever he wants.
Ansh tells Prarthana that she is exhausted and that he will take care of the baby. He takes the baby outside so Prarthana can rest. Rahi jokingly asks Ansh if Prarthana threw him out of the room. He explains that he brought the baby out so Prarthana could sleep but he is confused about why the baby is crying so much. Prem jokingly asks Ansh if Prarthana threw him out of the room. Ansh laughs and says they are just pulling his leg. Ansh and Prem notice that the baby’s face has turned red from crying. Rahi recalls that Vasundhara once said crying is good exercise for babies. They all try to calm the baby down. Rahi sings a lullaby and gradually the baby stops crying. Prem and Rahi lovingly hold and comfort the baby.
Ansh video-calls Anupama. She gets worried and prays that everything is fine. Ansh shows her that Rahi is singing a lullaby while Prem is taking care of the baby. Seeing this reminds Ansh of Anupama. He tells her that she used to sing the same lullaby to him and now Rahi is singing it to her baby.
Anupama asks if Prarthana and the baby are fine. Ansh assures her that everything is under control. Anupama says that life moves in a cycle, and it should always continue that way. She promises to visit them in the morning. After the call ends she prays that the shadow of her terrible dream should not fall upon the children.
Later Ansh tells Rahi and Prem to go and rest. Rahi says the baby has just fallen asleep and is very delicate so she should not be disturbed. Prem insists that Ansh should go sleep and he and Rahi will take care of the baby. Ansh finally leaves to rest.
Anupama Worries
The next morning Anupama is making laddoos but remains disturbed by her nightmare. Ishani decides to create a new video for Anupama. She explains that social media is no longer basic it has become aesthetic, dramatic, and lifestyle-oriented. She confidently assures Anupama that her video will definitely be a hit.
While recording Ishani notices Anupama staring at her and asks what happened. Anupama lovingly kisses her and thanks her. Ishani says Anupama does so much for everyone but never says thank you. She expresses her love for her warmly.
Meanwhile Parag, Khyati, Meeta and Anil see Rahi and Prem with the baby and find them adorable. Parag tries to take the baby from Prem but Prem refuses playfully. Parag says they held the baby the entire night and must be tired. He takes the baby in his arms and jokingly tells them to go freshen up.
Anil and Parag happily play with the baby. Prarthana and Ansh arrive and request them to let the baby sleep on the bed. Parag proudly says the baby is already sleeping comfortably in his arms. Anil jokingly threatens to lift Parag if he does not hand over the baby. Everyone laughs. Mahi arrives and complains again about the noise in the house. She says she could not sleep all night because of the baby’s crying. Prarthana firmly responds that Mahi did not even come once to help calm the baby. Mahi argues back saying it is not her responsibility.
Prarthana clearly states that if there is a baby in the house there will naturally be noise and she must deal with it. Ansh praises Prarthana for her confident reply. Parag and Anil also support her. Frustrated Mahi leaves.
Anupama’s Determination
As Ishani continues recording Toshu sarcastically comments that Anupama keeps starting new ventures. He says if she wins the competition and earns prize money she should open another restaurant under the name Anu Ki Rasoi so that money keeps flowing in without effort.
Anupama asks Ishani how the video looks. Ishani confidently says it will go viral. Anupama admits that she is doing this kind of work after many years but it feels very good to be active again. Ishani leaves to edit the video.
The Baby’s Ritual and Joyful Celebrations
Khyati calls Anupama and invites her saying that Vasundhara has called a priest for the baby’s birth ritual. Both the Shah and Kothari families gather.
Vasundhara announces that the baby will perform her first aarti to God. After the ritual Anupama removes the evil eye from Ansh Prarthana and the baby and prays for their protection. She silently asks God to protect Prarthana and her child from any harm.
Vasundhara asks the priest to prepare the baby’s horoscope as everyone is eager to know about her future. Anupama says the baby’s future will definitely be bright because she is born into a loving and wealthy family. She explains that true wealth is family and the baby is surrounded by love.She says whenever the baby feels sleepy there will be many arms ready to hold herwhenever she is hungry there will be people eager to feed her. She will receive countless blessings without even asking.
Vasundhara agrees and proudly says the baby will never lack values or courage especially because she shares her birthday with Anupama. Anupama smiles and adds that since she is Prarthana’s daughter love and compassion are already in her nature. Prarthana expresses her wish that their baby inherits the best qualities from everyone.
Kinjal and Toshu’s Argument
Kinjal happily shops for baby products after seeing the baby’s picture. Toshu questions why she bought so many things and reminds her that they do not share a blood relation with the child. He refuses to contribute anything.
Kinjal becomes furious and warns him not to insult the baby. She reminds him of his past mistakes and says she will not tolerate such behavior again. Toshu argues that the Kotharis are rich and treat the baby like a princess and people like them cannot raise such a child. He even fears that Gautam might take the baby away someday.
Kinjal firmly shuts him down and questions his shameful thinking.
Priest’s Shocking Warning
The priest finally reveals that although the baby has a bright future the next 72 hours are extremely dangerous. He says this period is heavy for the baby and even her parents might suffer. Everyone must remain alert.
He adds that someone around the baby, a person who has endured immense pain and whose relationships have repeatedly broken could unintentionally bring danger through their shadow. Vasundhara immediately looks at Anupama. The priest advises them to stay cautious for the next 72 hours and protect the baby carefully. Suddenly Vasundhara takes the baby away from Anupama. Leela questions her action.
Vasundhara openly says she believes Anupama could be the danger. She clarifies that she is not accusing her directly or out of hatred but considering everything that has happened in Anupama’s life and the fact that they share the same birthday she fears her granddaughter might face a similar fate.
Anupama stands shocked and teary-eyed as the accusation deeply hurts her.
Precap: Anupama and Rahi are playing Holi. Rahi asks if she has seen Prem. Anupama goes to find him and spots Prerna asking Prem to apply color to her first as she confesses her love.
Anupama recalls the betrayals of Kavya and Vanraj and also Maya and fears that history might repeat itself in Rahi’s life. Both Rahi and Anupama are left stunned seeing Prem and Prerna together. The upcoming episodes promise intense emotional drama as Anupama faces another painful accusation and possibly a new heartbreak in Rahi’s life.
