Today’s episode begins with Abhira and Armaan reaching a temple where they suddenly decide to get married. Both of them are under the influence of intoxication but still determined to complete the wedding rituals.
Armaan is about to start the wedding pheras when Abhira suddenly stops him and says that the marriage cannot happen. Armaan asks her the reason and Abhira explains that they do not have a mangalsutra which is an important ritual for marriage. Armaan immediately asks what they should do now. Abhira suggests that they find a creative solution and the two manage to make a makeshift mangalsutra. Armaan then places the mangalsutra around Abhira’s neck and they begin taking the pheras.
Kaveri Interrupts the Wedding
Just when the ceremony is about to be completed Kaveri suddenly arrives at the temple. To stop the wedding she throws water on the sacred fire immediately halting the rituals.
Abhira angrily asks who did this and Kaveri tells both of them to look in front of them. When they see her they are stunned. Kaveri is equally shocked to see Abhira and Armaan in an intoxicated state attempting to get married. She scolds them and says that she had sent them there only to talk and resolve their issues not to get married. She angrily asks how many times they plan to marry and tells them that they should first learn the meaning of marriage before repeating such actions.
Drunken Argument With Kaveri
Because they are still intoxicated Abhira and Armaan start arguing with Kaveri. Instead of listening to her they insist that she should help them complete the wedding.
Kaveri murmurs to herself that expecting maturity from the two of them was clearly a mistake. She then takes both of them back home. Meanwhile Nilesh and Jaya witness everything and are completely shocked when they realize that Armaan is actually Abhira’s husband.
Chaos at the Poddar House
At the Poddar house Manisha angrily throws some photographs away. Vidya asks her whose photos they are. Manish explains that the pictures belong to the girls he had chosen earlier for Aryan’s marriage. He had hoped that when Aryan returned he would choose one of them as his bride.
However Aryan has already chosen someone on his own and is now returning to India with that girl. Sanjay asks whether they know anything about the girl’s name, family or background. Manisha replies that she does not know any details but she does know that Aryan has taken away her right to decide his marriage. She says Aryan finalized everything with that girl and only informed the family as a formality. Furious and hurt Manisha storms out.
Kajal silently thinks that this family cannot handle another conflict and she fears that new problems may soon arise.
Miara and Mukti’s Emotional Conversation
At the hostel Miara begins packing her belongings and decides to change her room.
Mukti stops her and says that she should not leave the room because of her mistake. Mukti admits that she does not know the exact reason behind her panic attacks, but she believes that something traumatic happened to her during childhood and her mother protected her from it. For Mukti her mother is her entire world. She says she knows Miara was not intentionally speaking badly about her mother but whenever she hears the word mother she remembers only one face the woman she loves the most and would fight anyone for.
However Mukti also realizes that she should have understood something earlier: the relationship that gives her life and strength is the same relationship that represents Miara’s biggest trauma. Miara also apologizes and admits that she made a mistake. She says she took out all her anger on Mukti without any real reason. Miara explains that the entire world can go against her but when it comes to her mother nothing hurts more. She says the biggest lie in her life is that her mother chose a stranger over her own daughter. She admits that she sometimes feels jealous when she sees Mukti’s bond with her mother. Deep inside she wishes that Mukti’s mother had been her own mother.
Hearing this Mukti silently prays that Miara gets her mother back in her life.
The next morning Abhira wakes up and checks her phone. She is shocked when she sees photos of herself with Armaan from the Holi event. Slowly all the memories from the previous night return to her. She realizes that she and Armaan were actually about to get married again. She becomes restless and wonders whether Armaan remembers anything about what happened.
Armaan Confronts Kaveri
Meanwhile Armaan questions Kaveri and asks since when she has been in contact with Abhira. He reminds her that he had only asked her to arrange a conversation with Abhira but instead she sent them to the Holi event.
He says Kaveri should have known that if the two of them met something chaotic could happen. Armaan accuses her of creating turmoil in his life and says she cannot simply sit quietly after causing such trouble. Hearing Armaan’s raised voice the entire family gathers around. Armaan demands clear answers from Kaveri.
Finally Kaveri reveals that she contacted Abhira two years after their separation and has been in touch with her since then. She explains that both Abhira and Armaan are intelligent and sensible people but whenever it comes to their relationship they forget their maturity and behave like children. Kaveri says she only wanted them to forget their fights and talk peacefully for the sake of their daughter which is why she sent them to the Holi event.
Armaan responds by thanking her but firmly tells her that from now on she should not interfere in his personal matters because he can handle them himself.
Kaveri Reveals the Truth to the Family
Kaveri reminds him that she already saw what happened the previous night. She says that his anger and stubbornness destroyed a perfectly stable home and yesterday he was about to marry Abhira again while intoxicated. Everyone in the family is completely shocked to hear this revelation.
Kaveri adds that now that Armaan is sober he has returned home pretending nothing happened. But if she had not intervened Armaan and Abhira would have intervene definitely completed the wedding. he advises him to stop focusing only on anger and instead ask himself why he was ready to marry Abhira again. Without responding Armaan silently walks away.
Vidya and Kaveri’s Heated Argument
Vidya angrily confronts Kaveri and accuses her of betrayal. She says that Abhira had already ruined Armaan’s life once yet Kaveri is still supporting her.
Vidya reminds Kaveri that the storm that entered their lives eight years ago still affects Armaan and Miara today. If Abhira returns again that storm will come back and destroy everything. She also questions whether Kaveri even cares about her own children. Kaveri calmly replies that she did what she believed was right and she will continue to do the same in the future.
Vidya then declares that Abhira can never enter this house again. Kaveri responds confidently that nothing is impossible and anything can happen. After saying this she leaves.
Abhira’s Emotional Outburst
At the garage Abhira notices a car decorated with the words Just Married. This instantly reminds her of the previous night when she and Armaan were about to get married. Frustrated and angry she throws herself into work to distract herself.
At that moment Nilesh and Jaya arrive. Nilesh reveals that he saw Abhira with Armaan at the Holi event. Jaya adds that she does not understand why Armaan refuses to accept the redevelopment deal because he is Abhira’s husband. Nilesh explains that Armaan is still upset about their divorce. Abhira stays silent and continues working.
Jaya gently tells her that she can share her pain with them. She points out that since Abhira and Armaan were about to get married again it clearly means their anger toward each other is slowly fading. Jaya then suggests that Abhira should introduce Mukti to her father. Nilesh agrees and asks why she wants to keep a daughter away from her father.
Hearing this Abhira suddenly shouts at them saying she does not want to tell them anything because they are not her family. Nilesh and Jaya are deeply hurt and quietly leave the garage. After they go Abhira immediately feels guilty for hurting them.
Armaan and Abhira Struggle With Their Feelings
Armaan keeps remembering Kaveri’s words and repeatedly drinks lemon water trying to calm himself. At the same time Abhira keeps drinking cup after cup of tea unable to stop thinking about everything that happened.
Both of them are clearly caught in an emotional conflict unable to ignore their feelings or their past.
Precap: Mohak and Shlok inform Abhira about a serious road accident. They tell her that a woman inside the car is badly injured and unconscious but she was repeatedly taking Abhira’s name. Abhira immediately rushes to the spot and discovers that the injured woman is Kaveri. She quickly takes her to the hospital.
Later the doctor calls Armaan and informs him about Kaveri’s condition. When Armaan arrives at the hospital he is shocked to see Abhira already standing there.
